Really bad experience here. I bought the machine because i really need it but the owners attitude to me and mostly my husband was really bad. It seems he does not like us asking questions. This will be my first and last time buying something from this place. I really hope he understands that he need to treat customers better or hell loose lots of business with his bad attitude

Never.Not only will they return untouched machines, but they will also be rudely throwing garbage on the floor to express their feelings.Eventually, I couldnt use my machine for two weeks and went to another store after I went to find an unrepaired machine. Instead of wasting money and time, I recommend you to go to another professional shop in La Downtown.

This is a fine company with whom to do business. I ordered & received a new Consew industrial sewing machine. It arrived very quickly. When assembling I found that the shroud was broken on arrival. I contacted Zamir & they jumped on it immediately. Soon after that a new part arriced via UPS. The part was actually better made than the original! I installed it quickly - now the machine is perfect. I sent the old part in a prepaid box! Great Company. Thank You, Zamir, for taking care of my problem. I would order from you again in a heartbeat.

My Mothers 38yr old machine Works like New agin it only took the man 2days to fix clean & oil. total charge was $37.

I bought a juki from Zamir feew Years back. Really did not know anything about sewing machine. They showd me in 20min the basic of sewing for that machine. Good people.i say

Price was good. If local. Bought a Consew 1541. It came with the sewn samples and was supposed to be all adjusted.Has problems with thread tension and was told a new spring would fix for extra charge. Never got further email on amount.Back stitch calibration was off by 50%. Again , machine was supposed to be adjusted.Now 5 months later I gave up and took it to a local industrial repair shop.They adjusted. .... upper and lower feed timing , needle shuttle timing, reverse timing, and fixing foot step hight adjuster.Sews great now. But at a cost of another $319.00Should have bought the Juki.Long and short, only buy if your local as your on your own for repair.Greg
