Its always such a Hassel to find things here. Alot of the aisle are organized but others are not. Theres also always only one cashier so if the line reaches down to the freezers like it did this time I went and rarely have back up

Custoner service - wait what customer service? Agree with all who gave a 1 star. Only one line open to pay. Cashier is rude, not nice, not polite. The other one said lots of bad words as she was telling a personal story. Organization of items is a 2 stars but no customer service at all! They also only speak spanish and dont greet you.

Its a dollar tree. Its not the cleanest place to shop, but I only go here to find cheap stuff like gift cards or bags or just for snacks. They should have more than 1 cashier especially during busy times.

Lack of organization & no customer service as far as, if theres a line growing (more than 10ppl) you should have back up open up a register and alleviate the line. Seems like ALL DOLLAR TREE stores in SELA have the same problem.

I liked this place and everything is $1No line and not crowded

They used to have a Muzak, and the store was lively, and a lot of customers were spending and spending. But some years ago, they got rid of the Muzak, and now the store is awkwardly silent and depressing, and theres a little bit of customers spending not so much. I mentioned this fact in the Dollar Tree feedback on their website MANY times, but they stay stubborn. Oh well, theyre only hurting themselves.

Cashier: “Do you want a receipt?” Me: “Yes, please.” Cashier: “Oh sorry I just pressed no” What’s the point of asking when you clearly pressed no before I even answered. I’m supposed to get reimbursed by my company for the decorative items I purchased and now I just bought them out of my pocket because he “couldn’t” go back and print a receipt. I’m sure he could have, he just didn’t want to because he was the only cashier and I’m sure he was trying to get rid of the long line. Anyways, Bell Dollar Tree, please train your employees better.

The store said it closes at 10 PM. Then why do I come 15 minutes before closing time and it’s closed?! Lazy workers or horrible management

Came in @ about 6PM. The Line for the Cashier was all the way to the back of the store.😮 Kids running wild around the store. 😣 Cashier Only speaks Spanish cause shes Illegal. I walked right out because I wasnt going to wait 30 minutes in line to pay. Worst Dollar Tree in LA.👎

The Dollar Tree is a very convenient store to come buy bargain friendly decorations for the holidays. I come here to buy decorations for the office and home. They always have new cute products every year so it’s a good thing to come and check out the new items. Even though the store was a little messy you can still find what you’re looking for. I didn’t interact much with staff and the casher wasn’t very talkative which is good when you don’t want to have a conversation. The best thing about the Dollar Tree is you can buy the foil balloons for a dollar and can get a whole bunch.

Dislike this store the supervisor or worker there with long back hair is so rude! I believe her name is Maria Im not sure but I ask another worker there and she also agreed with me.Everytime I will come in she always gives me mean faces when I ask a worker there for something and I cant shop in peace. When I walk around I feel so uncomfortable there.

The employees are very kind and helpful although the store is a mess but I understand if it was only me and some other person running the store while there is hoard of people for 14 hours straight bringing their kids. I dont blame them, I blame the customers that make a mess. But in all its a 5 Star for me (:

I definitely found everything I was looking for, the employees were fairly pleasant. This particular store, was in a bit of a shambles. But overall my shopping experience wasnt a bad one...

Very disappointed of the service I received today. I been coming to this store since it opened. Today I when in and no baskets or carts to use so I decided to grab a bucket to shop around. When is time to pay I tell the cashier, Im only buying the items inside the bucket. She said to me next time I will charge you the bucket thats not what they are for. That why we have shopping baskets. I told her their was none at the time I arrived. She didnt know what to say to me. She left it at that. Where is the costumer service or trying to keep a loyal costumer.

Came in on saturday 4/6. If you dont have helium for balloons please have a sign before wasting my time in line just to rudely tell me theres no helium.

Its ok..kinda messy but overall nice and Friendly Staff..not All Dollar Trees are Created equal.

They offer a variety of items that are $1 or less. They have a refrigerated section in the back, they do not sell ice. During their load times, the store can get very cluttered. From what Ive seen, there is usually one or two people on the floor and one on the register.

Always find fun stuff and odds and ends for the house and parties

There was only 1 employee in the whole store and when my daughter needed to use the restroom, I was told they have NO public restrooms. So we left our cart full of stuff.

The employee who was working today was very rude and lazy. I had to repeat myself twice and I speak loud and clear. The store was clean.

Don’t buy anything that has to do with food they sell expired food, I bought something for my kids and it was expired over 8 months.

Worst Dollar Tree in town. 3 employees, 1checker, slowest check out ever. I asked for another cashier, manager came out talking on her cellphone, turned around went back in office. As far as I know she is still in that office talking on her cellphone. Gave up after 30 minutes and left.

The employees in this store give bad service, you blow things to people and they only get bitter if they dont want to work, give work to those who really need it, thats why I give them a star.

The store is great, a lot of assortment and above all excellent prices. The bad thing is, we are many customers to pay and only one open box and you have to wait too long that happens here in Atlantic and Ramdolp.
