Would give 0 stars if possible. FMRS are pill pushers and do not allow you to see a psychiatrist but rather a nurse with horrible attitudes.

When someone has proven that a person needs help through mental hygienes ,bar h and so called support to be dropped off from Raleigh county to Bluefield va at one time and then do logistic care transport from Charleston wv to beckley wv knowing that specificly stating that person cannot stay with you and you are the only one helping that person who straight faced lies are told to you, no they are not in control and makes the one needing help needer while they fill their pockets with someone elses misery. Have been disappointed with fmrs for 15 years.I need a lawyer.

Its not the program that doesnt work.. U can only get help if u want it.. It can be the best program in the world.. Built from gold.. It cant fix u unless u want the help.. I went threw this program.. And several others.. I know..

The doctors and professionals here are great but for the 6 receptionists sitting at the desks in the front door, they are horrible. Every month we have an appointment and have to wait at least 30 mins after the appointment time when we show up early. (Arrive at 815 for an 830 and wait until 9 to be seen). So for my last appointment I showed up right at 830 and have waited until 925 to be seen. This is stupid.

Do not got here. Horrible people treat u like they are so much better than you. They charge hundreds more than other places. ZERO STARS!

My loved one was there for drug and alcohol detox for a week. They never mentioned rats or bedbugs... But they got him rest he needed after a binge and he was there for the right reasons. Just wish he would have done inpatient afterwards.

Ive had a family member try to go here twice. Both times they told him to go to the ER to be medically cleared. After being cleared by 2 separate ER, he had a bed. However when he got there he was turned away. Pretty damn sad when someone is actively trying to get help and they are turned away after they are accepted.

This program is one of the worse and most unprofessional rehabs I have ever witnessed! The pictures from above are not where you actually reside. The Mothers and LEARN clients are housed in the Pinehaven homeless shelter, where there are bed bugs, black mold, highly unsanitary conditions and an untrained staff that treats recovering addicts like scum. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! If you require treatment DO NOT choose this facility. I have contacted the local news, mayor, governor and congressman in reference to the conditions at the homeless shelter, and the management at FMRS, about the treatment of clients by the Pinehaven Staff, to no avail. This whole program needs to be investigated and either shut down, or moved to a new location. DONT BE FOOLED!!!

The guy above me is not lying , I was there last month in April and left !! Not only was there bed bugs but there was also rats, that they were not trying to get rid of ! None of the staff had empathy for us and were down right ride! And the people still act like we are in middle school with the talking and whispering about the other girls that were actually trying to do what they had to do ! It is a joke,its literally survival of the fittest!!! You cant have food because of the rats,you can goto the store and they take you to Wal mart once a month and its all the way in the middle of the month!! So Iwould not recommend this play to an enemy!!! It makes you feel even worse about yourself!! My mom was going to call the mayor and stuff as well!!
