Eric connected me through to roadside service and he stayed on the phone with me to make sure everything went well. Everyone in his office is so nice. I highly recommend Eric Martinez.

Mariceli is great agent. I change MetLife for State Farm. With State Farm I can talk to a human being to do my claim. On the other hand MetLife is very difficult. Also the worst is that when I had my car accidents MetLife did not support me at all. I told MetLife is under litigation , they did not listen. Erick is very professional and he explain me about my home insurance.

The wonderful people at Erick Martinezs office are the absolute best. I now live over 200 miles away but I stay with this office for the staff. They have helped me in so many ways that go beyond the usual manifest of insurance agent and staff. They have helped me through the good times as well as some dark times. They are always professional, but more importantly they are always kind. They make sure my coverage is what it needs to be from year to year and please note I have been with this office for 20 years. Are there cheaper policies out there? Probably, but Im afraid you get what you pay for. Those others are not going to stand with you when you are going through tough times. This offices secret is their heart! They have it! When I was hit and my car was totaled. These folks helped me get a claim started very quickly walking me through it and everything was handled very quickly so I was able to obtain another vehicle in a timely manner. If you are like me and dont understand all the buzz words of insurance these are the people you want standing beside you guiding you through the insurance minefield.

We have State Farm for less than an year, but have only great things to say about Eric and his wonderful team. First time I stepped into their office Eric came to greet me and thanked me for choosing them. Called a few times to add vehicles, drivers and assist with beacon setup and was impressed with their customer service. Good insurance and great people to work with.

Erick and all of the staff here are great. From filing accident reports, to switching out vehicles on a policy, every time I come here it is a positive experience. Highly recommended if you are looking for new insurance in the HEB area.

Failure to CommunicateChanged to Erick Martinez agency a couple of years ago when my former agent retired. Met with Erick, asked questions made some adjustments to policies. No problems. Have talked directly with the agent when I have had questions. Have not needed anything until I went in to the office 2/12/19 to pay a premium. Normally I just mail it in, but it was convenient for me to handle it another way this time. I handed my statement and visa card to the man at the reception desk... apparently a trainee. My business was then given to a female who was apparently the trainer. They both went into a small office near the reception area without a word of explanation. I first thought they were taking care of my payment. I waited and waited NEVER expecting it to take more than two minutes to take care of this. Neither of them said, “Have a seat. We are dealing with a problem.” NO. I had to figure out as I stood there. I finally realized that BOTH these people were on the phone involved in a long conversation with someone else. I could see them at a computer and hear a conversation on speakerphone. I finally just walked in and took back my card and statement and told them I would find an agent who had time to take my money.I was told rather sarcastically , OK. Never any apology for making me wait while their interminable phone conversation went on and on and on. Right before I left, there was an EXCUSE that they’d had someone who had called before I came in. Up until that time there had been no indication they were not taking care of my need. I don’t know how long they would have let me just stand at the front desk with no explanation.Most well run businesses know that when a customer walks in the front door wanting to give you money, you take care of that customer and you put phone calls on hold. My only complaint about this agent is that he employs such unprofessional people in his agency. There are too many State Farm agents for me to put up with unprofessional behavior and sarcasm. I already have another agent for my auto, my home and my friend has also switched agents. I did not speak with Erick because he was leaving just as I came in, knew what I wanted and made no effort to expedite help for me. Apparently, this is how he wants his clients to be treated.Update. My new State Farm Agent has found a multi-line discount for which we are eligible. This will save our household several hundred dollars each year. Martinez never offered this nor did our previous agent who retired.
