I want to say from beginning to end I’ve had a great experience. My salesman Gary was so knowledgeable and very nice while I tried to choose between all the options. My countertop template salesman was also knowledgeable and actually helped me to go ahead with new updated backsplash to save money in the long run. They are beautifully done by the installers, I must give great accolades to Hector, Juan, and Antonio who went above and beyond while installing my beautiful new floors. They were so courteous and helped me to install pads on bottom of furniture legs so as to not scratch my new floors. They even leveled my stove as it was lower than countertops after new ones were installed. I didn’t notice this until today so I missed thanking them for it. They moved furniture where I wanted it including a couch from one room to another.They couldn’t have been nicer, I felt treated like I was their mother. They are truly an asset to your company.

I had carpet installed in all of my upstairs bedrooms, including on the stairs, and I could not be happier. The installation team was extremely professional and did a superb job - they even vacuumed all floors and returned all items to their previous location. Also, CC Carpet had the lowest quote. Again, if you want great carpet at a great price with amazing installation, use CC Carpet.

We went with vinyl wood flooring because it would be in our kitchen and laundry room, we were told the vinyl wouldnt bow or buckle due to water. Vinyl flooring lays directly on the concrete slab, we asked several times if that would be an issue with noise or popping and we were reassured several times that it wouldnt be an issue.The two gentlemen that came out to install were amazing! Very friendly and nice. But after only a few weeks we noticed the floor didnt seem to sit directly on the concrete slab, it would make popping noises. After giving it well over a month for the floor to settle we decided to call CC carpet to see why we were having this issue.Someone from CC carpet came out, someone from the manufacturing company came out, and then a Floor specialist came out. We have yet to hear anything from CC carpet on what the status is of our concerns. We cannot finish our other projects due to this hold up.I would highly recommend that anyone looking for good quality flooring to look elsewhere than CC carpet. I would have not wasted my money had I known this would happen. This is the first flooring we have ever had installed in our home, what a horrible first experience.

CC Floors install ceramic tile in my living room, kitchen and hallway. I am very pleased with the entire process and outcome of my purchase from CC Floors. They were not the cheapest bid, but the product was well worth the cost. I will definitely be using them again for my flooring purchase.

We hired CC Carpet to install carpet in our family room. They were on time and the carpet is great. There was one issue that I was not completely satisfied with. The transitions from Carpet to the Hard wood floor looked a little ragged. The trim piece that goes on the floor to separate the rooms sticks up a little now. Other than that is was a good experience.

We just ordered our carpet and scheduled the install. Ill likely update after the install but wanted to jump on here right away and give some major kuddos. The carpet we ordered was not going to be available before our sons birthday party and we were really hoping to get it done before then. The sales consultant that we worked with named Zach made sure we were taken care of by upgrading us without any additional charge so that we would be able to get our carpet in time. I didnt expect this but greatly appreciated it. He was also easy to work with, professional, and aligned well with our personality which made for a great experience all around. I work in sales, and have high standards and Zach exceeded these standards. Great job!

We chose CC carpet for a kitchen and two bath remodel and couldn’t be happier with the results, and the price. Everyone we dealt with was helpful and accommodating, and their installation crews were the most courteous and conscientious tradesmen we’ve ever had in the house. We chose their “$29 special” granite, expecting an upsell, but there was none. And it turned out gorgeous. Joe’s recommended color choices were spot on, despite my initialreservations. CC has done so much work for my family- we always receive so many compliments on our flooring and are always referring others to CC! They’re prompt in their correspondence and service, and they are incredibly thorough. I would recommend them to anyone looking for flooring work!

This is the second time and last time my wife and I will ever purchase carpet from CC Carpet. Our experience went like this. CC Carpet gave the first group of installers the wrong carpet to install in our home. Half of the installation was finished prior to our return from work. Two days later with the correct carpet and a new group of installers the carpet was installed. After setting the furniture back in place I noticed and felt a noticable bump under the carpet. I called CC Carpet and they sent the installers back out to investigate the problem. It was agreed upon that the bump was a piece of carpet that had not been picked up when the carpet was laid down. The installers solution was that after a period of time we would become use to the bump and it would eventually reduce in size. After a short discussion the installers agreed to retrieve the piece of carpet and the carpet was pulled back. The location to reopen and retrieve this piece of carpet was at a door seam, but instead of opening the existing seam, the installers cut the carpet approximately 4 inches away from the original seam and established a secondary seam. As a result their are two very prevalent seam lines which fray constantly. I rate CC Carpet a 1 star.

From the showroom to the installers it was awesome. Highly recommend!
