I recently just took my car to get serviced here and their service was Phenomenal! Everybody was in a great mood every direction i turned.I dropped off my car and I was assisted right away with my issue. After my car was ready for pick up, they gave it a wash a WIPE down. The customer service here really had me wanting to come back with no hesitation!

Great experience! They were super accommodating and helpful. They actually fixed my parts that other mechanics skipped. I recently got conned by 2 other mechanics who didnt actually fix my car. Its hard to find a honest mechanic/car dealer, but this place was very honest and thorough! Definitely coming back for all my future oil changes and repairs.

Best car dealership in North Texas. It is the only dealership that I went to out of about 20, that did not have hidden fees or any financial surprises. The whole process was fast and smooth. Such a relief compared to all the other places I went before coming here. Vincent was my sales guy and he was awesome.

After talking to multiple Nissan dealerships around Houston and a couple in Austin I was incredibly frustrated. Everyone tried to change numbers during the process. My experience at Grubb’s was nothing short of extraordinary to say the least. I called the service department before going there and Salvador listened to the problems my car was experiencing and explained what they could do. The next day when I took the car up there I was greeted almost immediately by a friendly employee who offered me water while he found Salvador.When Salvador arrived he took very detailed notes and listened to all the symptoms that the car was experiencing, and assured me they could diagnose the root problem, which they did. Even with an appointment had a long wait to get someone to check me in and then the services took awhile. The requested service was not fully completed. However when I bought it to their attention the next day there was an attempt to correct the error. Unfortunately I had already taken care of it and they credited my account.

I purchased a Maxima from Grubbs way back in the 90’s and remember having a great experience. This year, when I learned the 2022 Frontier was starting to hit showroom floors, I stopped to see what they had coming in and get an idea of when they’d be here. I worked with Dawson and couldn’t be happier that we connected. He let me know the moment the truck arrived with the Frontier I was interested in and we knocked out the deal later that day. No messing around, no tacked on charges, just a fair negotiation and smooth transaction. That is not the case with other Nissan dealerships I talked to. In fact, one tried to get me to pay $4000 over sticker! Dawson, Travis and the other Grubbs folks are my go-to car folks now. Though this new Frontier is so nice it’s not going anywhere for a long time!

After going to several different dealerships and leaving empty handed it was getting very frustrating! I am so happy I gave Grubbs Nissan a chance! My truck had an ongoing problem with the AC making a squealing noise. And also my steering was completely off. I took in my truck to other repair shops, however, it was not fixed correctly. I went last yr to replace my transmission. I have a yr warranty or 12K miles whichever comes first. I haven’t drove my vehicle 12K miles so the warranty is still active. My vehicle is having the same issues and they refused to fix it. I’m sure they’re waiting for the warranty to expire so that I have to come out of pocket again.

Probably the worst experience at a dealership that I have ever had. I was quoted for parts and maintenance at double the price of any other shop. I understand labor fees and quality or service, but not at two/three times the cost of the parts. Then when I decided to pick my car up and not receive the service, they tried charging me a $145 Diagnostic fee that was not in any contract, and was not disclosed at drop off. If you end up coming here, make sure that if they try to charge you this fee, they have it in a written contract recording. Otherwise, don’t pay it.

As of today, I purchased my second vehicle from Grubbs Nissan and continue to be impressed. Ignacio Zuniga is amazing to work with and the entire team is so courteous and goes out of their way to make sure you have a terrific experience. This team of professionals work hard to accommodate your needs while maintaining a no pressure approach. I am more than pleased!

I go to Nissan service centers all over the country and I have to say the others are great, but Grubbs just blew every other experience away. From calling on the phone to pulling my vehicle away when done stellar service. They could not have done better I don’t think. Also kudos to Melissa and Chad you guys are great!

I would give zero stars if I could. I never got resolved what is wrong with my car and I had to call my service Representative to get any information. Then after they had my car for 3 days I got a ride up there to discuss my car with the rep and he left me sitting for over an hour and I had to get the service director involved just to get my car back. This is all just after having surgery 10 days before. I do not appreciate this treatment and if I would have knownthe problems I was going to face with getting my car looked at for an issue I would have bought a different brand of car and after buying 4 cars from this dealership you would think they would treat their repeat customers with some form of respect. Never again!

Took several minutes for me to be greeted after I pulled up to the service center. Then, when I was greeted, the person had to go find the service person who was supposed to handle my appointment. When he arrived, he said, what can I do for you. I guess he couldnt look up my appointment and see what I had requested be done? He finally did that after I told him I had an appointment and told him I was told he was the person handling my appointment.Oil change and tire rotation went as expected. The price charged for the services was as expected.I did notice some young lady with a clipboard walking between the service writer area and up front (sales area?). She passed through the waiting area carrying her clipboard every couple of minutes. Do not know what her function is supposed to be.

Absolutely love Grubbs Nissan, this is the second time Ive purchased a vehicle here, and Im very likely to come back again and again for my automotive needs. George did an excellent job of getting to know my needs, and what motivates me and finding me a vehicle I really liked. I will say and this is not his fault. But the original vehicle he was showed me that I was in love with was sold out from under us while we were test driving it by another salesman. You guys should make it so that the salesman cant sell a vehicle they arent holding the keys for, what if it had been wrecked during the test drive? Regardless George found me another that I was absolutely in love with! After agreeing to the deal, we made it over to Li who did an awesome job walking me through the leasing process. She was very nice, and helped answer all of the questions I had related to the purchase. Both of them did an awesome job even while my 2 toddlers were being difficult for me and the mrs. It is unfortunate that for a Murano Cross Cabriolet there are few mechanics who are able to repair a common issue with this vehicle. U pay for a diagnosis in which u would think they would use the info to fix the vehicle. NO... That diagnosis only told them they need an additional 3 hr diagnosis and even then possibility they wouldnt be able to fix the problem. If unrepairable brand new $10,000.00 convertible top will be need, an of course, that would be the easiest fix for a mechanic and extremely costly for the consumer. Whats even worse is when I asked to speak to the mechanic I was told he was busy and that I would have to do a diagnoses. They want me to approve a 3 hr, $450.00 charge before I can talk to a mechanic. I didnt get anything from for the first diagnosis. Thank u but no thanks!!

Left my 2013 Nissan Altima SL with Grubbs for an inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. All the work was done in a 1/2 day. The car was returned to me at the end of the day, ready to go. Dan was very professional and thorough.However, I noticed that the air pressure in the tires were not checked. I would think a tire rotation would include an air pressure check. Other than that, this was a great experience.

Needing a new vehicle to spare myself large repair bills on an older ride.Ashton Broadnax came through with a new 2021 Kicks thats perfect for my needs. I felt the honesty and genuine respect of everyone I dealt with.I never felt I was lied to or misled in anyway. The prices never changed mysteriously and they never tried to switch things up on me. Looking forward to continuing the relationship as the years go by.

This is the worst Nissan location I’ve ever been to! I’ve brought my Nissan here to be serviced and have my sunroof visor reattached. I specifically asked the guy that was working with me am I able to use my Nissan service points from a different location and he said yes, only for me to find out that day didn’t honor service points from other locations. When they fixed my sunroof visor he said they were taking it to a shop so that they could reattach it, no problem. I came in today to have the front of my car looked at, because the front frame is detaching. The lady told me that I had to go to a shop that they partner with. When I asked why I would have to pay for something that isn’t my fault, she couldn’t explain; just kept saying I needed to go somewhere else. All the while, the supervisor that she went inside to ask for help, came out to ‘supervise’ the girl telling me I had to pay to have my car fixed. I’m not sure how they’ve been in business this long with Nissan!
