Ive used relentless on 2 occasions. The first was a AAA tow that literally took minutes to arrive and was handled quickly, and professionally with a driver that understands a broken down car sucks for anyone. The second was with my grandson who needed a car transported, again the gave a time and were prompt and personable. Good experience both times.

Wow. I was in a pickle when I followed my GPS up a road that ended up in a swamp. When turning around --- bam --- off the road I slid. Even in 4WD low there was no way to get out, save for Travis Watts. He was there within an hour after walking into the swamp to evaluate the situation. He managed to get in, hook me up, winch me out and then tag me two miles back to the hardtop. Unbelievable. This isnt the type of service youd expect, but he did it! Well done and thank you.

I’ve had to use Relentless Towing in multiple situations in my tree care business for winch outs and medium duty tows. Every time they were very prompt on arrival with professional and friendly staff. Being a business owner I really judge another company based off impression. From their trucks to their uniforms, to knowledge & friendly personalities they’ve got it figured out. We won’t use anyone else

Showed up within the time period they said to pick up my son (a new driver) who was broken down on side of road. They were very nice, prompt and the price was fair for the amount of miles to get him home safely. Ty!!

Myself and my sister were sledding with her 2 kids (9 months and 2.5 years old). 12am, I blew the clutch on a vehicle I had just purchased and was on the side of the road. Nobody I called would answer til these guys. The owner picked up in two rings, and was incredibly courteous and helpful. Told me he would be there within a half hour and was there in 27 minutes. Had the truck hooked up and we were off in a matter of 10-15 minutes. He towed it for me, placed it off the road, and offered observations that he noticed while towing the vehicle. Extremely professional, extremely courteous and understanding, and excellent pricing to boot! Highly recommend, these guys got me out of a nasty situation that I wouldnt have been able to solve otherwise. 5 stars truly isnt enough.

Above and beyond--a screw in a car tire turned into a huge odyssey (along the way I discovered my car didnt come with a spare tire!), and Justin not only towed my car to the one place he knew would be able to handle my car on a Saturday, he was more than patient and helpful when I needed help three hours later--long story short, he even drove to the garage to help fix my tire. And all of this with patience and kind friendliness, too. I cant give my thanks strongly enough. Highly recommend!!!!!

I dont leave reviews very often. But after my experience with Justin and Travis at Relentless Towing, I wanted to help spread the word of my experience. Theyre a young 6yr old company that has the best phone response, clear and professional communications and a personal touch that just makes you feel good about having you as a potential customer. They moved two of my classic vehicles (sports car and motorcycle) to a barn in Western MA. I rode with Justin and discovered what a great young guy he was and along the way I listened to him take calls and deal with customers in-between our conversation. He even got a call for a lock-out that was nearby and right on our way. He asked if we could make a quick stop which I was happy to accommodate and I witnessed him perform a professional lock-out in less that 60 seconds and leaving another thrilled customer. They are superstars in the towing and road service industry and if you live in central or western Massachusetts you will no doubt have an experience like I had and will be happy to spread the word. They have a customer for life with me!

Relentless Towing is not only responsive and professional, the gentleman (I believe the owner) who arrived to help us was unbelievably kind. I was locked out on 18 degree weather while sledding with my 9 month old and 2 year old. Relentless Towing arrived within 15 minutes and very professional.

Pretty sure the timing belt on my car went tonight and the guy who helped me out made the tow quick and painless. I have never had my car towed and was very scared. He also let my friend know of an issue with her car. Overall very pleased and will contact them again in the future if needed.

Have had to use AAA many times in the past year, and everytime the send Relentless Towing and Recovery its a great experience. They always come before the expected time, and are a pleasure to deal with. This is the second time weve dealt with Justin, and he is always very polite, friendly, and helpful. I need Relentless to move to KY. Best experience in a bad situation. Travis and justin are 2 amazing men. Stuck on the side of the road last night in a bad spot going up a hill pulling a 40ft 5th wheel camper. Tow companies I called said close to a thousand to tow both, to me that was out of my price range but felt I had no option Until a stranger stopped by said they would send help, sent Relentless to us. One of our plow trucks slid off a driveway we were plowing. Called relentless and the phone was answered after 3 rings. We were told they would be there in 25 minutes. When Travis (owner) arrived he assessed the situation and went to work. highly professional and a great company to work with. We now keep Relentless Towing business cards in every one of our companys vehicles.

Went out to my driveway and found a flat rear tire on my Subaru. Called AAA at 12:10. I was told it might be an hour for the service to arrive. A very nice young man arrived at 12:20 and changed out the tire and was leaving at 12:45. It is now 12:55 and I am writing this review. It doesnt get any better than that. We have been AAA members 20 years and will remain members as long as we are driving. Very satisfied customers.

Relentless is relentless at customer service. Travis went out of his way when he saw my cars hood up at Stop and Shop and asked if I needed help. He was right. Gave my battery a boost. Took my AAA info, and I was on my way. Stop & Shop employees kept my cold items in their fridge until I could get on my way. Kudos to them too.

When he arrived, he was able to get my car to start, but noticed I needed to have the alternator replaced and recommended a new battery.
