Amazing customer service! Andy came and set us up right away and make sure all of our phones and offices worked just the way they should.

Sadly this is the only internet I can get where I currently live. I pay for 25mb/s a month and hardly ever actually get those speeds. If all you do is stream shows, youll be fine, but if you want to play video games or anything else that requires high, steady bandwidth, look elsewhere. Most days my speed will throttle up and down all day. On top of all this, their 24/7 tech support line keeps you on hold for 12 minutes until finally giving you the option to leave your name, number, etc and your issues youre having. Ive left my info twice and have never been called back.

I have been without internet for over five hours, and this is not the first time. Not just frustrating, ITS MADDENING. I have WiFi signal but can’t connect to the server. It most always happens on the weekend.

The best customer service possible. They are local and have people you can call locally to help when something goes wrong. Prices are great too.

The internet is inexpensive and fast. But more importantly the staff is amazing. Great customer service and so friendly.

The best thing about this provider is their no contract month to month service and it’s affordable. However before I started my service I called asking if they would have speeds high enough to support online gaming in my area and they assured me they did. The entire 6 months I’ve had their service now I have been getting 3-5mbps when my plan says I should be getting 25. I’ve called and emailed several times without any resolve. Then, I was emailing someone trying to figure out ways to help my speed and he just stopped returning my emails. I have emailed twice in nearly two months without any response. Moral of the story: if you just stream Netflix it might suit your needs but this internet cannot provide speeds sufficient for online gaming so if you are a gamer you will be disappointed. Our speeds have been so slow lately that we can barely stream video. I’m also very disappointed in their customer service!

So far about 15 times faster than DSL at nearly the same prices. Great service for our rural hillside home. I feel I’ve entered the digital era with Global Net on my side.

Not expensive. I live in rural Montana this is really my only option other than Hughesnet.... Never get Hughesnet, that is my fare warning. I am able to stream, play my gaming console, and browse with little or no inconvenience or have any hidden expensive for over usage of data. They also do direct payment with CC or DC so no need to bother about calling in payments or mailing one in.

Global Net was terrific when I had a problem. Jamie helped me troubleshoot it and then they sent a tech out the following day, who fixed my problem. I felt it was excellent service! Thank you!

Revised:Ran into some issues after years of good service. Would strongly recommend going with another wired provider if possible, and making sure that they can be reliable if not.

The inconsistency during the afternoons and evenings is absurd. I was promised OVER AND OVER by this company that I would be able to game with them. That’s is true if I want to game at 1 am or only on clear weather days. Otherwise, 3K + latency.This is a big let down and super frustrating. Also if you want to stream HD content...nope, won’t work either unless outside peak times and perfect weather conditions are present. I will be switching as soon as I can.

Best internet I have had for our rural location. Am so glad our freinds recommended them, after years of crappy internet with other providers.
