The place was very clean, and it was very packed and they got everybody in so quickly, and they didn’t rush. I got dip powder nails, and gel toe nails. And they look amazing! Nothing bad to say! Reasonably priced, good quality, and they get you in quick.

I stopped going here because my nails never looked quite right. As a result I started going to Don’s in Beaver and never had a problem with them. However, Don’s was full and my friend and I needed our nails done before vacation so I decided to try them again. The guy that did my nails filed the sides of my nails so much and so hard I have a hole almost on the side of my finger. I told him to stop and pulled my hand back more than once and stated, “ow that hurts.” It didn’t even phase him that I was bleeding. I’ll never go back again. It’s not the first time. I’ve had the same guy before and he was too rough.

My Lady had a 2pm appointment for a Manicure, but had to wait nearly an hour, to get it started! The prices were rather steep as well! Over the phone, they gave her a reasonable Base Price, but then charged significantly extra for everything used! The technician DID DO A Very Nice Job of the Manicure, but it was costly in both time and currency! After her Birthday Gift Certificate is used up, I doubt shell be going back there for much, or often!

First, Ive attended cosmetology school and familiar with some of the rules and regulations regarding manicures. Second, Im shocked that during the pandemic and with the money made you cant afford to buy disposables, such as the cardboard nails files you keep using on everyones hands. I didnt notice the dirty tools until someone sit beside me for a pedicure. Lastly, it was sad to sit and watch you laugh and joke about each peron who came in your doors, most of whom were black. I tip big, but one tip I would love to leave is this... watch what you are saying! you are unaware if someone knows a little of your language or uses a translation app to record your conversation. The only reason I tipped today is there I was a little lady about 65 years old who did my feet. At the end of the day, shes doing feet, now how can I be mad at that! Be Blessed!

They’re so sweet and nice! I went with my mom and I got acrylics, they were super nice and gentle with the nails. Made sure I was getting what I wanted and let me know the price before the procedure. I love the nails and he did an amazing job!! 10/10

This was my first time coming here.. I didnt believe all the hype because I thought all nail salons were the same.. I was so wrong.. Not only do they listen to the customer but they are gentle soft spoken and if there is anything you do not like they will go over it and fix it to your liking.. This print was from a picture off the web.. And the tech nailed it .. I will drive the 15, 20 min evey time just to get them done right.

Holly was our nail tech, a friend and I went to Les Nails today for our first time and are very dissatisfied and saddened by our experience, I paid $45 for a simple fill in with nude polish and a glitter tip, my friend got a cat eye acrylic she paid $50 for, I also had requested rhinestones on my ring fingers when we started and she agreed and when finishing the polish she said, glitter enough diamond, that look good you dont need diamond, we had a long wait and she continued to take 3 people in ahead of us that came in after we did, throughout the process she kept going back in forth and working a small amount of time on each persons nails and going back and forth to others instead of completing one at a time, she was very rough with the filing and our nails are very bumpy and misshapen. I will not be going back and would not recommend anyone try this place, I will stick with Dons or Glamour nails.

I highly DO NOT recommend going here to get your nails done. The last comment nailed it how your experience will go, they do not care they just rush around . You pay alot of money for the worst nail job ive ever seen! I paid $45 for just clear acrylics and they were falling off cracking the next day! My nails were sticking straight up on the air! When I told him he just brushed it off like it was nothing. I went to a different nail salon not even a week later to fix my BROKEN nail and the nail technicians was even bothered by how terriable a job they did that she had to fix all my nails!

I have been a Les nails customer for 10 years and as far as Im concerned it is THE only nail salon! Everyone in the shop is friendly and helpful. Every time I go in I feel welcomed. The owners and technicians seem to enjoy working there and happy to see another client walk thru the door. Every single design I have ever shown them they have accomplished with great success. The artwork and craftsmanship they have is hands down the best around. I am constantly getting compliments on my nails and asked where I get them done at. Holly and Ben are amazing!!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would..went here with my 2 daughters..we all left there very unsatisfied...we all had cuts, uneven nails..horrible paint jobs...do not recommend going here at all!!! We just to go here a couple of years ago and they were good...dont know what happened..we had to go back 3 times to try and get our nails fixed ..they would not give a refund and this is the last time we will ever go here!!!

The gel set and pedicure that they do is amazing! They are so creative and take time to insure that my gel nails are exactly the way I want. They are very nice and the customer service that they provide is the greatest around. Cant wait for next time!

Got my nails done 3 days ago. Had to go back today and try to get them fixed. I was left with acrylic not even covering half of my nails, nail polish all over my skin and on each hand my nails were a different length. When I told them all of this, they refused to give me a refund even though there are no signs that state that they don’t issue refunds. Today when I went back to get them “fixed” all she did was fill in the spots where acrylic wasn’t with glue, filed them down slightly and was very messy with painting them and didn’t clean them up or anything. Overall, I’m not happy with my experience and will not go back. If I could give 0 stars, I honestly would.

Ive been a few of times the first two were good experiences but the last two have been awful. Both times the nail tech has cut me and i always seem to have one crooked nail . They have failed at making my nails look anything like the picrure i have supplied each time and i am extremely unhappy. I will not be going back.

Ben and holly do such a great job I’ve had both I always get what I want and walk out highly satisfied I would recommend this pl to everyone. I drive from Princeton to Beckley just to get my nails done . They have to be great in my eyes to drive that far every two weeks and I’m very picky

When we go for a pedicure there are usually 5 of us. They always treat us so nice. Very reasonably price. I would highly recommend going here

Will always be my go to for my nails

My mother took both her granddaughters to get a pedicure and nail art (specified by the manger nail art not manicure). The cost for both these services was $70. Approximately 3 hours later the nail art was peeling and chipping. When I called and spoke to manager she stated “the nail art only last 1-2 days and we should’ve been notified.” However, we were not told. She offered to fix it but I wanted a refund to take my services elsewhere. Then I was hung up on by the manager during my phone call.

👎👎All they want to do is rush you in and out. Did a sloppy job on my pedicure and charged me $50! I can get a full set and a pedicure elsewhere for $50 and they will take their time and do a great job. Do not stop here.

Horrible pedicure..no hot towels even! Filed my nails too short and when ask to do a simple bow got a deformed rabbit then Xmas tree. 84 bucks for bad nails and a bad experience. Wont be back.
