I ordered a cab to the airport they didnt show up !

Needed transport when unable to drive to Grapevine for medical procedure. Not comfortable with Uber & Lyft access to my phone; Google search gave good rating; called Emad, got prices and told times. He backed up with a text. He was a few minutes early for home pickup; medical procedure caused delay on estimated return time but Emad was there. Newer clean vehicle. Courteous & safe service.

Made an online reservation and received an automated confirmation. When the taxi didnt show up at the designated time the next morning, I called the number listed on the confirmation email, but no one answered Nearly missed our flight.
