Worst service ever! Bought a premium pedicure package that came with a hot stone massage. Stones were BURNING me. After I had the technician let them cool, she rubbed them so rapidly up and down my legs that it was anything but relaxing! Then she started grinding her thumbs into my ankle bones.My manicure experience was even worse. I asked for coffin shape, and the plastic tips were all trimmed toward one direction. I asked her to please fix it, and she insisted it only looked that way because she wasnt done with the dipping part.She started the dipping process, but hadnt filed my cuticle area. I pointed this out, as they were grown very long, but she said it was too late because shed already started the dip, and that if I had wanted my cuticles done then I shouldve told her ahead of time and added the $11 fee.Last I checked, the point of a manicure was to....manicure the nails, right? I didnt want anything special done to them--just the standard sanding off the extra skin while they were smoothing the nail bed. By not doing anything at all to my cuticles, my manicure already looked two weeks old when she was done!Once she finished with the dip, I politely pointed out that they were still crooked. She was very irritated, but attempted to fix them. They were all oddly positioned in a way that made my fingers look very crooked! Then my thumbnail tip fell off two days later...leaving behind just the dip that was on my real nail. All this for a whopping $125!!

What I asked for, and what I received. 100% A+I love how my nails came out, i can always expect good quality, but a high price tag. But hey you get what you pay for. Right?I got an old set of acrylics taken off, a dip ombreon my natural nails, and a $70 upgraded pedicure with gel. Total cost $155. $200 with tip. I am going to a wedding and away on vacation so I did splurge. But the quality was worth the money! Highly recommend. Luxury experience.

Dip nails are my favorite. I’ve used both appt and walk-in successfully. Friendly nail technicians and front desk staff. Great job with nail art, very patient and concise. Clean. Cuticle cream and hand lotion not consistent, depends on which associate your working with.

This place was referred to my by my mother in law. I got a manicure and did the powder dip for the first time. I was very happy with the results. I just wish it didnt cost so much.

I came here to get my nails done before my wedding and had an amazing experience! The staff treated me and my family so well and explained the process clearly (we dont get our nails done often.) I got a french manicure and a pedicure. The manicure lasted well after the wedding day! The photo I just uploaded was taken a week after the date we got our nails done. I couldnt be happier with the service!

I had an AMAZING experience at Glossy Nails. I brought in a reference photo and Betty was able to PERFECTLY recreate it. The salon is amazingly clean, all the staff are very friendly (they regularly came by to watch the progress and compliment it!), and the pricing is amazingly affordable. I will definitely continue bringing my business here. I recommend it to anyone!

Dip nails cracked two days after i got my nails done. walked out of the salon with a bleeding finger from her using the drill on my skin on accident and she didn’t shape them correctly. i’ve been using this nail salon for a few months and it’s been alright for the price but i will not be coming back. they are more interested in working quickly than making sure you get the results you want.

My daughter and I come every 3 weeks and they do everything they can to make sure we have the best experience, even if they are busy. We see Andrew and Han who are amazing but everyone is amazing there, super friendly and welcoming. We love getting out nails done here!

They always do a really nice job on my nails and they come out perfect just about every time. Technicians are all very nice and accommodating. Large selection of colors. Reception needs a little work though. The woman I spoke to on the phone was super short and kept cutting me off and literally hung up on me before I could get two words in. Another time she put me on hold for 15 minutes, forgot about me, so I had to call back. I’d encourage some better customer service skills on that end.

I never know how much things are because they charge me a different price each time. A basic pedi is $30 + $5 more gel/ shellac. I was charged $50 for a basic today. They did a good job, however, each person seems to charge whatever they want for the same service. I’m now looking for a different nail place, as I’m tired of being over charged.

Went here last minute to get my nails done before fourth of july. i picked out a simple light blue. the lady did a super dark blue (not even close to the same color). while using the electric nail file and cut my cuticles multiple times until they were bleeding. the entire thing was rushed and unprofessional. the nails r way longer than i asked for even tho i asked her to make them shorter multiple times. they r filed unevenly and r bumpy (i could probably do a better job). after all of that the lady continued to come up to me and ask for my tip very rudely and after giving her $5 i was told that that wasnt enough for the services she performed. i had just finished paying so i just walked out absolutely disgusted. will never be going back and would not recommend. i have also heard from my friends that it is a complete hit or miss.... i would like to also add in that they r not sanitary once or ever. finally when i called to ask for my money back because of the horrible job they had done they hung up the phone without saying a word. i am disgusted with this place and me and all my friends and family (who lots of them r regulars here) will never be going back

I’ve been here a few times and they’ve always made me feel rushed. Today the person i had kept throwing my hands around and cut almost all of my cuticles. she also kept getting up/talking to the front desk about a deal going on?? they also gave my little sisters a hard time about a design she wanted after she said if it was going to be too hard she would just do a plain color. their nails ended up being not what they wanted after their nail people kept trying to change their mind.

Edit 4/22/21: I booked an appointment for last night and what a mess. It was incredible crowded and I had people put right next to me to wait for their tech...ummm no thank you. The woman who did my nails was clearly stressed and in a rush, she made my finger bleed from the dremel. All of my fingers are painful around the cuticles today. Not going back.They clearly dont care about their clients, they just want to fill as many seats as possible.---They did an excellent job on my nails!Not quite as clean as Id like and it seems kind of disorganized, but that doesnt effect the quality of their work

Service was terrible. They seem annoyed when you ask them for the smallest thing. They kept me waiting for 15-20 mins which I didnt even cared about but then proceeded to be mean and spoke negatively about me. The nails were not even. Do not go here. This is my first time writing a review, that’s how bad this place is. I went in for dip originally being quoted at $35. My nails look HORRIBLE. The nail tech cut every single one of my fingers, the dip is uneven and bumpy. I do a classic square nail and my nails look like globs on my fingers. I left wanting to cry. They also charged me $43 for this....

This is THE BEST place to get your nails done in the Manchester NH area. They do such an excellent job! Theyre so many nail techs you hardly ever have to wait. They offer you a nice cold beverage (free of charge)! When its time to wash your hands, the nail tech dries your hands after with a nice warm towel. They massage your hands with lotion also. Ive gone here many times and will continue to go.Cherry does an amazing job. Love every nail tech ive had. Highly recommend!!!

They are good most of the time tho what makes me give them only 3 stars is the fact they want to charge you extra $5 if you want to shape your nails to coffin shape....wouldn’t you think that be part of me paying $40 for the nail?

Peter goes above and beyond to make sure he is doing all he can do to provide the best services for every client in a safe, sanitized environment. Also helped the community out during this pandemic by donating PPE supplies to hospitals. Its nice to see a company give back, even when they were not running!! Selfless act! JULIE is my go to there, my nails are perfection when I leave! I love my nails!

Went to go get my nails done with my sister. The quality of my nails were decent but my sister’s were very uneven and bumpy. The man working there kept looking at me, as i had a shaved head with split dye. I felt very uncomfortable sitting there. The next day my sister went back to get one of her nails fixed and the same guy was making rude remarks about me to her. Talking about my weight and that I’m “crazy” and that my sister wouldn’t ever want to hang out with me again. I don’t know his name but he had glasses with greyish/black hair. I will gladly never return if the employees make remarks about their customers like that. Disgusting.

They havent changed their pricing online or their menu in the salon, but it has gone up. And they dont really tell you until after the fact. They also said they were too busy to do anything but their regular pedicure.

I went here thinking that my nails would look amazing due to pictures and reviews that I saw, unfortunately that was not the outcome. I came in wanting acrylic and was then given attitude from the receptionist saying they didnt do acrylic and that the gel and dip colors were on the table and I could go pick from those. I proceed thinking that they didnt offer acrylic come to find out that they do halfway through my nails being done. I just let the lady continue to do my nails because it wasnt that big of a deal. Once the lady was done my nails she had left bumps of dip on my nails that she claimed she had drilled down and she didnt let me sit at the counter long enough to dry my nails, I ended up ruining the clear coat on one of my nails. If you want your nails to look nice and professional then I do not recommend coming here, not good service and not professional staff, I will not return!!!

They are very impatient and unprofessional... I called to ask if they offer services for young children they said yes so I brought my daughter who is 3 years old... naturally a child is not going to sit perfectly still or they may have to go potty... well a male came over told my nail technician to go help someone else And that he would finish my nails... he sat down and made a comment how we caused a delay in their time so he would have to finish. I apologized for any delay we caused them and he responded with yeah you did cause it and gave me attitude the rest of the time... I felt so uncomfortable and upset that they offer services to young children, but do not have patience to deal with a child! I WILL NEVER RETURN!

Fastest nail appt ever. My nails looked good. Only have 3 stars because I was quoted $36 for a Shellac fill and ended up paying $43 due to me picking an organic nail polish and she also said she had to redo my nails. But thats what a fill is for. I will give them one more try but if I get charged higher again I will not return. It should be one price and thats it. I can get a Shellac Fill for $30 at other places. Update: They did it again trying to charge me $43 and this time I didnt have organic nail polish. I put up a fight and got my way with paying what I was quoted but Ill NEVER go here again. They also did this to a friend of mine too. Ive now brought this down to 1 star

I go to the Bedford location. They are all really great but I went to Emmy this time and she did an amazing job. Cherry always does a wicked good job too. Overall not worried about walking in to sit with anyone because they all make it worth the time and money.

One of the best salons around. They have a huge variety of colors that make it worth driving 20-30 minutes to get here. They have plenty of space so the wait is never very long and they do a great job!

I have been coming here for over a year and I have never had a bad experience! I love the pedicures and I always get my finger nails done with the dipping powder. Only a few times have I had to clean up my nails when I got home. (Maybe a rough corner or a little bit of powder under my nail, but nothing ever worth going back to have fixed or give a bad review for.) I love Glossy Nails and I recommend them! The staff is pretty friendly, sometimes you have to start a conversation if you want to chit chat, but they are all nice!

Was very disappointed after seeing so many good reviews I decided to check it out and I asked for a simple color and one flower design after not even a week all the colors of my nails are chipping .. the flower design came out horrible and after paying $50 plus tip I now only a week and a half later have to pay another salon to change my color . Best nail salon in the area, no question. The have a ton of tables and pedi chairs, lots of staff, and very reasonable prices. Plus, its the cleanest nail salon Ive ever been to. Call ahead, especially on Saturdays, just to make sure they can fit you in, because they are always busy. So very worth it!

This was my 1st time trying glossy nails. I got a dip done which the actual product of my nails came out nice looking but the service was very rushed and quick. I didnt feel like them spend time to make sure it came out the best it could. They quickly shaped them then dipped and done. No trimming of the cuticles or skin around nails or pushing back cuticles just shaping with a file quickly. Nails cant out good but did feel rushed

It all depends on who you get. Went out for my birthday. My friends nails were absolutely perfect. But after we left I noticed that mine had a bunch of bubbles and were uneven. I didnt go get them fixed because we were on a time schedule.

They use a disposable liner system for thier pedicure stations that makes me feel confident everything is CLEAN. Best manicure Ive had in a long time.

First time customer yesterday...I needed a new set of nails. Soaked my old nails off, put a while new set on in 35 minutes. They look great, and my nail tech Kim was very sweet! Will definitely be going here from now on.

The entire staff is kind and welcoming. There is a large selection of colors available. Great place with lots of space. My nails are always done well and always end up looking fantastic. I couldnt be happier.

My daughter is using my account...HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE! I booked an appointment for a shellac for my nails. Had to wait 20 minutes with no apology. This placed seemed very dirty . I shouldve left right away. They used a sander on my nails which I just found out from another salon is never to be used on natural nails. They put my nails under a UV light which caused pain and burning. My hand was held there for over 60 seconds even though I was in pain and saying stop! When I visited another salon a few days later I was told This is the worst job that Ive ever seen in my life I am going to see a lawyer and he suggested contacting the BOARD OF HEALTH. It may take up to 1 year to get my nails back to where they should be..STAY AWAY PEOPLE!......UPDATE..ALL THE NAILS HAVE FALLEN OFF! LAWSUIT PENDING!

Only complaint is that my nails look so good for so long that I don’t get to go as often.

Glossy nails in Bedford is by far the best nail salon in the Manchester area as far as atmosphere goes. The downside is that even if you call ahead to make an appointment, you will almost always have to wait past your appointment time because they will prioritize walk ins if they walk in right before your appointment time. They really push the dip powder, which is great because it is somewhat better for your nails - but my full set dip did not last the two weeks before it was time for a fill.. every nail popped off!This salon is clean, the nail technicians are great at their jobs and everyone is very nice. I just wish they would take appointments more seriously!

Went Glossy Nails to get my nails done, wanted to relax and pamper myself a little. As I was walking out I notice one of my nails on my left hand was messed up, so I went back in to ask if they could fix it.A man, who I think is the manager, ask to nail tech to please fix for me, they started arguing, he was yelling at her, she was yelling back, I felt very uncomfortable. This went on for a good 10 minutes! They spent more time yelling at each other , then it took in the end to fix my nail. I have never seen a manager treat anyone like he did! I felt bad that I even went in to have my nails fixed.Glossy Nails, you need to look at how your manager is treating your staff, If I was the owner, I would be very embarrassed to have a manager treating my employees this way in front of customers!!Very unprofessional!

Don’t go. Even if you make an appointment they make you wait at least 20 minutes. The last time I called to make an appointment for a pedicure and dip manicure. I waited over 20 minutes. The pedicure was fine, but halfway through the owner/manager came over, accusing me of not writing in that I wanted a manicure. When I explained I called in and made an appointment, he had a girl come over and get started on my nails(after he checked the calendar and saw I was right). It was awful. Firstly, ito hear them clearly complaining about having to stay a little late to do my nails. Wake eye did a terrible job, she didn’t remove all of the old color, so they’re super thick. They’re all different lengths and shapes. And I’m going to have to get them redone they look so terrible.

Squeezed us in at 6:15 for pedis and they came out beautiful! Didnt feel rushed at all! Liners in the foot bowls, fresh instruments, massage chairs that worked with buttons you could actually read and good tv on. Awesome experience

No acrylic, they use dip powder, which is a thousand times better than acrylic. Tbey also do the gel polishes, manicures, pedicure and eye brow waxing. Highly recommend.

Ive been to many salons in New England over the last 10 years. This place is the cleanest and most professional salon Ive had a pedicure at. Tools are autoclaved. Tubs have removable liners. I had the Nu pedicure with cooling gel and stone massage, it was so relaxing and relieved my achy pregnant feet. Interior has several new flat screen TVs to enjoy while you have your pedicure and the main room is decorated using neutral/modern minimalist style. No tacky decorations here. Excellent service. This will be my new spot.

Ive never been so consistently disappointed with a nail salon. Every time I go its like whatever I ask for goes in one ear and out the other. I asked for matte black very square and left with very long coffin glossy black nails. I asked at least five times for him to shorten them because I dont like having long nails. Every time I leave I have to go home and reshape them. I wouldnt recommend.

Worst experience. First associate rushed thru my pedicure and finished it in 15. She left my old gel polish on until almost the end before CUTTING it off the top of my toe nail. If that wasn’t enough. I look over and another nail tech cut a chunk off my daughters finger and continued the nail service without sanitizing after the blood spill. Never going back.

They are very accommodating if you dont have an appointment or if you are trying to make an appt for a specific day and time. All staff that I have encountered are very pleasant and professional. Prices are reasonable with many services offered. Mid day seems to be when business is a little slower, unless its school vacation. Beverages are provided if youd like to partake. Large HD TV are on the wall if you want to zone out. Otherwise the staff is happy to talk. Overall, I have always had a great experience.

Place was dirty, had to wait awhile even though there were plenty of manicurists and empty seats. The nail art was not the best, I could of done better. The actual nail polish and work put into the nails were basically horrible. The manicurist was in quite a rush, and a lot of the nail polish was runny or dried up, clearly needing to be replaced. After getting my nails done, the polish PEELED OFF my nails a day after. I did not do anything that could possibly scrape or scratch my nails. The price for a manicure there was fine, but for what my manicure was worth, I do not recommend this salon.

Awful.Made an appointment, they took me about 10-15 minutes after, which wasnt my real frustration.I told them over the phone when I made the appointment that I wanted the powdered dip. I showed them a photo of what I wanted and they told me they couldnt do it, as it would take too much time.What?So, because I was going on vacation ... I didnt have time to try and squeeze in someplace else. So I caved and got just a colored dip. Not the end of the world.However, I sat down, the place was very dirty... crazy busy and very disorganized. When I finally picked out the colors from a huge scale, they tell me they dont have it.Now Im beyond aggravated.So, I pick another one, and it was horrible.You could see right through it, even after she applied like 4 coats; obviously something is not right. Ive had dip so many times, and I have never had this happen.At this point, just get it done, I want to leave.But when I got in the car and really looked at it, it was the worst Ive ever had done.I hate writing bad reviews, but for $50, I expect more.Never again.

They absolutely DESTROYED my nails. They removed my gel with a drill because they didnt want to take the time to soak them off. I have never had my super strong, healthy nails rip before but after a week I had four rip off. I had gone in to have one fixed five days after and they refused to fix it with a tip like other salons have done. I instead paid for them to haphazardly paint it back on. This place is like a factory instead of a relaxing place to get a mani or pedi. They are constantly shouting across the room and shuffling people about. I am severely disappointed.

I really wanted to like this place.. But unfortunately will NOT be going back. I went the day before I left for vacation and 3 days after they were done they chipped on almost every nail, cracks on 6 nails and started to get odd bumps in the polish. I called the DAY I got home which is today asking if I could come in and get them fixed (8 days after getting them done) and was told I would only get a small discount. That is totally ridiculous to me, I spent $40 on these nails they should last longer than 2-3 days before looking like trash! Take your business elsewhere people!!!!

No nail salon in the area compares to this one. Always pleasant and clean. I recommend making an appointment though on weekends. It gets crazy packed.

Neee a little organization

The service is horrible here. Theyre all really rude and rush. I picked out a dip color and the color in the jar was a totally different color than when it went on my nail. When I pointed it out to the woman she didnt seem to care at all. I asked for her to take it off and she wanted to charge me extra. Not only are they not the color I wanted but theyre all different lengths going in different directions. I will never go here if I could no stars I would!

I walked in & was told I couldn’t get the color I wanted. I paid $46 for dip nails with tips. My nailsCame out uneven had bumps all over the polish. They weren’t the way I wanted them at all & when I corrected the things I wanted as they went along nothing was fixed.
