I used Mountain West through AAA when my car had mechanical issues. Christian was very helpful and made the towing process super easy. 10/10 would recommend.

These people are amazing!! We were 2000 miles from home and they came and towed us and brought another vehicle so they could fit our family of 5. They found a mechanic who could help us right away since we were in the middle of a big road trip. They saved our day and our vacation! They were extremely efficient and professional. More than that, they were just kind and helpful!

We came to Mountain West towing through AAA. Our driver Cody got to us in about 5-10 minutes and was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about towing. He towed us about 30 minutes from Bozeman to Livingston and stayed with us until we found a shop that could get us in. Cody went above and beyond for us, I highly recommend him as a driver and Mountain West towing. We would call them again if needed.

This company was amazing they came out immediately bailed us out and gave us suggestions to how we could get our vehicle fixed help to store our trailer assisted us with our older dog and even got us hooked up with a rental car. We were stranded traveling Accross country and they saved us!!! We couldn’t be more great full . All of the suggestions they had for us made life easier at that point actually lead to an amazing mechanic it was specialized with our vehicle in the end.

This place has great reviews, so I’m confused by my experience. AAA sent this driver out to help tow my car. Due to this gentleman taking it upon himself to call the repair shop, he caused a huge misunderstanding and everyone involved was confused by his actions- including AAA. After I expressed my frustration with him altering my plans, he refused to move my vehicle, but he took it a step further and decided he would call other tow companies in the area so that I could not get help with my vehicle- a mom of four, he wanted to prevent me from getting assistance!He called Whistler towing in Livingston and told them to say they got into an altercation with me as well. I was called rude for standing up for myself and for being frustrated. When I tried to speak with the driver about this, he hung up on me multiple times. This could’ve been resolved, but it seems that he is on a mission. AAA is now doing a formal investigation on this, as it sounds like it wasn’t the first time. This makes me sad, you seem to be operating an excellent business here.

They towed my car from a gas station to his shop to keep it safe until they could tow it all the way to Missoula. This was the first time I ever had to have my car towed, and I fear my expectations are now set unrealistically high. I, regrettably, dont remember the name of our driver (Scott maybe?), but he was incredible. He was kind, courteous, and hard-working all while he managed to get my entirely-dead car on his truck for almost an hour in dumping snow, and then drove my car to the dealership for us. An incredibly difficult night was made as painless as possible because of him. HIGHLY recommend this towing service!

Absolutely the BEST towing company weve used!! Unfortunately while driving our 55 year old car cross country, we got stuck in Bozeman. While weve had issues in the past with AAA itself, the drivers have all been good; or at least we thought up to this point. Darren arrived before our quoted 100 minute window. He was good at what he did, making sure the car was tied down properly. He was friendly, courteous and probably one of the nicest guys weve met. He had to tow us 90 miles and we actually had a great time in the truck with him. Super nice guy and good at what he does. If you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of needing a tow, CALL HIM!!!!

The people at this company are THE BEST. We blew the top end of our suburban and ended up being towed by mountain west. The driver was one of the nicest tow truck operators I have ever meet. The next day when I went to get my trailer, the owner went out of his way to help me find someone who would do trailer breaks for me that day. The lady in the office was so nice to my 5 year old daughter, that my kid didnt want to leave. Awesome people and a job done beyond well.

After my truck broke at the top of the Homestead Pass in Montana I was called by a wonderful person named Cody from Mountain West Towing. He was a very caring and helpful person. The owner Mike and the lady at the office were equally wonderful. They were a complete turnaround in a bad situation. I wish there were more people like these everywhere. They are the most wonderful company I have dealt with in a very long time.

Bob is a LIFESAVER!!!! I accidentally locked our 9 week old puppy in our car. Bob with Moutain West towing was there in 10 minutes and managed to get the door open of our very difficult to open car.
