Great, fast, reliable, and trustworthy auto maintenance and repair services. They are not an auto shop that is always at full capacity unlike other auto shops. They are busy but always seem to have space and time to take care of my unexpected and unscheduled auto mechanic needs. I love having this business near my home making the convenience unbeatable. Outstanding! Even though they were already completely swamped, Christian Brothers Bedford agreed to work in my car for an urgent wheel bearing replacement. My trunk latch broke. I brought it into Christian Brothers and they told me how long they thought it would take and what they are going to do. They text me how much it would cost and if I wanted to proceed they also told me what other issues my car had. They were very timely and professional and my trunk is fixed. I would recommend this location.

I’ve been going here the last few years for standard checks/maintenance and oil changes. They do an amazing job with all services and I fully trust all of the recommendations I have been provided.

I know this probably wont effect their bottom line, but if I can save one person from getting ripped off, its worth it. They charged $200 for a part that costs $50 at Autozone and $400 labor for changing a part that was literally held on with one bolt. I could have done it at home in about two hours, tops. In a facility like theirs, I could have done it in about an hour.Dont let the clean facility, friendly people and Christian music fool you. Almost seven hundred dollars to replace a harmonic balancer on a Jeep is incredibly over-priced. And Im an old gearhead who challenged them every step of the way and they still over charged me. If I hadnt challenged them, they would have charged $890! If I wasnt stranded and had a physical impairment, I would have done it myself.I was also going to get it inspected while it was there. They said it needed new wiper blades. This sounded like a common trick to get more money. Then they told me the price. They wanted $35 dollars A PIECE for them. Seventy dollars for $20 dollar blades.

Worst experience ever! They messed up my car. Now it doesnt run. It was in the shop for 2 days. Now my extended warranty wont cover it and neither will CBA! Dont go here!!

Took my truck to Christian Brothers because of a bad ‘humming’ noise coming from the front end. I was expecting to have to pay to have both driver and passenger wheel bearings/hub assembly replaced. After they ran their diagnostic tests they called over to the local Ford dealership and it was ultimately determined that the repairs are to be covered under warranty. I’m very impressed that they did their due diligence and actually reached out to the dealership. All that being said, Christian Brothers - Bedford and the manager, Bill, definitely earned my trust!

Jose was quick and amazing fixed my car and I was out of their within 15 minutes!

It was very friendly and honest. The repair was done on time. They kept me informed of the process of the work on my car. They provided transportation to home and back while they worked on my car. It was very clean.

The folks at Christian brothers are just really good people and they dont try to sell you stuff you dont need for your car. They also have a free shuttle service to take you back-and-forth while they are working on your car.

They always perform a curtesy inspection which gives you a heads up on what you may need/want to address so youll have time to budget for it in advance. They also provide pictures of the maintenance and email it to you so you can keep accurate records. They have free Wifi and the restroom is clean! They also have a curtesy shuttle and theyll drop you off at work while your car is in the shop!

People were professional. Knowledgeable and friendly. Estimate, report, and shuttle service were all great. Highly recommend them.

They wanted $1,900.00 for a breakjob I was able to get done got $850.00.

Wonderful staff, had an AC issue that was butchered by the dealer, but they where able to get it fixed under my car max warranty. Did an oil change and cabin air filter as it was time for both. They kept me informed every step of the way and completed it as soon as the got the part in.

Charged me over $800 for a coolant tank repair, and tried to get me to pay for more services that I didnt need. I brought it back a few months later, and coolant leakage was once again the problem.

Walked in for an oil change and state inspection. They were quick and efficient. Whole process took about an hour which was much quicker than went I went to the dealership for similar services. I also like how they include pictures of everything theyre doing. Waiting area was very clean and the service advisors were awesome. Id definitely bring my car back again for service.

Love these guys. They do great work. Their system for delivering their findings includes pictures and great detail on their techs recommendation. Also similar way of authorizing the work. Theyll pick you up or drop you off if needed. This is how servicing and repairing your vehicle should be

My 2010 Honda Odyssey was having a power steering issue. I did my own analysis and then realized it need a major repair. CBA did a great job and I got my van back within a reasonable time frame. I noticed a slight fluid drip on my garage floor (it was a synthetic not water) and before I called CBA I did my due diligence to make sure it wasn’t residual. It was definitely a slight drip. No issue, just drove it back gave it to them for a day picked it up no drip no leak, bone dry. Good people honest and descent.

Otherwise if under warranty, it would make sense to go to Dealership and use the coverage that came with “car package”. My second experience at this Christian Bro’s location. Bill Falls, the service agent was patient, informative and fair. They provided photos and video of the diagnosis.Front suspension corrected and four strut assemblies replaced. Certified mechanics were fast. Had me in and out in two days. A quick follow up for a small adjustment with no hassles. Plus a three year, 36k mile warranty on the work.Car was returned clean and road ready. Very pleased, will use them again.

We have been using Christian Brothers for several years. They do all of our routine maintenance and they have done major repairs too. Head repairs, water pumps, struts, brakes... I won’t take our cars anywhere else. Cost are reasonable and the communication during repair is excellent.

We have used the NRH location for years and were very happy to find a location near our new house in the Glade Parks area. We had our first experience with the Bedford location yesterday and they did well. They finished quickly. Had I needed to stay longer, the free wifi and the very great lobby would have helped make me comfortable.

We have not had very good experiences the past few visits with other Auto repair shops in the area and decided to give Christian Bros a try. After getting a quote for work on my truck I had it checked by a couple friends who are mechanics and they said it was an honest quote for a legitimate repair. Weve only been their a few times now but I think weve finally found a honest reliable shop to bring our vehicles too.

Christian Brothers was recommended to me by a co-worker. They are pricey in my opinion(FYI, They do charge a $120 diagnostic and that was not discussed over the phone). On the other hand, the technicians are very knowledgeable. The technician spoke with me about several solutions prior to doing the repairs. My favorite part of the whole repair shop was they expressed their concern on potential areas of failure. I decline the offer to do preventative repairs and they respected my decision. Lastly, the place is very clean, and comfortable.

The owner judge me before I say any word his body language and tone of voice made has a bad feeling and I see he is not really available to help me! I dont wanna to put my feet in this place anymore. This to me is a bad customer service! 👎🏻

I stopped by the shop for the first time to inquire about a noise my car started making. Sandy was super nice and ready to assist me. No customers were waiting so I asked her how long for a diagnostic. She stated usually about 30 minutes. Then another empoyee added that they were booked until the next morning and it would be best if I could leave my car. Since it is my only transportation I did not want to leave my car. I asked when will they not be booked, and Sandy set me an appointment the next day at 4:30. Thankfully I called back to inquire about additional services because the 30 minute diagnostic information changed. The same employee who suggested leaving my car stated its best if they can diagnose it and repair it all at one time. I told him all I was looking for is a diagnostic. He then explained that a diagnostic could also take all day. He recommended I come in when I have time to be there a long time or leave my car a while. Since he said he would be the one looking at my car and he didnt sound too eager to provide service I decided to go somewhere else where I dont have to wait forever to find out whats wrong and am not expected to get repairs that I may not want.

Automobile upkeep can be a pain, but these guys made it as painless as possible. They were personable, friendly and very helpful! Will be going back for any help I need in the future.

We had some work done on a vehicle back in 2014. The sunroof that we had the work done on was after market and no longer under warranty. Bill still took the time to help coordinate repairs with the actual manufacturer of the sunroof. He was prompt, polite and made sure we were well taken care of. We had a wonderful experience with Bill and his excellent customer service.

I wasnt to pleased with the customer service when I walked in this location. The store says they close at 6pm, I walk in the door at 5:10pm to inquire about getting a diagnostics test for my a/c unit. The woman at the counter proceeds to tell me that the mechanics are booked the rest of the day and they cant get to a diagnostic test until Wednesday. Keep in mind today is Monday. So, I guess they probably need to put a closed sign up tomorrow. I totally understand and respect the fact that coming in with less than a hour of the time a business is open is a coin toss on if your going to get service, but two days later is ridiculous and unacceptable.

The whole experience was wonderful. The service. The niceness. The prices. I have full confidence my car was and will be in great hands. I will not go anywhere else for my car needs.

Called this place to ask how much it would be to tow my car and diagnose an issue, they said it would be $140 to tow and $120 to diagnose. Managed to diagnose the problem myself and had it fixed on my own after a few hours. Why are the Christian brothers so expensive??

Great customer service. Full story is that my cars shift suddenly stopped working. I was not able to go reverse or neutral or park. I called them and one of the guy ASAP to the spot.He checked the car and told me that most probably the shift cable is broken. Instead of calling for a towing truck, he manually changed the shift by opening the hood and helped me bring my car to the workshop. This alone save me money for towing service.They diagnosed the issue and gave the quote. I compared their quote with some other workshops even dealer. I told them that their price is higher. The sales rep asked the manager who was good enough to reduce the price.I would recommend to go to this place.

This is the second time we have taken one of our vehicles here for service. I would highly recommend them. On the visit yesterday, I took my car in for a new battery. I was asked if I wanted to wait, but we dropped it off and went to lunch. We didn’t even finish our lunch before we received a text informing us my car was ready. Excellent customer service !!

Bill was very personable and welcoming, as was the lady who greeted me (didn’t catch her name). They always have snacks available if you want to wait and I’m very pleased with the accuracy of rates for the services they offer! Definitely recommend this place.

I had an emergency the night before an international flight. Christian Brothers walked me through getting my vehicle delivered after-hours and followed up the following morning. They expedited the diagnosis so that I could give the go-ahead before my flight. While overseas they verified the fix and returned the car to my hotel. They were extremely courteous and understanding of what would have easily been a crisis without their help. Best automotive service ever!!!

The also did a courtesy check and let me know about some things that may be issues in the future.I think Ive found my new auto repair shop!

Was very impressed with my first visit. My cars serpentine belt fell off and it turned out I had a cooling problem with my car. Like the updates and pictures of assessments. Took off one star for my subsequent visits. Apparently they changed their software that recommends services. I came in specifically for a turn up in March and then had the car serviced again in April and they were still recommending a turn up. Wouldnt you guys have a record if you did for my car? Overall good service still.

FIVE STARS! This is one of the best auto shops Ive ever been to. Bill and his team were so accommodating. He took the time to have an educational conversation with me about my vehicle and what all it might need before I ever brought it in and gave me quotes over the phone for each part and its labor. They even offered me a ride home with their shuttle after I dropped of my truck. Along the way, they take pictures as they work and text or email them to you so that you feel confident knowing they are performing the work and only the work that needs to be done. They are not the cheapest place in town, but definitely the best value! They got to work on my truck quickly and finished it right away. Any future problems or maintenance needed will definitely be done here.

Our turn signal light on our minivan went out. I called Christian Brothers to get a price and Blane said, Just come on down, if its just the bulb, Ill pop a new one in for you free of charge. I highly doubted that would be the case, but made the trip anyway. I was first incredibly impressed by the warm and comfortable waiting area and then Blane met me at the counter with a smile and said hed take a look at the van. Ten minutes later, he came back in and said we were ready to go. Hed replaced the bulb, topped off my oil, and inflated my tires…all free of charge. Being 8 months pregnant, tears come pretty easily these days and I had to fight them back. I was very impressed by their absolute promptness, kindness, and excellent service I was was given when the shop was very busy. They will have my business from now on. Very impressed and grateful.

As a walk-in they were able to fix a rattle under the hood, do plugs and wires, change the oil, AND do the valve cover gaskets - all in an afternoon. I arrived was offered a ride to have lunch. Within 15 minutes of arriving my car was being worked on and I was busy doing things I need to do with my afternoon. They were finished that day and I was back on the road without skipping a beat in my busy life. Christian Brother is a very well run shop. Thanks for the great service!

Great Service - very professional and easy to work with - also very trustworthy. I used to go to the dealership all the time but sometimes felt like I was being taken advantage of. I actually pulled all the service invoices that I had from the dealership and took them to CBA so they can input the service history into their system. I am very happy with the service I just had done and was kept informed at every step. It was nice as I went through the service invoices and kept texting them about what had been done when - they actually took items off of the estimate instead of adding to the estimate - what a nice change that was! Needless to say, I will never go back to dealing with the dealership. If youre looking for great service, you will definitely find it here!

They charge 300$ to replace brake pads how is this not a scam?

I went to get my car inspected at Christian Brothers, and during my conversation with the service manager, let them know that recent repairs had been made to the car although the check engine light was on. He offered to have their technician give the once over for my vehicle, which was nice. They did fail my car, which I understood because the check engine light is indeed on (still not sure why after all the repairs Ive made on the car, haha). They let me know that my car had leaked a huge puddle of coolant onto their platform, which concerned me greatly because my car had not been leaking that much coolant. The technician had also indicated that the parking brake would not hold the car, as well as the headlights in front not being properly mounted. Needless to say, I had the service manager test the parking break, and it does hold the car. He and another manager also checked my headlights and found that they are mounted properly. They claim that they did nothing to make my car leak coolant, that it did that of its own accord. I do not think that is the case; however the tech was not present with both managers to account for himself, so I cant lay any blame on him.The two managers I worked with were both friendly people; however I would not recommend this particular establishment to take your vehicle to. It concerned me that there were several big items that had been labeled as wrong, when they actually were not. There were other things that need to be fixed, such as one tire with a bulge, a small hole in the drivers side turn signal (in the front), etc, and they are legitimate issues that the managers showed me, so I understand that they need to be fixed; however I am dubious as to whether their technicians do their work thoroughly or not, due to the items that were retested and found to be fine.

Where do I start... I trust them. I do could stop there. They explain whats going on, what the expenses are. Theyll shuttle you home and pick you up. They have a nice waiting room with snacks, drinks and WiFi. And the couple that own and operate the shop... They are incredible people! They serve their community, in my case by helping some of my youth at church get to summer camp. I cant speak highly enough of these folks. They have my business as long as I live here.

Wish I could give these clowns a Zero. They help you with your vehicle with sabotage and constantly bombarding your email with fake needed services that can only occur via their sabotage . And these clowns think and act like they help the community. Christian, they are Not, they are parasites stripping innocent Texans their their assets via auto service. My last alignment by them forced me to buy tires elsewhere. Sadly for them, I can recognize their Scam. And never go through with their suggested partners in crime. Can you say, Kickbacks and unneeded repairs. Nothing is as it seems with this asset stripping organization known for Auto Service:AVOID THESE FREAKS!
