Same story as so many others. The october 2019 auction. Paid promptly. They got nasty when I questioned when item would be shipped. After that no answer to emails. Thankfully, I disputed charge with credit card company. Do not use!

Same scam as all the others...credit fraud selling items not onsite for 10/12 auction and not shipping any winnings to customers resulting in thousands of dollars for total deceit. Also used Texas ID to also commit tax fraud so don’t even bother with this place. BBB and Texas Auctioneers Association also aware

Liquidated my parents estate via the auction and was very satisfied with the result. The staff handled everything very professionally and straight forward. Have since recommended them to friends. We was quite surprised and pleased with the financial results at the end of the sale.

I have worked with Gallery 70two a couple of times and have been extremely happy with the process. They made the transition so easy and I was happy with what they were able to get for my items. Their contract is clear so I knew what to expect during the process. I would definitely recommend their services!

I am so disappointed in the owner of this Gallery. Not one time did Wesley- the owner- act in a professional manner while dealing with me- THE CUSTOMER!!! I was the highest bidder in an online auction for a piano. A piano that has been in his store since at least 2012. In the store and in every online picture of this piano it has a piano stool with it. So, the day after the auction- I called and spoke to Patty- a very nice employee at the Gallery. I asked her if the piano stool went with the piano- she said Yes- it has a tag on it- Piano stool sold with piano. So I made arrangements with a moving company (friends) to go pick up the piano, the stool, and one other item. Its my understanding that my movers checked in and loaded the piano- but when they started out the door with the stool- the owner went berserk on my movers and wouldnt let them take the stool- HE EVEN CALLED THE POLICE- on my movers! He claimed they were stealing the stool! My movers were just doing what I paid them to do! I talked to the owner during this commotion, and he yelled at me too! He told me the stool was separate from the piano- regardless of what the tag AND his employee said! Then the cops came!!! The owner wanted the moving company kicked off the property! BUT- I still had one more item in that store! So- I called the Gallery again and Patty assured me that my other item was being handed over to my movers. The police just stood by to make sure that things didnt escalate. My movers (Reliable Movers and More) did an awesome job! My piano arrived perfectly! BUT- WITHOUT A STOOL! Had the owner offered to sell me that stool- I would have bought it! I attempted to leave a very unsatisfied private letter to the Gallery owner on his website and he called me the next day and informed me that he was turning all of the movers info over to the Attorney General and that I was no longer allowed as a customer at his store/auctions! Thats too bad- I have spent thousands at this Gallery, and had planned on spending thousands more! This misunderstanding was all his fault and could have been easily remedied if he had just offered to sell me the stool! *RESPONSE TO OWNERS COMMENT* Wesley- The stool had a tag on it- Piano Stool Sold With Piano I have a picture of the tag! So- the stool WAS for sale! Now you are claiming that the stool was just a prop? The tag says different!~UPDATE~No Wesley, Thank You, for responding to my comments! You are showing the whole world just how argumentative you are! Instead of taking this opportunity to do damage control with an unhappy customer- you have chosen to argue even more! You have done everything EXCEPT take responsibility for the misunderstanding between us. As to me defaming your character and the integrity of your business- Your reputation precedes me! According to what Ive read on other posts- You yell at your customers, and the word RUDE has been used excessively!!! Thats not defamation- Im living proof that thats a fact! I do hope that in the rest of your antique/estate career, that you run across a copy of the book, How to Win Friends and Influence People or The Complete Idiots Guide to Great Customer Service! PLEASE READ THEM! I look forward to speaking with your associates soon!Oh- And just FYI: You may want to brush up on proper English too, they was, Police was, and You was are all incorrect!

Won lot 110 in the 10/12/2019 auction, auctioneer promptly contacted me for payment, paid instantly, was notified I would be contacted by shipping company on 10/18, no phone call, no contact with auction house since, repeated phone calls go to voicemail and the voicemail box is full, scammed out of $500+ I am guessing... I will follow up with auction zip but I won’t keep my hopes up...

Alright, several things here. I posted a review earlier here, stating the facts of what has happened with this company. They were supposed to pick up my grandmothers items this morning, called half an hour beforehand, and canceled without apology. They also have not sent a check for the first round of items they took and auctioned a month and a half ago. They keep saying theyre sending it, but never do.The owner saw my review, as Im sure he will see my updated review, and when my mother spoke with him about our check and why we havent received it, HE PROCEEDED TO YELL AT HER. Ive never in my life seen someone so unprofessional! Im in shock. By all means, dont try to apologize for or remedy the mistakes youve made--no, instead yell at your clientele and ensure they never use your services again. Thats a perfectly logical way to handle business. Just avoid the hassle.

I was told one thing by the owner when it came to the value of my fathers antique collection. Then all my dads property was sold for pennies on the dollar. Do NOT trust this company.I learned a valuable lesson that I will never forget.

I would give zero stars if possible. Have been trying to get payment for some items they sold for me at auction for months. The check is always in the mail. Update: I eventually got payment after calling and texting repeatedly one day. Then, the company posted a bad review for me saying that I harassed them. I harassed them to pay me the money they had owed me for months. If you are a professional who can be reviewed on Google, be careful about doing business with Gallery 70Two. They could give you bad service and a bad review.

We were very un satisfied with our service we tried to fill a complaint and the owner yelled and told us to leave the property and tried to hold back the belongings we paid for online. I guess the price wasnt right for them and they resorted to Ill majored behavior I suggest going somewhere else for your antique purchases

Right off the back I had to ring a doorbell to gey someone to the door of a business, which is strange, but ok, Ill go with it. Then the man at the front desk just stares at me, after Ive rung the bell. Oookay. Then after minutes of waiting, the man answers the door, and I ask for information about this establishment. Its an auction house, I understand, and I was curious to know when it was open to the public, or when the auction days are. The man rudely tells me its never open to the public. I try to ask for more info. He declines and again and points to a piece of paper tacked to the window. How does a place like this make money when basic info is withheld from people? I was literally looking to buy or find out when I could bid, but I wasnt even allowed inside.
