Went looking to submit a refund for my new electric vehicle. She took her time to look into the details to be well informed and get me as much as possible. I did my taxes there last year, the only thing I didnt like was that they say its only 25 when in reality you end up paying more than 100 dlls not counting the 25 you already paid in cash. Even if you dont want them to deposit it into your account they changed you anyways, but you have to pay it in cash at that moment. The service is really nice tho.
