0900 hrs called the shop. Phone answered on 2nd ring. After hearing my problem, passed a message on to Alex Barns who call me back and arranged a home visit at 1500 (3PM). Arrived on time. Late in 2018, I bought a used MacBook Air and a three-year extended warranty from Mid-Coast Tech, and they have been great every step of the way, right on down the line.The Air crashed and they replaced it on the spot - no questions asked. And they have always stopped what they were doing to immediately help me with tech questions and problems that had nothing to do with the performance of my unit. Its hard for me to imagine how their service could be any better. I recommend them without any hesitation.

We got great service and a bonus on unexpected issuesWe contacted Shawn to resolve recurring wifi printer issues wed wrestled with for weeks. After a quick analysis, he recommended a better wifi connection, which he installed and configured. Problems solved! Along the way he increased our wifi speed to computers by 2X as well. Then as a bonus, Shawn noticed our credit card systems were not compliant, which we able to resolve with a phone call. We got great service and a bonus on unexpected issues. Great job!
