I chose Aurora Road Laundromat when the hotel laundry wasnt available. Their website had more information than the other laundromats that were closer to me so I didnt have to guess when they were open and the photos were helpful.When I arrived, it was the first time I had used the Pay Range app which made it extremely easy to pay online instead of using coins. The place was large and clean and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.Although I did have a small issue with one of the washing machines re-booting and charging me twice for one load of laundry, the owner Charles was quick to respond and took care of the issue immediately, going above and beyond. Its not often you find such good customer service, Id recommend it to anyone and would come back again if Im ever in the area.

Use this laundry mat sometime,mostly clean ....always have quarters for washing and drying,kept clean and no one just hanging out and asking ppl for money,I love it.. safe!!!

Clean and quiet. Theres never an employee there if you need help or have questions. Could upgrade their washing machines and add a few extra entertainment for the wait; like arcade games, a vending machine, and another tv.

First and last time i went there i saw NO employees... it was hot... i mean like sweating hot.... would have been nice to have a way to open the doors.... i was there for about an hour and no employee came out...

This is a great facility its close to my home the staff there is very friendly and helpful when u come in. Its always clean and the machines work very well an cheapest around.

I dropped my cloths off and went up to family dollar in the amount of time i was gone they locked the door and my cloths are stuck in there for the night. I got back half a hour before closing (7:30 P.M.)and no one is to be found, no one answers the number posted online. The hours posted online and on the main door is from 9 am to 8 pm. Is this legal? Complaint to city of Bedford

This is the second time they have closed early on us without having a informing sign or anything to say they were closing early so when i show up at 7 P.M. and it was closed i was pissed because now i have to go in the morning to washing them again and then finally dry them.
