The employees are friendly and helpful and I always get in and out with little wait time.

I just want to thank you guys for fixing UPS packaging that was totally wrong address. I went into the post office explained my situation. They took my information and found the package in got it re routed. That is above and beyond customer service. The package was delivered today thank you so much 🙏. A+++++++++ this post office rocks!

I just left without mailing my package, losing 7 bucks on ebay JUST TO NOT WAIT IN YOUR LINE OF CONTEMPT.STOP ACTING LIKE YOU DONT HAVE A ROOM FULL OF PEOPLE WHO DONT HAVE TIME FOR YOU TO JACK AROUND.The smiley young guy that works there now is passive-aggressive, and smiles at you while doing this. I have now seen him, three separate times, make impossibly long situations impossibly longer, and HE NEVER CALLS FOR HELP. Just you. Standing there. For a half hour.I even canceled what I had still selling on ebay JUST TO AVOID THIS GUY, and THIS OFFICE.

Con job on priority mail, paid for a 2 day delivery, day 3 still not delivered. Ripped off out $7.95 for failed service and no refund. Totally ripped me off and they knew it going in that it wouldn’t arrive on time. If you need something delivered by a deadline, use FedEx, as USPS doesn’t give a damn! Forget about honesty from Beech Grove Post Office. They Lie!

I receive emailed photos (informed delivery) of what is going to be delivered daily. There has been several times the mail is not received into my mailbox. I check not received box, but that is useless, as my lost mail is never delivered.I had a return receipt card from a certified delivery that never made it to my house, and it has now been 2 weeks.The staff at the branch are nice to do business with. Now if they can just get the mail carrier to deliver the mail properly.I might add I have received other residents mail from 3 street over and on my street and have hand delivered it.And my mail several times has been delivered to the right number but wrong street.Something needs to be done.

They siad they tried to deleiver my package. I rescheduled the delivery for today. Here come the mail lady with out my package that needs a signature. So i call and reschedule again for 5/1. But wouldnt you know of you pull it up by the tracking she put in there that she tried to deliver it. Smh lazy.

Had a good time here. I walked in with a package, waited in line and dropped off the package. It was hot outside and the smell of the building was old but pleasant - Like a library with no air conditioning.

In a business full of rude employees, the one I had to tolerate at this branch was the worst.

They are always very friendly fast and helpful ! Just very personable group of people that work there and Im usually there a few times a week ,theyve never been anything less than great!😊!! Appreciate it thanks 😊!!

OK I need some help my name is Mary I live on 6th Avenue I had a package supposedly delivered by the postal service By the mail man the mail man handed me my mail I was outside with my dog at 10:15 supposably the package was delivered at 11:53 and put in my hands for a signature that did not happen we get mail That belongs to people That does not live here this happens Weekly basis weve taken it to their houses now I have a package that belongs to my grandson and its somewhere in Beech Grove and the Beech Grove Post Office Does not want to help me with this they think its just something that just happens and since they say I didnt purchase insurance Im probly going to have to eat that cost I dont think thats fair. When I called the Post Office they gave me a claim number I asked the woman what should I do and she told me to call Kohls and let them know that I did not receive my package even though it States that I did more unlikely Kohls is going to tell me because I did supposedly receive my package that again Im going to have to eat the cost and I dont think thats fair because it is my grandsons hes 8 years old.🤢

New to the area and i got a Lazy mailman. Wont even deliver mail to my actual house , but instead my neighbors porch, Doesnt visit the mailbox everyday (Ive had packages needing delivered sitting in my box for weeks). I havent even met the guy/girl because they are hardly there. Ive. Been told that since hes been working there so long, he just does what he wants. Cant get the office to pick up the phone. Very disappointed in the beech grove post office so far.

Most of the time get great service others not so much but thats anywhere.

I never have trouble with the girls that work inside the post office but I have a note that says to deliver my mail to my inside door of my apartment building, not leave it on the sidewalk thats open to the public, and Ive had my mail stolen multiple times.

8:40am and still not open. Can hear people in the back all not opening the post office.
