Recently had several foggy windows in our sunroom replaced or repaired. The work was done efficiently and at a very fair price. The windows were 21 years old and now the sun room looks brand new. I would recommend this company to anyone.

APEX Windor Werks were very accommodating and once the part was ordered and received they followed up and kept me up to date on repair date and time. The technician who did the repair was thorough, professional and on time. We will use them again for other repairs.

Stay as far away from this company as you possibly can. The pictures below show what they feel 2 days of work and $4000.00 is worth.Edit in response to companies reply: all pictures were part of the job done. Employee, Tim, cut into the brick molding without our permission. Then asked if we wanted to pay $80 each for him to replace it completely or if we would we okay with a patch job if it looked like one piece. We agreed to the patch job, however it clearly does not look like one piece (as you can see from the photos). The company refuses to take responsibility for these mistakes made and continues to say it is not their responsibility because it wasn’t in the estimate (even though their employee was the one who made the cuts without our permission).

Hi quality work. We bought a condo, which was built in 2005-2006. The condo windows have wood frames and some were rotten, parts didn’t work or the seals were broken. They windows technician was amazing. The window frames look better than new! All the glass is new. The best thing is that it’s affordable. The work was all done on-site and the windows did not have to be removed and takes somewhere else. If I need to, we will definitely use Apex again! Simply Amazing!!!! And Affordable!!!!

Apex Window Werks is a A1 place to deal with I came in today (03-17-21) with a piece of glass that needed to be replaced the guy not only cut it for me right then and there he gave me an actual free piece of glass the same size of what I needed replaced for no charge. Amazing work! The guys were thorough, I was worried about the quality at first due to a very reasonable price quote, but I was relieved when the windows turned out so good! It’s been a year since I’ve had mine installed and I have to say, I’m very pleased. I had mine changed mainly due to fog collection in between the window panes. A year later, and they’re still sparkly clean. Highly recommend this company!!!!

My wife and I were driving on I480 when we saw one of their trucks. We were in need of some window repairs so we thought we should call them and get an estimate. I called and we made an appt for an estimator to come to the house. Before the estimator arrived I checked every window in the house, besides the windows that were fogged and to my surprise there were a number where the sashes were rotted and needed to be repaired. The estimator arrived on time within the period of time I was given and we went through every window that needed to be fixed. He provided me a written estimate on the spot and followed up with an email estimate as well. I called the office to make an appointment for the following week. Tim was our repairman and he arrived on time as planned. Our repairs were scheduled for two full days and Tim worked diligently during the whole time. Once all repairs were completed Tim painted or stained the windows that were recently repaired. Tim is very knowledgeable contractor. Their prices were reasonable and prior to engaging them many would have thought a need to replace all windows, however a good professional repair is more than sufficient. I would use them again and would highly recommend them for any window repairs. From my first phone call for an appt, to the estimator, to the follow up call to schedule an appt, to Tim the repairman, all were very prompt and efficient. Tim even called on the second day to let me know he was running a little late - a rarity with most contractors. Tim also stayed late on the second day to make sure everything was completed. Thank you.

I would recommend Apex Windows for anyone with a window problem. Our windows are over 6 feet tall and 4 feet wide on the eighth floor of our downtown condo. They showed no fear and handled these big windows with ease. The frames were coming apart and they wouldnt close. They fixed the frames of both Windows without breaking the glass at a very reasonable price. I would certainly use them again.

Our home was built in 1991. The builder had chosen Weathershield casement style windows. The house has 22 opening style casement windows on the West side and 8 opening with fixed center pane on the East front.The wooden sills had completely rotted away on many and partially rotted on others of the casement style crank opening style due to rain, snow, sleet, etc.Other than the rotted window sills which let all the window mounting and operating hardware to come loose, the double pane windows themselves are a very nice solid oak with solid oak frames.We had, over the years contacted numerous window companies and every last one told us that repairing the rotted sills was not possible and they would have to entirely replace the existing windows with new windows. Naturally the costs quoted for replacing some 30 windows with comparable windows was close to buying a brand new luxury car and maybe then some.Years ago I had seen a WindowWerks video on how they cut out and replace rotted wood windows and sills. Unfortunately the company was out of Chicago and we wished they could come to Ohio.Finally, they did! We hired them to repair all of our windows. It took them about 2&1/2 days to remove a window, cut out and replace the rotted window seal, caulk and paint the replacement sills (custom made on site) then reinstall and adjust the mounting and operating hardware for each window. All windows now open and close as if they were brand new.The crew were extremely careful and professional and made our windows operate like new again and a tiny fraction of the cost of replacing the windows. The cost to repair a single window would have been less than the often quoted installation cost of a new window.We highly recommend anyone with damaged windows or rotted window parts that dont want to needlessly waste a truckload of money on new windows to talk with this company first, they may be able to save you a car load of cash.
