This was my first time using the maids and I was SO impressed! I came home to a completely different house! They were very sweet to my dogs, and they were quick and efficient! The little touches were noticeable, and I was incredibly happy with the end result. I originally booked as a one time cleaning but after the first one have scheduled monthly. Highly recommend this company for your cleaning needs.

Had a 3-person team do a cleaning of my 3-floor townhouse ahead of having company come to town (and esp. after the last year of working remote and being home way more than usual).Team was very professional, polite, listened to what I was looking for as far as areas that needed/didnt need attention, and completed the work ahead of schedule.Only drawbacks were not getting a heads-up from their office on when they would be coming out - I had to call and find out (it was also a holiday weekend), and not getting an actual invoice/bill for the work performed.Overall, would use The Maids again when I need help getting my home cleaned up and Im running out of time to do it all myself.

This was my first time having any maid service! They came highly recommended. There were 4 maids. That cleaned my whole apartment with 90 minutes! They did a very good job. Everything was clean and placed where it was suppose to be.

They are a good cleaning company but care nothing about the favoritism their team leaders show. If they let some choose what they want to do they should let all choose. Also tips was left and team leader only split it with those she liked and left out every one else..If you speak up about it your the one that will be terminated and HR doesnt care about anything. She doesnt help.

Rachelle and her team do a very good job. Weve had several teams in the several years weve been using The Maids services and have been generally pleased by nearly all of them. Rachelle is very detail oriented and reacts well to comments and suggestions. When there have been issues, management responds quickly. We like the fact that they have 3 or 4 people that come, so cleaning gets done quickly. In maybe 75-90 min. theyre on their way and I once again have a clean house!

Ashley and her Team have been cleaning my house for a couple of years. They are always punctual, flexible, and thorough. Our household is comprised of multi-generations and two dogs, and having a clean and SANITIZED house is extremely important. We would not be able to manage all the responsibilities of life without them!

The Ivory team cleans our house bi-weekly and does a great job! They are reliable and on time every visit. It is always nice to come home that day to a completely clean house. They are even good with our dog being home! The staff is great and we get a friendly reminder the day before each visit.

I had Michelle and the pink team clean my apartment before a move out. They did a fabulous job with the Cleaning. Specifically the bathrooms and the kitchen were done immaculately. I’m glad I chose the maids and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to do a move out cleaning.

I would leave no stars if i could.Honestly no respect for my house or my things, heard her trash talking my 3 dishwashers and then they did a poor job cleaning the dining room floor. Just lots of areas completely untouched that i paid a lot of money for them to come and clean! Completely unacceptable, they will not be coming back into my house again! And yes i already asked their manager to make it right and they simply offered a 25 dollar credit for my next house cleaning. Pathetic...

Service is fantastic. We have tried a few local companies recommended by friends and neighbors as well as through Groupon, but none compare to the Maids. The central organization and all of the employees weve interacted with are highly professional, very organized, and so accommodating. The cleaning is simply the best I have had anywhere - consistent, detailed, and very thorough. Its wonderful to come home and discover that the floors, kitchen and bathroom are spotless, the SIDES of my furniture have been vacuumed, the light switches are clean, and even my sons bath toys are perfect. Payment is simple and scheduling has been very straightforward. We will definitely be long-term customers!

We were cancelled on last-minute by a different cleaner when I’d taken the day off to be at home for the process, and the Maids were able to step up and help us out same-day. Team Neon did a fantastic job and were in and out in no time, and scheduling by phone was thoroughly pleasant. My wife and I are very happy with the results.

It is a joy to have Kristine and her Ivory team come into my home and clean for me. I tend to have quite a bit of junk (which is too important to discard) in my house and they seem to know how to do a bit of organizing as they clean. I give very few directives, they just seem to know what needs to be done.. They work with efficiency and thoroughness. Firstly the team arrived on time and in uniform. They provide all their own supplies & equipment, the service was easy to schedule over the phone, with good availability. My daughter likes the patterns left in the carpets when they had vacuumed. The house smelt great when I walked in. They team I had took direction well and completed all requests with excellence I liked the little details in the bathroom too. They utilize a 22 step cleaning process which included cleaning windows & baseboards. Very happy with my first ever cleaning service and would highly recommend Team Peach My only request would be for the team to wear overshoes next time.

We utilize the Maids on a weekly basis and let me just tell you it is such a relief to know my home is being maintained even when I cannot be around. The first time I had them out, the crew that was here was incredibly efficient and I was impressed by the job that they did. Arrived exactly when they said they would, took about two and a half hours to do an initial cleaning of the house, which needed it since I had recently moved and it wasnt left particularly clean by the previous owners. They did a great job and left the place in much better condition than when they arrived. They even easily worked around the boxes that werent yet unpacked. (The first visit is why I have given three stars. If my review was based on that visit alone, my rating would have been higher for the work done during that appointment.)Because of how well the first crew did, I decided to schedule monthly service. Today would have been the first time that they returned after the initial visit. My appointment was for today with a window from noon to 2pm. I initially called at 12:45pm to see if they could tell me when they would likely arrive and was told that they were taking lunch and were at least half an hour away. When I called again around 1:30pm, I was told they were on their way. After they hadnt arrived by 2pm, which was the end of the window, I called to cancel. Ive been told they will call back to reschedule, but Ill be surprised if they do since I wasnt offered the option of rescheduling when I was already on the phone. I would have at least expected an apology for not having a crew arrive during the time frame promised, especially since I had to take time away from work to meet them. Instead, all I received were excuses saying that they cant predict how long earlier jobs might take. Although I understand that, they should at least have planned for the crew to take lunch and not started my window at noon. (Based on todays non-visit, I wouldnt have given more than one star, which is the lowest possible rating.)Additional note: I was called back today and have rescheduled for service in a couple of weeks. During the call, I did receive an apology, as well as an offer for a discount on my next service to help compensate for the inconvenience of the missed visit.

Very disappointed with the job done at the house I was moving into. We paid $400 for thorough cleaning service of everything in the house and my wife ended up having to scrub the oven and clean the shelves , which was discussed that they would do. The dishwasher was left filthy with the last owners itmes in it, and open cans of soda in the closet where he contractors were working. Poor job done.we were moving from NY and we were trusting them to do a good job based on the good reviews.

The Maids provide great service. They make a reminder call the day before and call about an hour before they will arrive on the day of the service. They have provided cleaning, dusting, straightening as well as change the sheets on the beds or make the beds if they are not made. They clean the bathrooms and the kitchen so they shine. The three person Navy team had what I believed to be quite a task ahead of them in a home that hadnt been thoroughly cleaned in many years, but they really astonished me. It always seemed rushed and like they were being pushed to go to another job right away. Each time I communicated my concerns I was reassured they would allow the girls more time but that never happened so we canceled the service.

This has been the best.

I was moving my mom into an Assisted Living facility and needed to clean out her condo so I called the Maids. I had them do the nasty stuff, bathroom, kitchen, refrigerators, plus the detail dusting and they just totally nailed it all! Wildly exceeded my expectations. They were very professional and thorough. Not cheap, but when you want it done right they are the folks to call.

I hired cleaning service for an overall general cleaning of one level of my condo today: one bedroom, one and a half baths, kitchen, dinette, and laundry. It took four women two hours to complete the job.At first glance everything looked great, but later this evening when I was getting ready for bed I noticed that that master bathroom was still dirty. They cleaned the vanity, shower, and toilet bowl, but the mirror, light fixture, sink faucet, and floor are still filthy, especially the floor around the toilet. I was going to clean it all again myself but after paying $277 I decided to leave it dirty and will call them first thing in the morning to complain. They have two options: come back to complete the job correctly or refund a portion of what I paid them.Guess you need to follow up with a fine toothed comb before letting them leave your home. I probably wont use them again.

I recently had The Maids service for Move-in cleaning. and It was terrible.I was full term pregnant and had a 18months toddler. so I was out of the home while The Maids Team was working.4 people came to clean for 2 hours and 40 mins and I had to pay $564.But I was not worth money at all.I chooses this service because of all the good reviews saying your cleaning service is detail oriented and the webpage explains all the details about what will be done and how to be taken care of.However, when I got the service I did not even recognize the difference of before and after. Since the initial condition of the house was pretty clean, I wanted to have a detail cleaning such as inside a cabinets and microwave around vent.Kitten area was still oily and dirty after the service. inside a cabinet was dusty. Stove, microwave, and the vent area was still oily.I had to clean all over again by myself.One of the cleaning team broke the shower door while cleaning and the manager came to fix it 3 days later. and I was able to get a discount since she agreed the service was poor.I was not able to check every room and the bathroom since I did not move in to the this property yet. I had the service before my move in date.so I did not have time to go over and check all the rooms and bathrooms.When I moved in, I realised the toilets and the bathtub still have moldy spots and I had to clean them all over again.I sent “The maids” an email about the situation but I never heard them back for months. My opinion about the service was totally ignored.I NEVER want to experience The Maids Service again.If you want move in cleaning, I DO NOT recommend The Maids At all.(Attached picture shows how dusty inside the cabinet was.)

We have been using The Maids for several years now. Our team is the Onyx Team, and the Leader is Maggie. It is wonderful to come home to a clean house. If we need something in particular done, they are always willing to do that. Right now we are remodeling and the house is especially dusty and in chaos, but they come in and get it cleaned up again! Its helping to keep us sane during this remodel!! Maggie and her girls are very sweet. We are lucky to have them!

I called into The Maids for a quick rental clean that I needed that same day. I was in a real hurry and the young lady must have heard it, since she asked very concise questions to make sure all my bases were covered and she could give me the most accurate answers. All I needed was a clean of a 2 bed, 2 bath up and down and I needed the inside of all cabinets, closets and inside of the fridge done. She said it was very doable and would take something around 1-1.5 hours at their hourly rate. I was skeptical but it was a team of four and they had everything they needed. When I said I needed it today, without missing a beat she said DONE! There was a cancellation and she could have the team to me by mid-afternoon.When the team arrived I let them in and then quickly took off to run some errands. I told them how to lock-up in case I wasn’t back yet and asked that they made it move-in ready for my new tenants. Well I got it and then some. All the wood work, counters, and cabinetry were scrubbed. The chrome hardware was shining and the floors were spotless. I mean looked like new spotless! I could not believe the job they did. They even let me know that a few light bulbs had burned out and needed replaced. One less thing for me to worry about later!This was an excellent service and I will definitely be using them again. The whole experience was professional and just wonderful. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to quickly flip a house or in need of a fresh start.
