First if all dont listen to the bad review. I have been with Lucas and his team for several yrs. I have had nothing but great experiences with them. Every time I call I always get a response usually same day. Everyone in the office is really nice and take time to answer any and all questions. Any time I see Lucas outside the office he is always friendly takes time just to chat about you and your family and ask how everything is going. If you have questions he always invites you to call or stop by so he can give the most accurate information. I will keep doing business with Lucas, his team and state farm because they always go out of the way to help.

Luccas Greene and Grace have been very helpful. They got me the best price possible on my new vehicle insurance and emailed me a copy of my temporary insurance right away so I would be covered. Grace answered all my questions and even helped arrange for Luccas to meet me in Albuquerque to sign paperwork. Overall it was an easy process and I highly recommend getting insurance from Luccas Greene.

I just want people to know, im older and had a lot of insurance in the past with a lot of different agents. I have to say The people down at state farm in belen are the best, there personable, attentive, fair priced, and make sure you are taken care of. They even call you if youre late. Its bad if you dont pay your bill, but they work with you. Now if you travel a lot like me, you dont have to be tied to your mailbox. They even have life insurance. Great job you guys!!!!!

Dad had a wreck, made a claim. Afterwards, discovered there was more to be added because of a wheelchair and lift. Have sent pictures FOUR times and no one can find them. Have been trying for three days to get help from our agent just to see if they got the pictures. Call Total Loss and it says 5-10 minute wait. After 29 minutes I hung up. Never have talked to the guy who sold us a policy. Secretary just keeps saying we have to call the folks in California. I guess State Farm agents are just policy writers, and screw you if you need help. Thanks for absolutely nothing, Luccas Greene. I personally left State Farm years ago because of crappy service. Oh, we did get the bill for this months insurance payment for a totaled car.

This place is horrible Id rate it 0 stars if I could they refused to give me my ID card cause I got my policy at a different state farm location luccas Greene was very rude I would not recommend him to anybody. He was mad cause I didnt do business in his office
