Good Bank.Any problems have been solved without any charge to me. I do agree w/ others about the Fee to change and/or get a new card, they used to be only $10.Now its $25.Pro-Tip: If you dont want over-draft fees;TELL THEM YOU WANT THE PURCHASE TO BE DENIED IF YOU DONT HAVE THE MONEY FOR IT ~ They will change it for you.Many people over the years that work there have been Great! Zane, you know who you are.Just to give an example, I have had problems while in another country and each time they fix it.... except that one time they got Hacked through the Target Debacle. Wasnt their fault. Got stuck in Mexico w/ a useless Debt Card.

Just hands down rude to start. Very unprofesdtional. Accounts and records are off. Then when you ask for the records the month before they tell you over the phone they will and then dont send them. So glad we are done with them. Now to get my mother out of there.

Website said open on sundays. I drove an hour and they are closed on Sundays. Woodforest just lost a customer of 10 years. If you cant keep your website up to date your not keeping your customers up to date!

My son has been with Woodforest for a little over 3 years, honestly with zero complaints. Until this past week and weekend (4/24/17 thru 5/1/17)Evidently his account was compromised and he had several atm inquiry charges that put his account. into overdraft. after over an hour and 3 managers later they could not give him any explanation as to why or even where these charges had come from, but cleared the inquiry charges and restored his account to the original balance, but refused to issue a new debit card. Within an hour of that experience, his account showed 4 more inquiries on that day (friday), 1 on saturday, 4 Sunday, and 4 more today. He spend 25 minutes on the phone this morning until the person helping him said they would send his info to the local branch manager and they would call a little after 9a.m. it is now 12:35 p.m. (5/1/2017) and still no return call. Since the closest local branch is 68.7 miles away in Beeville, TX., It looks like he is going to drive an hour plus one way just to close his account because of the incompetent management and customer service representatives that operate the phones. Really sad, he loved Woodforest....
