After being in a wreck a couple weeks ago (where I was not the liable driver), Martha still went out of her way to make sure that my needs were being covered by the other party’s insurance and was always sure to remind me that State Farm (my insurance) would be happy to step in at any point needed. My folks have lived in Bella Vista for 26 years. My father passed away unexpectedly in January. I live 850 miles from BV, and have made several trips there to get things organized. State Farm.is absolutely horrible!!! Every house around me has had the roof replaced except anyone insured by State Farm!! We have been with State farm for over 20 years, our first claim has been denied and we were told by the people they referred that we need it and they still deny. They cancelled our car because of an accident then raised our homeowners 1000/year claiming no multi discount. Robert Lewis did not fight for us. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere, they are not there we you need them!!!

My husband and I have relied upon State Farm for years, for both our auto and home insurance needs. We recently had two trees fall on our house in Bella Vista. Although we have had trees fall before, this is the first time that there was measurable damage. It was an experience getting contractors to remove the tree, estimate damage to the inside of the house, as well as estimate roof and siding repairs. Most of our initial contact was with State Farm adjusters. They left us feeling a little bewildered. One day my husband called the local office to discuss the situation. Zach really took care of us. He contacted the adjuster multiple times to help translate complex reimbursement procedures that are still evolving. Zach gave us his personal cell, and invited us to call him anytime.
