I know everyone is giving this company a five star rating and I hate being the only one leaving a bad review but I won’t do business there just by the way the employee answered the phone. I was given an attitude right from the start and all I did was ask how much an hour they charged. I think frank needs to have a talk with his employees because he is going to lose a lot of business with this guy working there. I know he lost mine

Frank is a Belchertown Treasure. If it has a motor, Frank can fix it. ALSO…best advice on the planet. It’s amazing the machine knowledge he has, and is willing to share. My older Craftsman mower, self propelled, push mower needed a wheel. Internet search yielded “close” products, but not duplicates, and even then, long wait. Frank saves some parts off discarded or repaired equipment. He had…a lot…of tires of “about” the right kind. Even though my requirement was extremely specific…damn if I didn’t find a used exact match. Wonderful! Amazing!Thank You Frank. My lawn thanks you. My wife thanks you.
