What makes this AT&T store so much better than all the rest. Is their manager LINDSEY. She is always so patient n pleased to be helping you. And she’s so knowledgeable in all aspects of AT&T products AND services, n prices. As long as she’s there. I’ll go nowhere else.

1 associate. I needed 1 items to verify a phone and he couldnt bother. I stayed until 7 pm and finally left. It wasnt a problem a few weeks ago but when mom went in the hospital it was misplaced. 1 minute. I sat there over 30 minutes and he couldnt even ask what I needed until he finished with the 1 customer.

Your staff needs trained immediately! They messed up our account! They also lied to us about when my husbands phone was to come in! They told him it would come in at the end of next week. We checked our email after we left the store and seen a message that was sent the time that we were upgrading stating it wouldnt be in until February! Then I double checked our account and the rep had put me and my husbands phones on two different plans! He was asking another employee questions and I overheard the other employee say he had no idea just wing it and see what happens!! I worked for an att authorized retailer for 4 years and this would have never been acceptable! Both employees need to be retrained! They have no idea what they are doing! We will not be coming back to the Bedford, Indiana location ever again! Customer service on the phone is the only reason that we are staying with att!

I really appreciated how friendly and attentive Hunter was. He greeted me immediately and was knowledgeable about all of the options available. I was impressed with how fast and efficient he was able to work while juggling multiple customers coming in. I am very satisfied with the customer service he provided and even happier that he was able to get my service up and running in less than 30 minutes. I walked out with a brand new functional phone, already in a case with a screen protector and with battery life. Exceptional service, thank you AT&T and Hunter!

I hate going in to that store they are always short handed and someones always there to have a problem fixed on their phone and you end up what should be a 5min task turns into a 45min.task they need more people working in store. That is a fact.

Lots to like to here! They have an awesome team who are very knowledgeable. Something I appreciate is that the store is clean and ordered well. As a designer, I always look for attention to detail because it tells me they care and truly believe in what they are doing. This place passes that test for me. PLUS! They always make sure I have the best deal available. It’s a win-win! 👍

I received a very well done video on why my phone bill was doubled. Someone used my phone number to put phone internet on their phone and charged it to my home phone. My house phone cant receive text, just calls?

Love the staff here! They were absolutely wonderful. Lindsey in particular went out of her way to make sure of my problems were taken care of. The store is very clean so I felt very comfortable. Despite how busy they were, I also felt I was taken care of in a timely manner! Definitely recommend!

I have been with At&t for 30yrs back when they were Cellular. Have had great phone service. Decided to add internet. Was installed in Dec of 2017. Have papers that installation fee was waved. So in 20 days I get a bill for my monthly charge PLUS $100 INSTALLATION FEE. HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET THIS TAKEN CARE OF. SO TODAY 01/24/2018 1MONTH AND 9DAYS IT WAS SHUT OFF OVER SOMETHING I DO NOT EVEN OWE. SAID UNTIL THE TOTAL BILL WAS PD THEY WOULD NOT RECONNECT. SO i have 5 lines of phone service been a loyal customer for 30yrs. And treated like this. So they will be losing my 5 lines of phone service..

I recently moved to Bedford and was interested in signing up with new internet and Direct tv service. I went into the store and they were able to set me up with service and bundle pricing, as well as $100 gift cards! The best part is the installation was the same week. Very happy with my choice.

Customer for 7 years. Was told switching to a specific plan would save us money, when in actuality it doubled our monthly cost. Failed to apply Veteran discount thrice over, despite being reassured it was a thing. The weasel-eyed gremlin working the counter sold me a new sim card that was already in use. They also refused to activate my new phone for me despite being related to the account holder. Youve got to hand it to these people, they really hurt the ATT brand name something fierce.

Showed up at 6:30PM, store closes at 8pm. The doors were locked and the person working was helping a couple. I knocked on the door and the employee came to the door and explained he was the only one working and I couldn’t come in. Went back the next day and got a very rude sloppily attired gal that didn’t finish the setup on my phone in the store and when I told her my son wanted my old phone I was told to just swap SIM cards. What a joke for an ATT store!!!

I have been to this authorized retailer twice, and both experiences were less than great. The first time, I was shopping for a new phone and had questions, but was not ready to make a decision that day. The sales staff seemed to want to hurry the process and move on once they knew I would not be purchasing immediately. I went to a corporate ATT store a few days later to make my purchase because of the poor experience at this store.On the second occasion, I needed a nano sim card for my daughters phone. As it was an authorized retailer and not a corporate store, I expected there may be a small charge. However, I was told they were out of stock on these. I think its really poor management to be out of stock on a very common item for a phone retailer OR perhaps I was lied to as there was no real money to be made from me?? I wont be back.

This store is ridiculous. For claiming to have the best internet when you go in to pay the have the SLOWEST computers. Takes over 5 min to pay a bill. My husband went in today to pay a bill and was charged $2 for using cash. This store has the most rude employees ever. We will be switching to Verizon after being ATT costumers for over a decade.
