A wonderful small business with some of the most friendly and knowledgeable staff, and they really pay attention to you and get to understand your needs. Ive worked and Caitlyn and shes been doing a great job. They also have an clean and hygienic space. Overall, love it and they consistently delivery a great experience. Ive been coming here for about a year for regular electrolysis appointments and I couldnt recommend it more. The spa is extremely clean and professional; all staff are very welcoming. I get treatments done by Valentina and she is so lovely. She makes me feel very comfortable and reassured by her knowledge and expertise.

I’ve been receiving facials, peels, waxing, and electrology services from Katie for almost a year now and she is truly wonderful!Let me start off by saying I’m a regular when it comes to services. I’ve NEVER had a bad service, I’ve always left satisfied. Katie and her staff are incredibly professional and they’re always great about scheduling. When they know they’re busy they’ll have me book in advance so I can get all of my appointments in. And if they need to reschedule due to a conflict they always give plenty of notice.The Spa itself is very cozy and clean. Heated beds?!?! A revelation. Breath mints for when you chugged coffee on the way into your appointment?! I’m here for it. I love the convenient location and availability of parking - coming from L.A. those are luxuries.The services - I love the sensitive soothing facial! I’ve fallen asleep with the jelly mask on, I’m not ashamed. It was that relaxing. My husband and I both did a round of peels this past winter and his acne is basically gone, and my maskne dark spots have faded almost entirely. I also want to note that the electrology pricing is very fair!The selection of products is really good! I love Eminence and have been using that brand for a while, but I also love that they carry result driven product lines like PCA. They never get pushy with products but they’ll make recommendations based off your skin concerns, and honestly who doesn’t love professional skin care advice?!This is an extremely qualified group of women giving five star service!

This review is way overdue from me and is a rarity in Bedford.I have been a regular here for the electrolysis and have tried a facial (and will be booking another)! All the myths you heard about electrolysis are debunked here. I have a condition where I am harder to treat and I am of South Asian descent, but I have noticed a significant difference in my treated areas. And I really dont know why I believed all those Youtube videos about how painful electrolysis is. I have never experienced unbearable pain at this boutique, unlike when I started with laser treatments at other places. Never again!In addition, I like all of the staff here. They are patient, well educated, and very sweet. Also Katie has created a safe space for all people who looking for that extra bit of confidence. She has a great selection of products and never drives high pressure sales, which has dissuaded me from other service companies.A great relaxing break from useful day and I always have to book ahead because they get busy. :)

Reposting this here since yelp hides reviews. I have been coming here for many years now and can truly say they are the best! The staff and atmosphere are so welcoming that you are put at ease rather quickly. Both Katie and Laurel are wonderful to work with. I never met an electrologist/aesthetician who is as attentive to detail then Katie. I have had various treatments with her and the level of skill and professionalism are unmatched! Katie is who i go to normally, which is why I nearly had a heart attack a year ago when she had her pregnancy leave. But rest-assured, that was when i was introduced to Laurel, she is equally as delightful, and skilled in electrology. I would highly recommend either one of them!

Professional and good quality.

Ive been visiting Katie for electrolysis and waxing since around 2011. Shes great at what she does. I found her treatments gentler than what Ive experienced in the past, and whatever she uses post-treatment seems to help the healing process along without making me break out. On top of everything, shes very easy to talk to and makes visits a joy. As shes changed locations and Ive moved, Ive remained a loyal client even when its meant a bit of a drive. I think its difficult to find someone this good. Her latest location is pristine. Ive had appointments with Laurel and the occasional facial, which have also been great. Katie also carries some great products.

I have been going to Katie for 5 years and she is the absolute best! I have super difficult Asian eyebrows that grow like crazy and she is the only one who can make them look perfect. Ive tried other places however none of them compare to Katie. Shes increadibly precise, and even measures your eyebrows! Katie also does amazing facials that are so so relaxing. There really is a HUGE difference when you have your eyebrows just waxed at the place in the mall and when you have it shaped at The Body Boutique. Even my husband noticed the difference (thats saying something). The shape and thickness have been made to fit my face. My brows look great!
