When we were trying to sell our previous home, Moe was the agent we chose. We were under a 3-month contract to purchase our new home being built. Moe was able to get us under contract in that time. He also was the epitome of professionalism during the closing. The buyers agent could not answer her clients questions. Moe handled that situation with knowledge and aplomb. Moe was the agent for the home builders at a new sub-division and sold us our new home 16 years ago. I knew then that Moe was right on top of everything and a straight talker.
