Messy and rude. Do not recommend at all. Lady told me they “weren’t gonna be pretty” and did it completely messy. Did not give me a refund and refused to fix them

I showed pictures of what I wanted and asked for a color different to the pic, lady was snooty was like in a huge rush and completely did not do them good nor how I asked. Couple times asked can you make them shorter can you round them out more that is not the color I showed and asked for and she just went ahead with what I did not want at all and my right hand thumb is like leaking black ink, like a oily water and to pay $70 i am so not happy so I had to go to store spend another $30 get files, remover, clippers, polish etc and fix it how I wanted. If I can figure out how to put pics the firsts will be what she did and what I did that I said clearly I wanted and tel me if I should or shouldnt be upset 🤔 Thumb i still messed up leaking wont hold what I did.

I cannot stress enough to not go here. I have given them 3 chances with very poor results each time. The gel polish does not last long at all and absolutely destroys your nails compared to others. The service was terrible as well. Very rude and short. Prices are very high for what you get as well. Please dont waste your time or money. Go elsewhere!

Would have been a nice place if I had gotten the full service I paid for. I didnt get a top coat of polish, didnt get a cuticle clipping (The service I chose specifically had nail AND cuticle clipping.), and my old polish was not fully removed so you can still see it around the edges. Dont waste your time or your money.

They advertise beautiful ombre colors on their site and cannot do them. I am so disappointed in what I got for $65

Dont go in when they are busy they rush right through you, the quality becomes awful. Went to get eyebrows waxed she was in such hurry they ended up being so thin now I have to let them grow back. I definitely will never go back for nails or for waxing

Last time I go to this Bella. The lady doing mine was incredibly rude. She stopped doing my nails various times throughout the process to help other people, she was extremely rushed and felt like she was trying to get me out of there as fast as she could. Also made rude comments about someone who had been waiting for too long and decided to leave. Not an inviting environment at allUpdate it’s been a day and the polish is peeling off and wet underneath

My pedicure was OK. What concern me is that the floor and carpet are very dirty. Im not sure Ill continue visiting this business.

They are only receiving one star because leaving no stars or negative stars is not an option.Sloppy, rushed, does not do what is listed on the menu.I will never go to this nail salon again. This was supposed to be a fun outing with my daughter, our first since the time of Covid and my cancer diagnosis.There were only three people working and they kept taking more walk-ins. They were leap frogging between people, not completely finishing with the services. No cuticle trim, water so hot it scalded and we couldnt get anyones attention, no top coat application, we were completely ignored. We had to tell them we hadnt paid yet, when they said Okay, you can leave.Very disappointed.

My nails were done very poorly , the lady that did my nails was very rushed , I got them done less then a week ago , paint is chipping etc! The environment was also very unprofessional , some employees sitting in the pedicure chairs on their phones , some eating . Another lady on the phone ( speaker) everyone could hear the conversation. It was a joke . I won’t return nor recommend this place to anyone!

Trish lied to me about not having gel powder but tried charging me for it. She had the powder sitting right behind her and I even told her I wanted the black that was on the shelf. She insisted that the acrylic was the same as the gel dip powder. Dont go to bellas they are shady people with no professional knowledgeof products and service.

They will get 5 because they’ve always done right by me. There’s one person in specific, I won’t see, but they’re amazing. The only gal I allow to do my pedicures is Whitney. Erin for my nails or the other gal, who’s name i forget, but they’ve always done such an amazing job. I’m super picky, and like them done a certain way, and they kill it! I love it. I won’t go anywhere else.

I’ve been here a few times and the place has sadly just gone downhill terribly. The place is not clean and they bring you in and get you out as quickly as possible. It’s sad because there aren’t very many options in Belgrade for stuff like this. I received a gift card for this place and misplaced it. I called them 6 times trying to get help from the owner Erin. She never called me back. When I finally got ahold of someone the guy that answered said to contact the purchaser so I did and get proof of the transaction. I had all of the info down to the date and time purchased. After all of that, they said nope, you lost it, your problem. Incredibly rude, bad management and horrible service.

Extremely rude people horrible customer service me and my two daughters went in to get full sets and they said if you two minutes wait it took three hours to wait until we can actually get in and then it took five hours to do all of our sets and then she did our nails like 2 cm thick and then we asked for a certain design and they said no go pick another one you won’t look in good thatOne never go to Bella’s nail salon in Belgrade it sucks

I went to go get my nails done and I didn’t get a top coat and my black nail polish is see-through. my nails look trashy and I didn’t even show my friends I was embarrassed. I have acrylic underneath my nails and I had to file the rest at home I don’t think I should pay for a job and have to finish the job at home it doesn’t work like that. My nails are bumpy and when I went to get them fixed the owner called me a liar because I told her the lady didn’t put a topcoat on my nails. And she just filed them to “fix” them. Do not recommend I’m never going back !!!!

Went for pedicures and manicures with dip polish on fingers. I think the manicurist was in a hurry. Nails look good till you look closely. Very sloppy. She also cut my finger with the dremel, just said sorry alot.

It was 8/22/2019, on my way to California. The owner started to take care of my nails and quit! I was in a hurry to hit the road but sat and waited for 3.5 hours while the owner bad mouthed me to her customers that she liked. In the end, I had used cotton on my hands and they became brittle. They just grew back since I quit going to the fungus dens. If you cannot treat all people alike then put a sign that says only whites need to come in! 1 star is too much for this establishment.

Doesnt look like equipment gets sterilized. Went for a Soa pedicure with regular polish. She said that if i didnt do the gel (+$20), that she would charge an extra $5 to remove my correct gel polish. I asked her to be careful around a crack in my heel and she said it would be an extra $5 for that callous. She wasnt friendly and seemed inconvenienced.

I went in on a Monday for a spa pedicure and decided to upgrade to the European pedicure for $40. Then I decided I wanted the gel, so I asked how much extra it would be, and BJ said $10. When all was said and done, I was told $70! The next day, Tuesday morning, one toe had no gel polish on it. By Tuesday evening two more toes had no gel polish. By Thursday afternoon, I only had 4 toes with gel polish on them. Im ticked off, because not only did I waste $70 but I was ripped off for $20. This is the second time and the last time I go to this salon.

Fast and super friendly. Love my nails, they even stayed open late so that my husband could surprise me with a new full set of nails.About a week after I got them done, I scuffed up my polish, and when I went to have it fixed Nina took care of me immediately upon my walking in. She fixed my polish very quickly, AND REFUSED to have me pay for the repair! Amazing staff and great finished product. Nina at Bella Nails Belgrade is officially my one and only nail girl I highly recommend having your nail and spa services taken care of here!

Worst pedi ever!!!!! While filling bowl with water which was Cold water splashed on the floor along with something blue. The tech wiped the floor with a towel and then placed the towel for my pedi. I should of walked out then she used the same to for whole pedi. It was dialed at the end. Massage was horribleDont go there!!!!!

Friendly staff. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my appointment. They are qiuck to get me in if i have a broken nail. They also do my lash extensions, and I LOVE them!!

When I last went they used a different color then what I had asked and ruined my moms nails to the point that she cant use nail polish for the minimum of a month.

Ill grant that it was a very busy day for them and the workers would likely be friendly to people that they knew, but I found it to be less than warm and fuzzy.

Prices are way too high. The entire staff was super rude the entire time I was there. I didn’t have to wait at all, they started immediately which was nice, but everyone was super unfriendly. I didn’t get at all was I asked for and the lady doing my nails (Chrissy I think her name was) ignored everything I said and managed to get glue all down my finger which I had to pick off. Every chance she had she would sit and scroll through Facebook. Only go here if it’s a last resort option!

Its your normal nail salon. I just went for a pedi and the lady I had made my toe bleed, didnt talk to me, and after she was done she left me and went onto her next customer. I had no idea how long to sit in the chair and wait. I finally had to ask! I will try again, all people have bad days and maybe I wont get her next time. Convienient location, I had to park in the grocery stores lot because there are only 2 spaces in front.

Do not waste your time or money going to this dirty place where they spend very little time on you with second rate results while charging you to dollar!

I made an appointment for my daughter & I for 1:00. We arrived about 15 minutes early & were told to pick out our color. After waiting for about 10 minutes they sat us to begin soaking our feet. The gals asked the young girl to go tell your Mom her 1:00 pedis are here. The girl promptly returned & said she said shes having lunch & will be here when shes done. We sat soaking our feet (until they were mush) until 1:30. We then decided that clearly Mom was enjoying her late lunch & we we far from a priority, although I DID make an appt. My daughter & I put our shoes on & walked out the door, with not 1 comment from the 2 gals working. Super disappointed & wont be returning. So much for trying to support Belgrade. Bozeman we will go😡

Honestly i was in a bind got my nails done in Bozeman yesterday and they were awful, lady didnt care i didnt like them and i was over charged... This salon was bout to close and BJ stayed late just to fix my mess and they turned out beautiful... Absolutely some of the worst set of nails I’ve had my entire life. Lumpy, misshapen, uneven, shorter than I asked, glued to my fingers... I paid EXTRA for gel and she even felt my nails and sent me out... as I was driving I realized she did not even fully cure the gel so that extra 15$ is soft and already has dirt stuck to it. MAKE NO MISTAKE, this salon does not uphold the quality of Bozeman Bella Nails. I’m so mad that I just paid 50$ plus a tip to feel more embarrassed. The girl doing my nails was nice but the job was horrendous. I’m going somewhere else to get them fixed in the morning.

Quite possibly the WORST nail job I have ever had. Day three and my gel is peeling off. I went back the next morning after I had had my nails done the night before because my nail was peeling. The heavy set girl who did my nails was a nasty person. Wouldnt talk to me. But was very friendly with her regulars. She made me SCRUB of the dip I had on my nails. Then she ran that dremel file taking off what I couldnt get off, burning my nails. She was so quick and I think, skipped a few steps to get done. She motioned my hands after she got done filing and then had me go wash it off. I gave her a $10 tip and I wish I hadnt. 55 bucks and it is coming off 3 days later. I called and told them how unhappy I was and they said we will give you a credit so you can come back and get it redone. No thanks. The owner was nice, but that fat girl, what a b______!!!! I was up there for work and took a chance. I will never disrespect Bella Nails in Bozeman again by going elsewhere. Bella nails in Bozeman experts.

Got my nails done here, the woman left nail polish on my fingers, not even close to my nail... She filed down my nail with the electric filing machine almost down to my skin under my nails! Then left my nails too bulky and more wide than my original nails so they look ridiculous. They dont even know prices, they ask the owner after every job done exactly how much the job will cost the customer. My cuticles werent even treated so my nail job is just not worth what I paid. Id rather go to Nail Studio in Bozeman. I dont recommend Bella Nails & Spa. I shouldve spoke up, but I didnt want them to do horribly on purpose. Id rather not piss off the person holding a filing machine to my finger nails...In the up side, they are super friendly!

Horrible customer service. Very unfriendly. But worst of all did horrible on my nails as well as my mom’s. They were thick, uneven, not shaped as I asked and the paint did not cover the full nail beds or get even close to the cuticles. I will never be going there again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Erin is the best in the Gallatin Valley, I travel from Bozeman to Belgrade just for her! My appointments are always on time and she is a total perfectionist. Over the years I have gotten a wide variety of shapes and styles of acrylics and she has always nailed it, from a simple short coffin shape to a long stiletto or a soft almond style! 😂 They always have the most current gel polish colors and fun new decor to adorn them! If youve seen it on Instagram, they will have it!I have never had issues with them lifting or anything!

Great service and affordable, but the interior is quite run down, and the smell of fumes was so strong that I fetl like holding my breath the entire time I was there. It seems like the ventilation is not working.

This was a worst manicure Ive ever had. The manicurist was rough and filed too hard. The nail length did not match from finger to finger. The jell polish remover was not left on long enough and the manicurist scrapped so hard I was sure some of my nail was scrapped thus weakening & thinning my nails. Tonight after having my nails done today, my fingers are sore from the rougher filing. I will never return!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. None of my nails are the same length and I got the chrome powder and she didnt put it on right at all. Its streaky and looks like an amateur did it! I paid for it and left and will never go back. Not to mention I went to three different locations looking for them because apparently someone else is Bella in Belgrade as well.

Poor quality nail job. Acrylic extensions with gel over lay. Peeling and breaking off less than a day after.

Not impressed. will not be returning.
