2 Years ago, could not complain. Now, lucky to see your package on estimate delivery day. Maybe the driver decided to quit and deliver your packages with others. You would think these Guys have no interviews with HR. Probably have sketchy past.Worst Fed EX franchisee I have ever worked with.Trimming vendors who only do Fed Ex shipping. Use vendors who use others.Complaining does nothing.. It appears Fed Ex pays below average. Explains the below average Service.

I live in a rural area of Montana. I follow the tracking of my items and one very important item was to be delivered last Friday. Then I was notified that it would be Saturday. Then it was the following Monday. Then it was to be delivered Tuesday...... Tracking updates always said that delays were due to weather. It has been absolutely glorious here for the last week!When the driver (with absolutely no personality) finally arrived today, Wednesday, I asked him what was the delay? He was aware that they were using weather an excuse for not delivering packages on time. They are holding packages until they can load a truck to make the trip to Ennis.Their attitude is that the customer can just wait!No wonder FedEx stock is tanking. Corporate should take a close look at this facility and how it operates.UPS Rocks!

Must say this crew is great! Got delayed and I would have arrived after they closed. My package was full of specialty dietary foods and would have been horrible if not received. Just made a few calls and This crew moved my 110# cooler to a new pickup location open til 9pm! Thank You! You guys rock!

The woman who assisted me was extremely rude and very condescending. I had a few questions about why my package was not deliverable to the two addresses in which I had provided FedEx.She did not know the answer but proceeded to tell me that they dont deliver to my address. I have had packages from FedEx delivered to my house many times before, in fact I am very friendly with our local delivery driver.Extremely displeased with her attitude and the service in which was provided by this young woman. It was a frustrating experience I hope I never have to go back and deal with that young woman again.

Fed Ex Belgrade is a joke! I wasn’t home when my package came, so I signed the slip that was left on the door so the package would be left at the doorstep the next business day. Next business day I get home with my signed slip covered with a new slip with “Final Attempt “ written on it. I call them & they say I could pick up at the store ANYTIME between 3:30-5:30; So I drive over there at 3:45, only for the unfriendly little girl at the counter to say, “Well I don’t know what to tell you, I can’t tell you why Our drivers do what they do!” Well if I signed the slip & your driver disregarded my signature and put a new slip DIRECTLY over my signed one, my only question is Why wasn’t my package delivered when I did exactly what they said do? Now to wait ANOTHER 2 days and a full days work because I have to make sure my package is delivered. Way to go Belgrade Fed Ex, Christmas time is gonna be quite a breeze, you can just wait till after and deliver when you want.

I love this location of FedEx. It is quite a bit out of the way, but the staff here is always very forthcoming about whether or not they are going to be able to meet my needs. One time they even referred me to USPS because they knew I could get what I needed from them at a fraction of the price! #smalltown #letsguide

Federal express keeps delivering my packages to the wrong house! They arent even consistent. I have to call 3 neighbors on a regular basis to track my packages down. Address is clearly written on package and on our home!

I feel the same way as the review above. I have a package sitting on a truck somewhere that was delivered via Saturday delivery to my business this morning at 9:40...CLEARLY our hours are posted on the front window that we open at 10:00. The 800# was unhelpful and they just DO NOT CARE!!! Leaving a door tag that the express package that was paid ridiculous amounts of $$ for is NOT DOING YOUR JOB FEDEX. I will do my very best not to use your service anymore.

They lost an expensive package. Got checked in at the Belgrade location, was in a truck for delivery, and I didn’t receive it. Customer service said there was nothing they could do. Very disappointed customer.

This facility failed to put an address correction label on my package 3 days in a row. The computer was updated but the workers couldnt seem to do this simple task. In spite of my calling daily to ask why my package didnt arrive as promised they have never fixed the issue. I am going to drive 1 1/2 hours to get the package as I need the contents and cannot wait another day. Extreme incompetence. Deeply dissatisfied.

Ordered a 3 day ship, I guess because it was over the weekend, it was turned into 4 days. It is sitting in a sealed shipping container at my local FedEx. I am unable to pick it up locally because it is due tomorrow. So instead of providing excellent service, you will wait the extra day, even though it is sitting at the local building. Insane, use UPS or USPS, I have always had problems with FedEx, this was my last straw. This was an important package and 3 day ship was selected, stick to the 3 days, I paid for it! For the sales rep, 6-28-12 to 7-2-12 is 3 business days, plus a Saturday you guys should be working on. Stay Away!!

My package arrived at the local Belgrade facility at 8:50 am this morning (Monday). It is not scheduled for delivery until Wednesday at 8:00 pm. This was sent last Friday Express Saver. Apparently they will just sit on it for three days to let it age. They behave like a government bureaucracy. I have other options in the future and will use them.

Always get different info on same issue. When you have to sign for something you have to wait around untill 8 at night or risk not getting it. No window of delivery time.

Paid to have a package delivered overnight. Package will instead arrive three days past the scheduled delivery date. Use any other courier if you want your goods to arrive on time.

This is the latest drop location in Bozeman. It is just a service counter for FedEx Express. There is no FedEx ground at this location.

Absolute WORST shipping company around. One damaged shipment after the other. Will NEVER use them again.

Let people know when you are holding their packages so they know their packages are at your center and ready for pickup! Duh!
