Called on Monday, they came on Friday to remove a massive wasp nest. Paid via credit on the spot. The man was very friendly and professional and resolved the issues in minutes and provided information on when the area would be fully safe. While a bit expensive, certainly worth not risking ones own health and safety. Highly recommended.

Weve had this service for quite a few years. House is bug free.. On two occasions over the last few year we had to call them back to treat ants that were stubbornly invading. Colonial came back and took care of it.

We called to have a GIANT wasps nest removed from the front of our house. Colonials quote was less expensive than Orkin and they came the following day! I taped a check to the door before Colonial came, so I didnt have to deal with the invoice later. The process was super easy and the work is guaranteed for 6 months, if the wasps decide to return (Orkins guarantee is less than half that long). I will be using Colonial for our future pest issues and I would HIGHLY recommend Colonial Pest Control to others.

Avoid. Had an appointment scheduled today for service. Left a note as directed to help the tech understand what the needs were. Arrived home and note was gone and NO service was performed. Called in and they said they needed a payment and that they were not aware what needed to be done! Really?

They came out when they said they would. Took the time to explain the process. Very professional company. I would highly recommend them.
