This hotel is very clean, quiet and kid friendly. They have newly renovated rooms and a great outdoor lounge area and pool.

Good option for a stay, price was very good for the area for Dallas Cowboy game. Very quiet room, didnt even know we had neighbors until I was in the hallway.

Positive: I like the patio door on each room, and the rooms are spacious. Plenty of desk space for me to get work done. Negative: The lack of professionalism from one employee who double charged me for the weekend but NEVER MENTIONED DOING SO and not immediately refunding me. I wasn¿t even aware until I got a notification from my bank the following morning.

I have been traveling in this area for four weeks now and stayed here three of the four weeks. The standard rate down the street at Holiday Inn is as good or better than the HotWire rate at this hotel. The experience at the Holiday Inn was much nicer

We stay at this hotel anytime we travel to the area. Staff are always great. Rooms are nicely done. Convenient to lots of places in the DFW area.

I never leave reviews. I generally have horrible experiences at hotels. Although, Andy here is the nicest and most helpful person I have ever interacted with at a hotel. This place could be on fire, and still will have been a better stay than most places simply because Andy showed up for work today.

Even though I may be a few months late. The staff here made sure my first date was amazing. Upgraded my room to a suite (based off status) took care of the small issues we had and made sure every morning to wake us up. The staff here were always charming and polite. The hotel may be a bit outdated but that didn’t stop me from enjoying my experience with my lover. Thank you again! ❤️🏳️‍🌈

Staff is really nice, but the facility seems really outdated. Fitness center is really out dated (I don’t expect state of the art but at least in this century) fridge was not working and coffee makers need to be updated most hotels have kcups. The food menu is very limited (would prefer a continental breakfast) I usually will just go through a drive through instead.

I am only giving 3 stars Bc I liked this place prior to my last stay. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be staying here again. I paid online for the weekend and then was charged again upon arrival, BUT WAS NEVER TOLD I WAS CHARGED AGAIN! And a refund was not processed until the next morning when I went down to ask why I was charged again and never told about it. So now I will wait a week and hope I get my money and my deposit back. Very unprofessional of the desk clerk to not mention that when checking me in. But he did comment “oh. You’ve already paid online.” I agreed with him and he said nothing else. So when he ran my card, I assumed it was for my security deposit. But for him to not own up to the mistake and let me know that I was charged again by mistake, extremely unprofessional. I would have understood, Bc mistakes happen. But for him to not say anything AND not immediately start the process to refund me, unacceptable!!! I guess maybe he just hoped I wouldn’t catch it…. I don’t know. Very disappointing.

Older hotel not to my liking. Nothing extra about the rooms, they did have microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge. I expect more for the $$$ this hotel charges. The only thing that looked semi up to date was the lobby area. It was just really a big disappointment for me. There were 2 friendly clerks that had me change from a 2 star because they were awesome even made me a cup of Starbucks after hours, there was one clerk that seemed as if I was disturbing him while he either search the internet or Chats on the phone. One housekeeping lady was really nice however the older lady was rude and didnt respond to my request for assistance. Not what I expected from a Marriott, I will be taking a break from this brand or making it my last option.I had two rooms and by the time I arrived my parties were in place so I was unable to take many inside room pics(sorry). Please note this was my was my experience.

My family and I stayed here this week Feb. 15- 18 because of the power outage with the snow storm. When I first called Monday morning the lady up front was very helpful and kind. We extended our stay since power was not on after the first night and although they were booking up fast she and the staff remained professional even with the phones going crazy! Our stay was great, rooms were clean and it was warm the entire time. So blessed we called this place when we did and they took care of my family so my kiddos didn’t freeze.

Pool was closed even though we where told it was open upon reserving, and again told it was open when we called the lobby from our car outside of the hotel, we drove 18 hours to Texas to see our family and having a pool was the main reason we chose this hotel so it was a huge disappointment for us and our kids on top of that we where lied to witch is poor customer service. And speaking of customer service it was terrible, we asked for extra towels and they had none available, the room had no blow dryer so we asked for one of those as well it took them forever to bring it to our room. Our room was for 4 people it had a pull out chair ( although it said couch online) so me my husband and one of or sons had to sleep in the bed together while my other son slept on the chair and couldn’t pull it out due to no linens for that bed! Needless to say we where all very uncomfortable. We will definitely not be booking with this hotel again.

The check in staff was rude upon checking in. Both of the doors for entry on the side were out of order leaving only the main door to enter to and exit. We came back to the room in the evening only to find the room not serviced or fresh towels left. When we asked the front desk staff about it they said it was because they did not have any housekeeping staff. No accommodation or other solution was offered. If they don’t have the staff to service or run the hotel, perhaps they should not be open for guest. This is inferior service to what I would expect from a Marriott chain hotel.

I will be looking for this place next time I stay in the fort worth area. Very clean and nice service.

Terrible Courtyard by Marriott location. Parking is horrible, elevator to 2nd floor is way in the rear of the building when the check- in desk is in the front, the building is old and needs updating, exterior doors were not working, worse toilet ever, and coffee maker spewed water while it was off. All this in a stay of 14 hours.

Nice accommodation and fiendisly staff!

The Assistant Manager, Fantasia was fantastic. She helped me several times over the course of two days. I was unprepared to stay away from home and I could not have asked for better service! Thank you and I can’t wait to see the staff again.

Ive stayed at many Courtyard Marriotts over the years and this one was a DUMP. Marriott should be embarrassed this place bares their name. Was forced to stay here by the Hockey Tournament Director, threatened to remove us from the Tournament if we didnt. So not only was the place dirty and reek of mildew we also paid an extra $50 per night (kickbacks to Tournament Director) Multiple families had to switch rooms because of how bad the rooms smelled. We had to switch twice.

Not our best Marriott stay (or any hotel stay) recently... Hallways were hot; room AC was cool but not cold and wouldnt reach temperature; all ice makers were out of order (cant be a COVID thing because other hotels I stayed @ within the last month had working ice makers); and Jeffrey at the front desk seemed to be annoyed by any ask from us and our friends. Well below my expectations of Marriott.

Old Hotel, Old outdated rooms that smell like mildew.

My husband and I stayed the night, for a weekend get away. The staff was wonderful, our room was perfect and property is beautiful. It’s a convenient location and the hotel had everything we needed for a wonderful night away. We will be back again for sure!!

The shower was not cleaned well. There was pink and red stains on the shower wall. I wiped a bit of it off to see if the stains were permanent. The stains came off!! Therefore, the shower was simply not cleaned. Disgusting!!! When we checked out, my wife forgot her white jacket on the bed. We called back to see if it had been turned in. Unfortunately, it was not turned in. Our stay was not good and we will not be back.

The Courtyard is located close to everything, easy access to the highways and many different food offerings. The room was very clean and the suite was comfortable for my needs. I have stayed at Courtyards before and they are always reliable, you know what you are getting for a decent price.If you have family, the suites work best so children can sleep in one room while adults can talk in the living space. A great arrangement, allowing personal space.If I have any complaints they are small, I was on the ground floor close to the pool so a chlorine smell was in the hallway. For breakfast I ordered a muffin, it was definitely a day old and not fresh. Evenings I ate out with family.

The room was very nice. The layout is odd and you have to walk a far distance to the elevator. The gentleman who checked us in (we got in late) was extremely rude. He did not smile once and treated us as an inconvenience.

Check was short and staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and price was great! There are some close by restaurants to attend I enjoyed it.

This Courtyard hotel met all of our overnight needs. The ease off the interstate is a plus, yet one cannot hear traffic noise. The pool area inside the courtyard was very nice. We have stayed at this location before. The beds are so comfortable we bought our bed from the same supplier. The room was cozy as it has a nice love seat for viewing t.v. and a separate desk. Good wifi connection. This is a modern, extremely clean hotel. We are typically accustomed to complementary continental breakfast. One is not included here. Close to several restaurant options. I would highly recommend.

I really enjoy this nice quiet hotel next to DFW Airport. I recommended to any doing business or leisure. Lots of good fast food and fine dinning places near by. Absolutely the best.

Telephone rang in my room at 4 am, which is 2 am my time. Front desk attendant stated she let a guest use their telephone who accidentally called my room. Really, at 4 am? In the morning I asked the manager for 50k points (2 nights stay) in compensation. The manager initially challenged but eventually agreed, however I only received 30k points. Also as a Titanium Elite member, I requested and received a late checkout, but that didn’t stop housecleaning from coming into my room (without knocking) as I was changing. Located right next to route 187, you can hear the trucks all night long, unless you get a coveted interior room. Finally, hotel is very rundown (toilet runs and broken lightbulbs, you get the idea), and the only thing missing was bedbugs. Book at your own risk!

Marriotts used to have the reputation of being one of the higher rated hotels at which to stay. This Marriott was nice enough and clean enough but I would categorize it as just being your average hotel. Finding a cockroach in our 3rd floor bathroom was very disconcerting. Our room was quiet even by the elevator and ice machine room but I did notice a sign that said there were day sleepers on that floor. So maybe that explains why we didnt hear voices and doors slamming all night as others returned to their rooms.

This is probably one of the best business hotels I stayed at. Small but modern. Spacious rooms. Great breakfast. Windows that actually open. Very reasonable price. Good TV options. Great outside relax space. Helpful service.

Pleasant staff, clean room, great bedding, nice showerhead and water.

Physical facilities are deplorable: first few nights were fine, but one night at 2 a.m. there was an incessant, non-stop, grating noise from inside the walls/ceiling. I was moved to a different room, where now there has been no HOT WATER for 2 days! Never had a problem here before, but this is inexcusable.

This is a wonderful place to stay in the mid-cities. Updated decor, easy freeway access, great dining options nearby. I felt safe in the parking lot as well as within the hotel, no matter what hours I was out and about.

Although we had issues with our room, the staff was friendly, helpful, and resolved problems quickly.

This is by far the best hotel, we went to six flags were from Oklahoma it’s about a 15 min drive buuuuut you get what you pay for! This staff, the cleanliness of the rooms these people are on top of it! Great location, not a bad neighborhood and we feel safe.

Clean and in a very good location for my work. I have stayed here twice and it is my go to location now for when I work in the area. I liked the fact I could walk to the 24 hour fitness center (not part of the hotel) across the parking lot.

The room had a slight order to it, but I know the area had been getting quite a bit of rain and that happens sometimes. We just opened the patio door to the courtyard and let it air out a bit.The hotel was VERY QUIET. It seemed as though we were the only 2 guests in the entire place.The rooms were clean and there werent any issues. I was disappointed that the Bistro did not open Saturday night. I do pay a little extra to stay at hotels with restaurants when Im on business trips. It makes things easier for me. So, I dont feel as though I completely got my moneys worth by staying there since I had to drive somewhere to eat. After getting up early and traveling all day, I dont like to leave to find somewhere else to eat. Ive stayed at so many Courtyards this year because I like the food at the Bistro. Its convenient for me.But that did not take away from the overall stay.

Charged full price and have no access to anything.. Even the fire pit area is unsuitable it is very dirty. I was unable to use the pool. I was told they have bar but dont!! I booked on line thinking id have access to these things and DID NOT, not even fitness center. I GET WITH THIS CORONA THING, limited access but dont charge as if ur customers have 100% acces. Very VERY DISAPPOINTED. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. My mom and I stayed 1 night and at 3am we get a knock on the door and a guy proceeds to unlock the door with a key. The only reason he didn’t get in was because I was against the door and told him that he had the wrong room. I called the front desk and advised that a guy had access to our room and was told by Jeff that this is normal and the guy that was was doing checks. At 3am? What if I didn’t get up to answer the door he could’ve walked right in on my mom and I. Never, I repeat, never will I stay here again and I advise everyone else to do the same.

Decent hotel convenient for the airport but basically nothing else. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable but the location leaves much to be desired. There are much better locations with comparable pricing and better amenities located in the DFW area. There is a couple of restaurants located here but thats about it. If you are driving through and need a place to stay this is a good option. If you are spending any amount of time in the area I would suggest looking elsewhere.

The lobby was warm and inviting with a huge fireplace. I really loved the design of the lobby ... Very clean lines. Our room was impressive. The bed was comfortable. There were plenty of places to plug devices in to charge. My only complaint was there was no blow dryer in the room. Im just used to hotels having one so I didnt pack mine.

The lobby was very clean, front desk was not too happy and when we got to the room it smells like sewer. Housekeeping had better manners than the front desk. They really did help me in staying. We went ahead and stayed at that location because it was close to the event that we were attending. I will never go back if I dont have to.

My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel and had an outstanding experience here. The hotel staff was exceptional. Fantasia Higgins in particular made our visit a memorable one with outstanding recommendations for activities, events, dining, and shopping suggestions. The rooms were clean and comfortable and service was outstanding. I highly recommend this property for anyone coming to the DFW area.

This was a great place to stay. Very clean, quiet and nice. Close to many places. We were able to get to the AT&T Stadium/Globe Life Park in minutes. Felt safe in the area. Walking distance to a few restaurants/fast food. The pool was cold but we came the first weekend in October. There isnt a hot tub. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to our requests. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, easy access and a super staff. This hotel features expansive rooms with comfortable beds with super soft pillows. I easily fell asleep in a bed not my own. Definitely ask for a room with a shower if you dont take baths. The showers are big and perfect for relaxing after a hard day on the road.

I have stayed in Marriotts in downtown Dallas, all over TX, and on the East Coast. The only difference in the higher categories and this hotel is possibly the plushness of the bed and if it has a kitchen etc. other than that they are basically all the same until you start getting into boutique hotels and resorts. That means that this Marriots has just as much to offer as the higher price point rooms. I will definitely stay here again. They have a nice fitness center. The offer breakfast and dinner, which I didnt eat, so no opinion there and they have a pool. The room was clean and the bed was plush, but firm. The decor and lobby also seemed updated and there is Starbucks in the lobby. A major plus to this location for me vs. other was that its close to a Whole Foods and Rejuv Raw Juice Bar. Overall a great place to stay and easy access to major highway, entertainment and shopping.

I have stayed at this hotel 30-50 nights this year and the last two stays have been horrible.I woke up to no hot water on 3 of the last 7 mornings since mid-December.How long does it take to fix (or replace) a hot water heater?

Decent stay for a short trip. Outdoor common courtyard area is nice for working or relaxing in the open air. No complimentary meals / beverages provided. I have no idea what difference it makes to be an Elite member; unlike other hotels, it felt pretty much the same as if this was my first time visiting a chain.

If you REALLY must stay at a courtyard (honestly, there are better values out there than Courtyard), do yourself a favor and go to the DFW North Courtyard in Grapevine instead. Service, food, cleanliness... everything is better there.

Quick weekend jaunt to Dallas to attend the Cowboys/Eagles NFL football game.Hotel was roughly 15 min. from AT&T Stadium, clean, safe and relatively quiet considering proximity to the highway.Everything was clean, comfortable and plenty of food options in the surrounding area.Great place for an affordable stay if youre down here for a game!

Nice hotel, clean and convenient to highway and business for me. Room was clean bed comfortable. did have some issues with room key failing. Other than that all is good here. Just one caveat: hold onto your wallet at Happy Hour...it is not an amenity that is included. A bit high in my eyes... I would recommend this hotel as a high quality venue for the road warriors out here...

Nothing fancy, but the room was everything you would hope it would be. Comfortable, clean and functional. They even had real soap and shampoo - not the dispensers that so many hotels are going to. This hotel was truly a breath of fresh air!

This was an excellent Courtyard. The staff was helpful, facility extremely clean and it was in a good neighborhood. Through no fault of the hotel the expressway construction in front of the hotel makes it difficult to reach if you miss the exit. Dont rely on your GPS, rather ask the hotel which exit to take.Our only disappointment was that there was no Bistro yet. However, construction on the Bistro had just begun.We especially appreciate the Courtyards Bistros for the convenience, choice of foods and quality.

I booked rooms for my grown children and I for one night before a day at Six Flags over Texas. I picked this location due to the location, the close proximity to Six Flags, and the minimum number of Marriott Rewards points required for the stay. What a value! Everything was clean, the staff was friendly. We spent some time in the pool in the evening before going out to enjoy some of the local activities. We all slept well, and enjoyed breakfast before heading out. We would certainly stay here again.

We were in Bedford attending a wedding in Euless, TX. Had four rooms at this location for two nights. The hotel was being renovated, however, everyone was very courteous and the renovations did not interfere with our stay. The cleaning staff was exceptionally friendly and cheerful. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Upon returning to the room that afternoon after the first night, our room still wasnt done. However, some came to do so after we brought it to their attention. Pappadeauxs was next door and that was indeed a big plus. The food there was great. The rate we got for the room was excellent.

I had read on Tripadvisor that this property has some really nice staff and that was absolutely spot on. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful. The property though is quite dated but I understand renovation has already started. The location itself is average and having own transportation would probable be of help for a long stay.

We chose this hotel as Marriott Reward Members based on its close proximity to DFW Airport. The staff was super friendly and quick to get us in our room. The double bed guest room was clean,spacious, and comfortable. We liked the separate sink/vanity from the shower/tub and toilet. Overall our stay at this Courtyard was great for what we needed!

Hotel is undergoing a pretty large renovation, also freeway in front is also being worked on. Hotel is actually pretty quiet considering but a bit tough to get to unless you know how to get there. Best to get off on the main street a bit up and drive back through the business park entrance.Lots of good places to eat nearby, including a PappaDeaux seafood house, a Chilis and a buffalo wild wings within a couple of blocks.When I stayed I was forced to stay on the 1st floor due to both 2nd and 3rd undergoing renovation at the same time. I arrived after a 5 hour drive up from S texas and everything was ok. But at night my room kept having crickets come in from a sliding door outside (I was in a handicapped accessible room). After killing a couple I went to front desk and they were very nice, came in and sprayed a bit of spray, also went outside and sprayed which was good service at 2am. Problem was sliding door to outside had missing piece/bad fitting insultation so the crickets just came in. Staff did move me to another room on the 1st floor and I had no more problems. I stayed a full week and this was the only issueMJGPS They also gave me a free breakfast the next day to make up for my troubles. So in summary, very good staff but property is in a construction state and a bit tough to get to

We have stayed at this hotel several times and have never had an issue. The staff has been friendly and welcoming each time, which is one of the reasons we continue to use it. The location is close to everything which makes it convenient. The renovations improved the look of the hotel and I will continue to stay whenever Im in the area.

This hotel is very easy to find, directly off 121. The lobby has been recently renovated and has that fresh, clean Courtyard look. The staff that I encountered, including the Front Desk, Bellmen and Bartender, were all super friendly and helpful. Im sorry I dont recall name to include here! My guestroom was very clean, complimentary WiFi was great. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

The two items that I had issue with are the mildewed carpets. The other is the lack of variety offered at the bistro. The number of days I travel in a year are many. Having a better variety at the courtyards would be a massive improvement. Perhaps a lesson could be learned from the Century City California court yard. they have a full service restaurant which is very nice. The food that was served for breakfast was good it was cooked to order but the variety there again the menu is very limited. Perhaps the addition of omelettes. Would be a nice addition. Almost would be just about as easy to cook as regular eggs.

This hotel is centrally located to nearby fine restaurants. They have a friendly atmosphere. Lobby, bar and restaurant is a great plus. But most importantly, the comfort of the rooms, clean, modern and quiet. It had tons of amenities. The cost of the hotel was within my budget too.

After a long day of work, a delayed and then cancelled flight, this Courtyard by Marriott took us in and was understanding about our situation. They made us feel welcomed and not a number. They went over and above to work with us.

I’ve stayed in the Couttuard before. The staff is very accommodating. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The food is wonderful. I will always book the hotel when I come into Euless. Thank so much!

I stay in a LOT of hotels for business. I’ve stayed at the Bedford Marriott 3 times now and will in the future as long as they keep the rooms as clean as they do - cleanliness means a lot to me - in fact, the most important thing I look for when choosing a hotel. Exceptional here!
