Great experience, very efficient purchasing process. I was able to select a vehicle from the online inventory one evening and received a phone call the next day. The VIN number was given, along with several auto insurance providers. I was able to drive the car to the insurance company and return to finish the sales contract in a timely manner. The transaction is now completed and I am now driving a relatively new car with an extended warranty.

Bought a car 3-4 months ago, car started over heating couple weeks ago. Mechanic got to look at it and has a blown head gasket. They are looking for a cause but call the car place back to see what they can do and nothing is the response. Run round and round trying to say it was ran without fluids etc when that is not the case. So if you spend 10+k on a car go somewhere where you know itll last longer then 4 months or a place that stands behind their cars with such a major issue, avoid this place.

Visited this place the other day and the service i didnt receive was horrible. When my boyfriend and i got there no one came to assist us, we had to walk inside and ask for it. Shawn Ramon didnt even accompany us in the test drive. We then proceeded to talk to him and he basically told us we cant afford the car which i found pretty insulting. I make decent money and am a college student with good credit, if i was making more, i definitely wouldnt be looking into a used car but i know what i can afford. Never even got a call back so he and the business lost a sale. Such a shame a beautiful car is in the hands of people with no drive to sell it, definitely a waste of a 3 hour drive. Not worth your time.

I Drove around the parking lot a couple of times got off and looked through the Windows of the vehicles I liked but no one ever went outside to assist me or show me a vehicle. Now Ive been to a couple dealerships prior to this one and have had more then one salesman aproach me. Didnt look busy at all, but no assistance what so ever. I would have given my business, being new to the Beeville area, but ambition obviously is lacking. Customer assistance is a huge positive where Im from especially if you want to make money selling vehicles. Just an FYI.

Went to get car inspected and they were prompt in service, was asked if wanted some coffee while I waited, and the staff were very friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Okay, so I’ve had the worst luck and judgement on places to purchase a vehicle. I’ve spent the last 2.5 weeks trying to get into a dependable vehicle and in the process the three places I went through: Aztec in Beeville, AutoNation Buick and Hyundai in Corpus, and Alice Autoplex ended up running my Credit at least 11x and would keep me waiting all day long and even until the next day or two. All to end up telling me. Sorry things aren’t going to go through after I had been there from 9am until 4pm. I’ve worked so hard to build my credit, (the little bit that I have), for them to just keep running it without my knowledge.... but to top it off, they would say they were working deals and not much left in the process and then at the end of the day. They couldn’t do anything with my 543 fico score. They would start doing papers for 2013 vehicles that cost $15,000 They even then wanted $2,500 down for a $8,000 2011 vehicle. After all of that stuff, I still desperately needed and wanted a car. I still needed and wanted to try one last time, I’m glad I did! I went by Superior on Saturday when they were closing and met Mr. Gilbert Gonzales, he told me to go back on Monday bc they had just closed. I told him a little bit about my credit and situation with having school classes and an exam this weekend. He said, I won’t waste your time, I’ll tell you like it is when you come in. So here I am at home writing this review to tell you people: that are wondering whether or not to try to get a vehicle from superior. Just do it!!! It’s where I should of gone first. I am now a proud owner of a 2016 Mazda 3 I-sport. I cannot explain how appreciative I am. The customer service and understanding I received are beyond a 10+. He provided insurance company names and kept my payments low as well as having only a $1500 down payment. If you’re in need of a vehicle, I highly recommend visiting Mr. Gilbert Gonzales at Superior Auto in Beeville, Tx!!!!!!
