I can say they are always here on the day they say they will be. However, since they have started using the electric trucks, there is trash ALL OVER the road, driveway, or yard after they leave. Once a container of chicken livers fell out onto our drive and then they ran over it and left it!.. it was RANCID! Our next door neighbor has had to pick up entire bags of trash that riped open and they just leave them. Im not sure if its a lack of concern on their employees part.. or if they as a company just dont care. But its nasty. We pay to have our trash picked up.. not to have to pick it up out of our yard, road, or driveway after they leave. ALSO>>> their huge truck hit and broke my mailbox planter. I saw it a few hours after they had picked up. The driver SURELY KNEW that they had hit it since it cracked and broke the top part of the planter off! Then they just leave it?!? Doesnt even have the decency to come tell me that it happened?! Its simply not OK. And this is just my story. Ive heard a dozen others that are equally as bad......

Nasty dirty place to work, but people are friendly and helpful, safety is big deal, and dont wear shoe youll ever want to touch again. Great service Thanks.

I understand that safety should always come first in your place of busines but only allowing one person out of the vehicle to dump garbage is ridiculous. If something is easy enough for one person then is would just go into a regular dump. We came here to dump a large load not to have my husband dump it all by himself. Either hire someone to help the costomers or let the help that they bring get out of the vehicle. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Your safety procegers are what is going to get someone hurt trying to dump a big load all alone!!!!!
