This review is many years overdue. Tim Stewart is incredibly talented and professional. I have been to him on three separate occasions for various damage ranging from hail to door dings. He managed to perfectly repair very large hail damage that was deemed unfixable by another company. An added bonus is that he is just an incredibly nice guy. If youre the type of person who only seeks the best, look no further.

My new truck was damaged with hail in which I took it here and was completely satisfied with the results. Make sure you call to make an appointment before visiting. I washed the truck before taking it in and they caught and fixed every ding on the truck. They worked with my insurance which kept the stress level really low. My vehicle was damaged months ago during hail storm, kept putting it off due to hassle with insurance and just overall process..Tim is truly the definition of PROFESSIONALISM an QUALITY SERVICE !!He dealt with insurance company on my behalf..that within itself was a relief.He also provides personal mobile number so can text you updating progress of your vehicle. ( not once did I have to call) Turn around time getting my vehicle back was quick.. Not only did Tim give me a ride to Enterprise he made certain all was in order with car rental before leaving..When my vehicle was ready for pickup it looked great! Even repaired couple door dings for free..I left rent car, he arranged have Enterprise pick it up..I promise you will not be disappointed... from the start of process till the end was by far best experience I have ever had.

Outstanding work. Very clean shop, Tim was very open and honest about the repairs. He worked some serious magic into a massive crease on my passenger door that some shops wouldnt even want to attempt. They even buffed and waxed my car at no extra charge. I found this place on Google after reading the reviews and the five star rating they received from previous customers. Everyone seemed really satisfied with the results so I felt comfortable taking my Lexus SUV there. My experience was great! I was so upset because I just purchased my SUV and three months later somebody hit it with their car door causing a dent in the crease on the passenger side. The team took time to explained everything to me in detail and they were very professional. I scheduled my appointment on a Wednesday and dropped it off that morning. By 1pm that same day they were calling me saying it was ready. I was SO PLEASED with the results that I could have hugged them. Tim at Udentifix is a Magician!I brought in my 2004 Mustang Mach 1, a car Ive owned and garage for 15 years and is part of the family. Had an incident where the hood somehow came loose at 60 MPH slammed up and smashed the windshield and dented the roof in several places. I took it to several body shops asking what they could do to save the paint as the car is 100% original and each one of them told me there would be no way to save the paint. I got a recommendation to talk to Tim at you udentifix. I thought the dents were to big for paintless dent repair, and I was skeptic if it would work, but decided worst case scenario I end up having to take it to a body shop to have it fixed, best case scenario I save the original paint which was really important to me.Tim was very professional has a very clean shop but most important he was very honest.He told me that he thought he would be able to get the majority of it dents out and that I might need to have a go to a body shop to have the last 10% done to make it perfect.I want to tell you how impressed I am with the work that Tim did. From the beginning, Tim was extremely helpful. He was very patient with my schedule and managed to work me in quickly. Tim was very respectful and had great customer service when I arrived at his shop. I had a total of 5 dents on four different panels that I was needing to get fixed. Tim did the inspection and was able to fix them all in under an hour, and did a great job as well. At check out, he provided me with a number of reputable contacts, per my request for detailing, windshield repair, etc. I will definitely be going back to him and refer his business to others as well.

I spoke with Tim mainly because of the good feedback I recieved from my buddy whose shop it right next to udentifix, and his high regard for their work. After about five minutes of speaking to Tim and him showing me their work, I decided to give them a try. Im glad I did. Dropped the truck off a few days after with probably close to 75 small hail dings, and a handful of door ding down the side. When the truck was finished, it looked straight as new again, maybe even better! Glad I found these guys because I wont be using anyone else for any repairs that can be done without paintwork. Top notch work, and a very laid back and friendly owner. What else can you ask for? Highly recommend anyone needing paint less dent repair to give these guys a shot, you wont regret it!

Tim was great! I had two small dents in my Aluminum Body 2015 F150 and he removed each, with no problem. My truck looks as it did when I drove it off the lot. During the fix, Tim was very friendly, even allowing me to watch/converse with him as he worked. Would definitely recommend uDENTiFIX to anyone looking for PDR.

Tim is the man! UDentIFix was recommended to me by my detailer to remove some door dings and minor hail damage and I was not disappointed! I was given a run down of how pricing works over the phone and scheduled my appointment. When I showed up Tim did a full walk around on the car and gave me an estimate based on whether I wanted all or some of the dents fixed. I elected to have them fix it all and the car looks like new! Tim and Patrick were absolutely incredible to work with and they restored my car to like new condition! I have a 2008 Mazda MX-5 and it had nickel to quarter size hail damage on the hood, trunk, doors, and quarter panel. This was the very first insurance claim that I’ve had to do and they walked me through the entire process and made it extremely simple and comfortable. I informed them that I didn’t have rental car coverage on my insurance policy and they put in the extra effort to get my car finished within 24 hours of me dropping it off and then getting approval from the insurance company. I am absolutely amazed by the sincerity and professionalism from both Tim and Patrick. They even good-willed a door ding repair in the short amount of time that they had my car. Just for scale, my car had $1700 worth of damage and they were able to use their paint less dent repair techniques to remove all the dents and leave the car all original and back to like new condition. I highly recommend them for their honesty, communication, empathy, and professionalism!

Got a nasty 2 inch door dent over Spring break at the Grapevine Mills mall. Thank you to the folks that drive a white SUV for doing that, ok not so much. I had a deep dent on the raised ridge of my front fender that was caused when a car pushed a shopping cart into my car. Tim with uDENTiFIX patiently answered all my questions, explained how he would fix my fender and showed me examples of dents he had repaired. I could not be happier with the repair!!!
