We gave Genet an opportunity to provide SEO services for our company and after more than 18 months, we have essentially DISAPPEARED form all Google searches. We are 1 step above being completely banned and blocked from Google due to the back linking and other likely unsavory things they did which Google deemed as inappropriate and highly negative. We are now MUCH worse off than when we started to use their services.I would strongly advise you do not entrust your companys online presence with Genet unless you prefer to not show up in online searches.My request to discontinue services the first week of July was handled very unprofessionally and they have already charged us for the month of July with no intention or willingness to refund ANY amount.I was sent a snarky e-mail stating how much they should have charged us. Clearly for their stellar performance. Was not even given the courtesy of a phone call after more than an 18 month relationship and over $9,000 in paid invoices.Lesson learned, we would be ranking high in Google searches AND as a local small business be $9000.00 better off.BEWARE.Signed,Highly disappointed and appalled by this type of treatment from one small business to another.
