Use this company on a shower installation. They send out their measurement guy and then two weeks later when they arrive, the shower glass door is cut wrong and it’s another two weeks. No apologies, I had to explain to my customer what happen and keep them calm and nothing from this glass company. Then when it’s finally installed I told them I was send thema business check for final payment. But then, without my authorization the pulled up my card from a previous transaction and ran the payment anyway!!Can not trust them and will never do or recommend business with again!

Got my baby a brand new windshield! From the moment I walked in everyone was very helpful and quick to take care me.The man I spoke to let me know there was plenty of seating, WiFi, coffee, and tv and told me to help myself. The waiting area is very comfy!The job was supposed to take 3 hours but they had me out the door in an hour and 15 minutes!Myron was my installer and he did a fantastic job, as evident by the photo attached.Also, they are the most affordable I’ve found, I will certainly recommend them in the future.

We purchased 2 special shower enclosures from Binswanger glass in Bedford, Texas in January 2018. The sales person, Greg, was great to work with and went out of his way to fulfill our needs. Tim the installer was very professional and informative with all the measurements, and making sure everything was correct. This has turned out to be a very pleasant experience.

Just had the guys deliver a custom oval glass top for a massive marble table. They installed it perfectly and it looks amazing! Very reasonable pricing, quick service, and flawless installation on this very difficult project. Would (and will) use again without reservation!

Binswanger donated a piece of glass to be used in teaching the Woodworking Merit Badge to scouts to sharpen and hone chisels and planes. Fine grit sandpaper is adhered to the perfectly flat glass plate. The chisel is attached to a honing guide giving it the proper sharpening angel. Thank you Binswanger!

For my home window repair/replacement, their estimator was courteous, knowledgeable and easy to talk to regarding my window repair/replacement. Binswanger came highly recommended by a major contractor. I called them and had and appointment for a quote with 10 minutes. They came out and I had a quote within 24 hours. Then had an appointment within a week. They just came and installed two full window panes where the seals had broken. They were fast, professional, and a pleasure to talk with. Outstanding. I tried to find a replacement shower sweep at the big box stores and they referred me to Binswanger. They had a couple of sizes and I guessed wrong (my fault, not theirs). Thankfully, with their Saturday hours, I was able to go in and swap out for the right size without any problem. Additionally, we had a very large piece of glass to cut. Their personnel came out to the vehicle to get it. They cut it while we waited and the price was right too. Great service consistently.

Yes I just called them to get a on just resealing my wind shield but I was recommended that I get a new windshield and to have it re sealed for over $300 I think this company is a rip off the windshield is not crack it just needs to be removed and resealed I would never go to a place like this as I am a business owner also they will never get my business from my air conditioning company

Appsolultly the rudest staff Ive ever experienced in my life. They have no hours posted on their door. It was 12:07 on a Saturday when I walked in and the guy said we are closed. Keep in mind that the door was unlocked and the lights were on. I asked if he could just give me a quick quote for an auto glass replacement. He said we are closed and that they closed at noon. When I stated that they have no hours posted he replied that he was sorry but it didnt change the fact that they were closed. I replied back with that Ill take my business elsewhere as I was walking out and he stated be my guest. Great way to get new business.
