Chris replaced the battery in my older Moto Droid phone. He was great at explaining the potential risks (my screen was cracked before taking it in) to the phone and cost. My phone would shut off about every 15 minutes of use before. When I got the phone back it worked like new and for less then his original quote! He even emailed me the next day to make sure it was working properly and make sure I was satisfied. Waited a few day to make sure everything was still working great before writing a review.
