Wal-mart should think of keeping the customers in their store thn for reals get your stuff need and leave. Swamp cooler does not work in humidity duh but ok I could have spent more cash but shop elsewhere for summer

Sunday September 8, 2019I have been to the Belen automotive Walmart several times to do my oil change. So, I decided I wanted to do business with them for tires. The first time I went to attempt to give them business for this, there was only one other car in the stalls and several men walking around the garage, and it took 20 minutes for anyone to come to my car. By this time, I didnt have enough time to stay for all I wanted to get done.The second time I attempted to give them my business, the man on the phone was rude, had to be prompted for questions about warranties, how long it would take for the tires to come in, and left me on hold for ten minutes without actually putting me on hold so I could hear his conversations with all the other costumers. I just wanted a quote.When he finally did get back on the phone, he tried to tell me then didnt have those particular tires in store or online even though I was looking right at them on my computer.Dont try and pass off not wanting to do your job as Weve been really busy. Everyone gets busy. Thats life. I will be taking my business elsewhere for both oil changes and all other mechanical work from now on.

They cant change oil at all they messed up my car

Walmart has been changing my oil every 3 months they look after my car and I feel very confident when I leave there knowing that I have a safe car to drive. And the cost about loyal change is very reasonable.

Took my car in for an oil change and after it was completed the sales associate gave me my keys back, did not mention that the car should be parked in a different location, went outside to where my car should have been parked and was not there. We were walking around for a while looking for it when an employee who was on break asked if we where looking for our car, we said yes. He responded it may be in the back.There it was just parked in a random spot. Was not exactly happy.

I didnt go to auto care. The rest of the store the staff were helpful and friendly. The store is clean and organized. Everything I looked for was in stock. Even with the remodeling it is one of the better Wal-Marts Ive been to.

Had a great experience here. I had to go to Belen from the Los Lunas store because our battery was out of stock there. In the Los Lunas store the line was long and there was nobody at the counter. The phones were ringing off the hook and a worker from outside peeped hos head through the window to answer then went back to working on a car. He did this THREE times without addressing the people in line to tell us someone will be right with us or never called for help. After finally getting help we are sent to Belen and the gentleman Arthur helped us get the battery we needed and went out of his way to double check the size when we noticed our old battery was a different size. There were no lines and the employee was very nice. We were in and out in less than 10 min. From now on I will make the trip to Belen i stead of Los Lunas because I always have a problem in the Los Lunas auto department.

Had the tires we needed and they were put on our truck quickly with no problems they were very curtious.

Dont change ur oil there.please dont trust them

This place is never stocked they change inventory and places items are kept every other day and they advertise that they match prices of sales however thats not entirely true. They match some prices not bogos or bogof and most cashiers dont know sale prices of other stores like they claim to on TV and some try to give you partial sales prices like its coming out of their pocket. The worst the is once you find a product you like, they discontinue it. Equally as bad is if you are indecisive or have trouble finding something you will be followed, watched and on the verge of tackled by security like youre a thief.

Dont go through Donalds line. He will not sell me beer because my children are with me and they dont have an Id, he has no personality anyway. The big male assistant manager with a ugly vest always asks me for a receipt when I pick up a script. I hate this wal mart. Worst experience every time. The jewelry dept is a joke. Grocery is ok. Electronic department is knowledgeable. Auto Center knows about as much as dirt and always put oil 1 quart less than full. The middle aged lady that was always in the garden center with the brades and thick glasses is very nice. They always follow my family like we are stealing! I hope this Walmart sinks in the sespool it was built upon. Pay the extra dollar and go to Lowes in Belen. Trust me.
