I went into this location with a incredibly difficult fragile items to package and ship to California. Lindy was the woman that helped me with my items. I had a large Jade tree and an antique Humidor that were very fragile and complex to wrap and package and ship safely. She went above and beyond to carefully wrap every individual flower, leaves petals and branches of the Jade tree. It was daunting and complicated but Lindy did it with care and expertise. She poured love into caring for my treasures as if they were hers. Everything arrived in perfect condition and in this day and age it was so refreshing to find a person like Lindy that treats her job and others with such care and exceptional service. If you need to ship something you care about this UPS Store and their employee Lindy will do the best job you could ever hope to find!!!

The notary at this location has no clue what he is doing and smells of alcohol. I called in the at prior to make sure there was a notary on location. I brought my paperwork in and the notary didn’t know what to do and had to call a couple people with no luck. I then had to drive to Bozeman UPS store where the notary there had no issues with getting my paperwork signed. Maybe the Belgrade location should get someone who knows what they are doing in the store.

I had a saddle and a lot of miscellaneous leather scraps, clothes etc to ship from here to Texas. In all it amounted to about 75 lbs and a pretty big package so I handed it off to the folks in the store to box and pack up. They did an excellent job! Even the rolled up paper patterns, snugged in with the saddle and 3 or 4 bags of stuff, arrived in Texas without getting flattened. It was all saran wrapped together, bubble wrapped then surrounded with peanuts in the box. The UPS guy who delivered it in Texas was also impressed at how good the box looked for traveling so far and extended his compliments too. Thanks!! 👍🏻👍🏻

The people working here are so friendly and helpful! I needed to return a large item to amazon and they helped me unload it from the back and my car when they didn’t have to! They were patient with my questions and concerns. A great experience.

Will not ship bear spray! Ups website says you can via ground. Amazon ships it free. Bozeman ups store will ship it but this store will not.

They do not sell printer ink

Generally a quick in and out place, use it for Amazon drop offs.

I have been a happy customer at the UPS store for many years, and will continue to be for years to come. Brian and his staff are always friendly, helpful, and professional. Their knowledge of all the ins and outs of their business is wonderful, and when I walk in, I always know that any need I have will be met with a smile and a can-do attitude. I enjoy the atmosphere in the store, and am constantly impressed with the wide range of services offered. I always recommend this store to everyone!

UPS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!!UPS is the worst company to deal with. They send out emails for estimated times of delivery but do not show up during the estimated times. Not exactly sure how they expect you to get a package that you need to sign for if they don’t show up between the 4 hours they give themselves to deliver a package! They have no respect for other people’s time!Their website is impossible to navigate for someone that doesn’t want to email back and forth and just wants to talk to a person to get an answer in the same day. The tracking they give you doesn’t tell you anything unless you download an app. If you want to schedule a time for a package to be delivered you have to download an app and become a member for something like $20.UPS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!!They do not have a local number for you to call so you can deal with someone that is in your area. I have had numerous problems with them delivering packages to my home! I have stopped doing business with people that use UPS to deliver items I have bought.FEDEX is the only company to use! If I could give a negative star rating I would!!UPS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!!
