So painless. I emailed them early morning, got back to me within an hour and were able to come out same day! So many other companies took a week or 2 to schedule and come out. They did a great job too! Would definitely use again.

Do not trust them with Plowing. The picture shows how they do their job! They should have Plowed 3 times since the day before yet they did not do it even once!This happened last year too and we thought it is good to help the local community but hiring a local which was a bad idea.

I called and said that I wanted a yard clean-up not just a leaf blow. That is what is on my receipt. He came out and gave me an estimate that included brush remove and re-plant. The day he showed up, I again said yard clean-up not just leaf-blow. He indicated that he understood. As I was speaking with my neighbor, he approached and said he did not have enough bags. Neighbor said the city began leaf pickup, so I said it would be okay to blow on curb.They blew leaves-not the best job. I have five trees. Leaves were still in yard, but not in the middle. There were dead plants, only half are gone. I had to redirect twice and still poor job. I do not know if they knew what they were doing? I withdrew plant replacement, but no reduction in price. I was going to have other work done, but decided if one could not do the simple things, then I would not entrust with more. I cancelled additional job.When I came out and looked at the leaves blown on curb, I was appalled. I do not know what cities they had done work in before, but it was unacceptable. Leaves, branches, trash and thorns were all piled up. The city as expected did not pick up.I called with my concerns about city not picking up and never heard back from company.

Grasstec plowtec is amazing! They respond immediately or within a few hours. They clean up behind themselves and do what you ask. If you are unhappy with any portion of their work; management corrects the issue themselves or sees to it being addressed as quickly as possible. Flexible payment options are also a plus!

There were 5 guys and it looks like they only mowed part of the lawn, not all of it. They did a horrible job edging and cutting the grass. Left debris all over the back patio, front walkway and driveway. Left the gate to the yard open as well. Will not be using this company again. I literally have to hire another company to fix their job.

If you’re looking for a professional group of people who get the job done quickly and do an amazing job! These are your guys. Our front and back yard bushes were over overgrown and out of control, and these guys took care of it, and for a price I couldn’t turn down. I was able to tell them exactly how I wanted them cut and shaped and it turned out great. I, 100% recommend them and will be using their services again!!

We were in a bind. We were selling my mothers house. The lawn service we were depending on failed us and the lawn was over a foot tall. We were desperate. As soon as we listed the home we were inundated with showings. But the yard was a mess! We found several lawn services on the internet on a Saturday. None were open. We called Grasstec Plowtec. The owner answered and said he would be out in a couple hours. Not only did he get there early but he made the yard look great. We are now using him for our routine lawn care.

Grasstec came out within a day of my request for yard work and did an excellent job with each task requested, at a fair price. We have hired them for weekly maintenance.
