Tracy, Mike and the folks at Quality Car Service are very professional and give great service at the lowest costs they can get for you.Recently had rusted out shocks and struts from running through snow and road salt back in Pennsylvania from the horrible weather there on our 2013 Jeep Wrangler Sahara.While I was grief stricken at the cost as it was a big hit, I really couldnt balk at the quote and after receiving the bill the costs were below what other chain garages would have chargedwhile still using quality parts.

This the most honest garage I have ever been to. The owner and mechanics are women but they are the best service out there. It’s a safe place for women and respectful. I usually have to make them take more money from me because of a sense of fairness. And I am as tight as the bark on a tree. Far better than Moritz.

Just started coming here this year. This place has the best prices around the area. They dont oversell there services like most places and know how to prioritize work that your vehicle needs. They always do an excellent job from simple things such as oil changes and brakes to rear end swaps and engine replacement. Have never had a problem here. Excellent customer service and the head mechanic Al is very knowledgeable and pretty fun to talk to! Will be coming here for any other services I might need in the future. Highly recommended!

We all think that car service was much better in the old days and you cant find that service any more. Im telling you it still exists at this place. Changed my catalytic converter and did a bunch if maintenance a month or so ago and the car is running great. Its an old 2002 honda civic SI and needs proper love. QCS delivered.

I was just recently referred to Quality Car Service by several people I work with, including a major car enthusiast, and have been very happy with everything so far (have completed an alignment and am getting a few other repairs done today). They have been knowledgable and patient with questions and explaining everything thats going on and what their recommended course of action would be. They are really kind people and help take away some of the stress that can come with car repairs. From my experience so far I will definitely be coming back and recommending them to everyone I know. I hate spending money but hate an unreliable car even more. This place keeps me on the road without making me feel like I have been robbed. I trust the work being done as well as the need for the work. The staff here will tell me when the issues are urgent or if these are fixes for another time. I found them listed in the Car Talk TV program website, with a good rating. I took my 2006 Lexus GS300 to change struts. The price was very competitive. I left my car there one evening, and it was ready the following evening, as promised. The work was excellent.

I pulled into Quality Car Service late, desperate for a state inspection. I was immediately greeted and advised they would take of it. I was very impressed with the waiting room; it doesnt smell! Not only was the inspection completed, I was advised of a few necessary repairs and told I would receive a text with that information so I could budget accordingly. Sure enough the next morning I received the prioritized list with costs. I have never received such great service! A-1

Ive been going here for three or four years and they are always nice and helpful. Sounds like these other reviewers have sticks up their rears and need to know more before they charge into an automotive shop expecting miracles and expect not to pay a fair wage. No mechanical work is cut and dry.Support your local small business and give this shop a visit. Again, very nice people and great service.

Ive been trying to figure out why year after year why I took all of my cars to Firestone? Gave this place a try a couple of months ago due to the fact that I knew that I was being solicited for more and more unnecessary repairs when Id bring in a car or truck in. Firestone started feeling like The Buckle version of a repair shop. Maybe some dont understand anything at all about cars and so they just go for it. I have a little knowledge and know right from wrong. Anyway, I digress.From the customer service to the people working on the car, I give Quality an A+. They have my business and my trust from here on out.

So first they charge $98 for a diagnostic that does not apply if you have the issue fixed there ... Ok no problem I’ll pay the $98 (should of been a red flag then) ... second I had a transmission replaced in my car by AAMCO transmission not to long ago and they used clamps to secure a hose .. this guy says I have to pay them $215 to fix a NON Issue and then he can run a diagnostics on my car for the problem I came to them for!! So I will be $300 in the hole before even finding and fixing the initial problem .. I pass this place everyday and now I see why they never really have traffic !!! To think I was gonna go to a shop on the other end of Pipeline but came here because it was 2 blocks closer . Moral of the story always go with your first mind .. Second always check reviews because one of the first one suggests this place is a SCAM !!!

NEVER trust this place, they change pricing on the same job, (almost double the price of 3 years ago when I had the same work done.) The mechanics cut corners and often use basic parts when a specialty part is made for the car, and have a tendency to fix things so that next time you come back there will be more parts needing replaced due to their actions. Prime example, the brakes on my truck have never felt right since they did them last year, I took it apart yesterday and found lots of problems, bleed screws that were rounded off and so tight you couldnt loosen them without destroying them, a brakeline fitting that had been tightened until the threads were destroyed and had a constant leak, a piston on one drum brake that wasnt installed properly and was not engaging the brake shoe. The little things they did wrong or half-assed on my car would take 2 pages to list. Just do yourself a favor and never go there.
