Superior customer service and the quality of cuts and packaging is top notch. Scheduling, customizing your meat card, and pick up is extremely easy and always hassle free. My family has used Matthews for decades and we’ve always been satisfied. There isn’t a better meat processing business in the entire Central Valley region of New Mexico.

They made the process of getting our half hog in the cuts we wanted very easy. Though they are booked out into next year for processing it is very worth it.

This was our first visit to the meat pros and they were very friendly in explaining how the whole process goes, from receiving the cow, filing out meat card and payment. I would definitely use them again and their reasonable prices. I also liked they double wrap the meat and made pickup very easy, thank you guys!

This is the place to have your beef butchered. They give you exactly what you want. I havent had a bad cut from them yet. Been using them for years. Their prices are more than reasonable.
