First time coming here sending some documents overseas even though the owner ask to double check the address where i was sending it to.Got home and checked the address I wrote down and realized a road and number was missing went back the owner changed it without any fuss.I went on my way I will definitely use this particular Pack and Mail again.Great communication and service.Im a happy camper.

I had a mantel clock that was a wedding gift for my Grandparents that needed to be sent to my home in Ohio. On the recommendation of my Sister-in-Law, I took it to this Pack n Mail.The clock is over 100 years old and though probably not worth a lot of money, it has a great deal of sentimental value.It arrived a few days after I got back home and the care given with the packing and shipping was incredible!I would not hesitate to use this location again!

Dropped a package off for work; the place was dirty and the gentleman working the counter was a little curt with me. The service was, however, pretty quick, but he forgot to give me a receipt.

Nice and easy service did not give me any problem.

The guy in there is extremely rude. He told me they didnt do ups or FedEx and then a ups driver walks in. His website says he does. He truly was not interested in helping me. I asked him to fax a document for me and it was busy but refused to try again. Hes lazy and needs to get out of customer service asap.

Owner is always very helpful in selecting the best mailing option and making sure all info is correct. My packages have always been mailed out and arrive quickly.

Mr. Bui is always helpful everytime I come to pick up a package or sent documents off.

Friendly, reliable and convenient service. Good prices. Love being able to get keys made, get something notarized, send money, etc. all where I pick up my mail and packages. They do an excellent job of tracking and storing received packages for customers. Highly recommended.

This is the best place for all your mail and copying needs. Yes they have mailboxes available just like the post office. Actually it is kinda like your post office

Great little mom and pop shipping store. I’ve used them for a few years, and it’s always cheaper shipping through them than it is the post office. The comment about “maybe he was having a bad day/crappy service...” um, no. Just because someone isn’t smiling from ear to ear and overly friendly doesn’t make it crappy service. He is a very nice man, to the point and gets the job done! It is a pack and mail store-you’re not there to be catered to, you’re there to mail things. If you’re looking for a place to ship out items that is quick and efficient-this is your place!

UPS had dropped off a package for me here. Its nice to know my package was secure..while there, was also able to have paperwork notarized and mailed out quickly..the gentleman running store helped me save money by finding the least expensive option..great service.

.Tried to return a package ,the man is oriental made no type of address such as how are you ,may I help you no SMILE NOTHING, ,RUDE as HELL, no assistant until you speak to him or ask a question the he looks at you like why you here and say:just leave it ,I have never had this bad of service. RUINED MY DAY

Has the services I need. No fuss, no muss. No frills either but I like it. In and out.

I have been using this place since it opened in 1999 or 1998, I cant remember. Bui is always very helpful and works hard for you. I have had very few if any problems there. I also have a mail box there and it is much better than the post office because he will sign for my packages. Which the post office will not.

They will package almost anything for you I took over a dozen candles there to be mailed and they got them where they were supposed to go without being broken!!

The guy working yesterday 7/31 was rude, never made eye contact and dropped my package I was picking up. Maybe he was having a bad day, he certainly had crappy service.
