I pulled in because my car started over heating as I was driving by a message on my dash said the engine was going to shut down. A salesman came out once I popped my hood to find out what was going on. Once I explained what happened he directed me to the service center and the gentleman went right out to my car and resolved my problem. He was excellent and I am very appreciative of the quick help and resolution even though I didnt have an appointment.

They destroyed my wheels they all have a white scratches on the outside edge I got out on my camaro 4 months ago, was told I would get new ones per the service guys. Still nothing.UPDATE: Well it’s been 3 months... I went in and talked with Ben, we had new wheels picked out and was told they were ordered since the ones on my car are no longer being produced. Came in 2 weeks ago come to find out Ben is no longer working at Stanley and the wheels were never even ordered still no update from the service department or the parts department it’s getting beyond ridiculous at this point.

Being new to area, Ben and his crew at Dutch Chevrolet treated me with respect, took care of my car with ease and checked to make sure the work needed on my car was under warranty or not, very thorough, recomend Dutch Chevrolet, they definitely treat you right. Thanks to Ben and Ryan and crew, for taking care of this old ladys car, and so helpful with recommending me others for work I needed at home, your the best, certainly made me feel welcomed to the area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Haven’t gotten my car back in two months

Top notch professionals here in the collision center and at Enterprise. I had some body work done to my Subaru here. They started working on my vehicle right away and it was done in the time frame that they estimated, which was important as I was paying for a rental. When I called, I didn’t even have to introduce myself, they knew who I was and had the information I needed right away. Very personable and reasonably priced.

Ive had 2 different vehicles detailed at Dutch both times I was very happy with the way they looked. However the service department on more then one occasion didnt return my phone call. I eventually got a call back regarding a date to have the detail service done. On the day I dropped off I was told Id get a phone call when my car was finished. I never got a call there was no message left, even though I had left contact information before dropping off that morning. When I came to pick up my vehicle the service counter was closed. I had to have the car sales men ring me up and give me my key. While being happy with the detail itself I give my experience a 2 star and thats only because Ive calmed down. I go to Dutch because the woman who details is the best around! However it takes a good team to make happy customers and run a good business I am not at all happy with how the situation was handled. Had I not called when I did my car would have been locked outside a dealership with me having no way to work in the morning.

I contacted them several times about trading in my vehicle and no one ever called me back.

If you need body shop work go see Allan. Very knowledgeable on all makes and models. Work is excellent, very fair pricing. Best place around and it’s local!

Nice family owned car dealership. I have dealt with the service and auto-body shop on many occasions. The service has always been good and when something has not been done right they fix it.

I just got my car back from Dutch Chevrolets body shop. Not only did they do a superlative job, but they came in under the estimate. The car was completely detailed and delivered directly to my home. I found the staff friendly, and knowledgeable. I cant even think of anybody I would rather work on my car.

They knew how important it was that we got the vehicle exactly the way we wanted it. Our salesman didnt try to talk us into something else or try to search for an existing one like it, they understood we wanted to order a new build and he helped us a lot. The financing expert on site was great as well. He really pushed to get us the best rate and lowest payment. Although the entire experience was a long one because we special ordered we are completely satisfied with the folks at Dutch!

Definitely a five star operation. I took my car in for service and was totally pleased. The service department is always dependable. They take the car in when expected and call as soon as it is finished. Dutch Chevrolet is a great dealership.

My vehicle just went over 61,000 miles when I took it in for an oil change. During the oil change they found a small leak. They researched it a bit, and found that it was a small oil leak, not in a great location. It involved a great deal of work due to where the leak was located, but Dutch (a) willingly lent me a car to get around for the 2 days they had my car, and (b) did not charge me to fix my leak, which I felt was completely over and above what they needed to do. They always treat me fairly, with respect, and I am quite proud to have them service my vehicle. Great Job!

This place is a rip-off!I came in for a state inspection sticker and they refused it telling me I needed work done and suddenly?Both my rear break lights arent working......They tried to sell me on a diagnostic for the break lights and sell me on repairs for suspension on my car.Im a mechanic and know very well what the work suggested entails and they wanted to charge 2 hours work for a 10 to fifteen minutes job!And a 100$ for a part I could get for 8.50 at advanced Auto!I refused thier work thinking it smelt fishy.I got all the parts I was told needed to be replaced only to find when I get under my car to do the work?There was nothing wrong what so ever!!!Got my Inspection Sticker fine elsewhere!They tried to charge me over 600$for absolutely nothing!!Luckily I know better and this scam probably works on plenty people who know nothing about cars.Avoid at all costs this place will only rip you off

I bought the all new Chevy Cruze HATCHBACK last week. The process started about a year ago when Nathan Chambers called to let me know Chevy would be making a Cruze HATCHBACK. The first day they could be ordered, we ordered one and I started the paperwork 15 minutes after it rolled off the transport truck.
