We’ve been here a year and a half and it seems to be a nice place to live. Maintenance has gotten quicker about responding to repairs, if you communicate with them they are good about making arrangements for rent if you’re going through a hardship. It’s nice that the office has washer and dryers. The only two things that I wish could be better is maybe having more washers at the office laundry facility, and getting our playground back. The one we had before was taken down last fall and I’m not sure if it’s going to be replaced or not.

I’ve lived in The Brixton for a little over 2 years and I absolutely love it. Kory in the office has been beyond helpful with any issues we’ve had while being here and we’ve never had to wait long for a repair. The apartments are nice and a great size, and I love that complex isn’t a giant one. I’m glad we chose to move in here!

The application process was super easy and the apartments look so great! The buildings are well maintained in addition to any maintenance issues being resolved quickly with excellent communication. I am so glad that we found this gem in such an ideal location for us!! Thank you Kory and staff!!!

As a previous And now current tenant I give the staff, property and units. Maintenance comes out quick and resolved any issues right away. Great place!

The Brixton is a wonderful place to live. The apartments are updated with new counter tops and hardwood floors. Everyone that comes over likes my place. Management is very knowledgeable about their job and will help you with anything they can. I have had maintenance out one time and they fixed my problem that day. I am happy I spend my hard earned money with the Brixton and I believe anyone looking for a new home will too!

I have lived at Brixton over 2 years, I have loved my apartment and neighbors. I have appreciated the office staff and all their help!

I’ve lived here for 2 years and I have zero complaints. The staff are friendly, any maintenance issues I’ve had have been taken care of, and they have a nice pool in the summer.

This would be a nice place to live if the price reflected what you get. The apartments are old you and you pay for everything light gas insurance water sewage trash.. you get nothing it is not worthy.

These apartments are wonderful! The grounds are always well kept. They have a spotless pool and outdoor activity area. The staff is very friendly as well. I called in and spoke to Tj the property manager and she was so helpful and kind. I visited the property on 8/17/19 and was very pleased she was there. She made sure I had all the information I needed for my move in as well as going above and beyond to call me back to check in on everything. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Next month will be one year that Ive been a resident at The Brixton. During my lease there was an ownership change... and honestly, it was the best thing that could happen to this property. I feel like the staff is actually involved and wants to know you. Everytime Ive had a maintenance call ( which is rare because these are newly renovated) maintenance always comes literally 1- 3 days after putting in an order. Which is awesome! I love talking with Tj and Mary; theyre always there with answers to my questions. I love that the property is having cookouts and etc. The neighbors are friendly and the pool is never overcrowded. Theyre pool bathrooms and gym is clean and well kept. I feel safe walking my dog and walking the property too. Its always clean and well kept. The Brixton really is a great place to live! Thank you guys for an awesome year!!!

They always take the longest time to send someone and fix your utilities. They only have ONE maintenance Guy. Price is really high for the service we received. Plus all other bills on the side (light bill, Gas bill, Insurance for the Apartment, Water and Trash.).Also!, My clothes was stolen at the Laundry Room. And the Cameras that they have are not on a Good point of view to record the entire Area so I never got my Items Return or any compensation for what happened in THEIR property. I didn’t even got to see the video of who came into the Gym and Laundry room that day.I’ve been living here for about 2 years and I still waiting for them to:-come and fix the closet door-fix the floor at the restroom-fix the roof and cabinets-waiting for the window Blinds-waiting for carpet service etc.

They have a tow company that goes around to check everyones plates. They stuck a giant Orange sticker on one of my windows saying that my license plates were expire. My license plates are not expired so they clearly made a mistake. When I told the Brixton about the mistake they refused to clean the sticker residue off my window. My car has been vandalized and now I have to take them to Small claims to get anything done and its just not worth the time... so nothing.

Mary is always willing to help do what it takes to meet residents needs and concerns. She does a fantastic job!

The place used to be good before the new owners took over. They are halfassing a so called remodel which is a joke. They are jacking the rent up where long term elderly tenants are being forced out. Maintenance takes weeks to fix things if they ever fix them at all. Nobody is ever in the office. It really is a shame what this place has become. It is not worth what they want to charge now. Stay away, there are better apartments for what they are trying to charge.

Definitely on the “avoid” list, for many reasons and red flags that would take a long time to explain. Suffice to say the company that owns this location seems only to be wringing money from it without care to how it treats its employees, its property, or its tenants, as has become common with apartment companies lately.

The only reason Ill give them one star is because the grounds are well kept. As for the office management, they are the rudest people ever, especially TJ.

Since the new owners have taken over I was forced to either pay $300 more a month in rent or move to a smaller apartment for still $200 over what I had originally paid. They halfassed a paint job (missing various spots on the walls) got some new carpet, and counter tops. Downsides after moving to this remodeled piece of garbage: they didnt even install water to my kitchen & I went days without running water, all the sudden have mice which I havent had EVER in the years Ive lived here, they installed my fridge backwards so you couldnt even open it, and the list goes on. IF I COULD GIVE IT 0 STARS I WOULD. DO NOT MOVE HERE unless youre willing to pay $900 for a 2 bedroom , no washer and dryer hookup, and rodents!!

I dont even live here but have visited the leasing center during their posted office hours and the door was locked. I then sat in the parking lot and proceeded to call the number on their sign and was told to press 1 for apartment information but when I pressed 1 an automated voice on the line said that is not a valid option. Im seriously just trying to give these people my money but theyre making it impossible.

You cant go wrong here i have lived here 2year. And. I like it

Shirley, the property manager, is totally irresponsible. She doesnt answer her phone, doesnt have the office open during hours its posted to be open and will ignore faxes with affidavits that she previously told you that she would fill out.
