Let me just start off by saying that they claim they are an “equal opportunity employer” which is a false statement. I was contacted by recruitment for a job but the moment I stated that I was pregnant, I got zero response from that person so I took my concerns elsewhere. However, the other “recruiter” that contacted me apologizing about the situation, gave me the COMPLETE run around and then did the same thing; they quit responding and left me hanging. I knew that’s what it was from the beginning though. I will be contacting someone from corporate about the matter. Evidently being an honest person looking for employment is not what they want especially when you’re expecting a child. Absolutely pathetic and discriminatory.

I loved working for Ibex I wouldnt have stopped if they had buildings in N.C. The atmosphere is amazing and if you can take the heat from the calls you’re good to go. Everyone is willing to help and to be there for you on a personal and professional level. Pay is great! Ibex is awesome.

Worked at the Beckley, WV location for almost 2 yrs and ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! Some of the best staff youll ever meet and theyre willing to work with you on your schedule! Wish I wouldnt have had to leave due to relocating! Miss you guys! ❤

Pay is good but the managers and trainers look out for them and them alone funny how someone steals from your car and gets away with it but your the one thats fired cause of it the place is a joke of a company

I absolutely love my job here at Ibex.... I really enjoy helping my customers resolve their issues and concerns.... Also the working environment here in Beckley is awesome, you really couldnt ask for a better team of Supervisors... They are always very helpful, and really an all around great place to work!!!! I love Ibex!!!

Terrible place to work. Money is decent but not sufficient for the level of stress. The expectations placed on you from within the company, the awful treatment from customers...create a very unappreciative work environment. The prizes that you win for excelling at your job...are later deducted from your paycheck. If I could rate this place with zero stars, I definitely would.

I seen Lee Weaver say he went for a interview and they said they would let him know something in 48 hrs and he said he has been waiting for 3 day lol. I think its possible your interview was not very good. Just saying..
