The UPS workers are rude and unprofessional. Debbie and Caleb in the Beckley, WV office are terrible people and staff. These two people can’t find my house to deliver packages but other UPS drivers can. How is that? They tell me to come pick the package up but I paid them already to deliver my stuff. Debbie and Caleb definitely need more professional training. The are making UPS a bad company!!!!

I had to stop in twice in one week. Both times I barely got through the door before being greeted and helped. I was done with my business on both occasions in just minutes. Very impressive and appreciated.

My company has developed a great relationship with the staff and management of The UPS Store in Beckley. They are fast, professional and always produce high-quality print work for us from everything from business cards to posters, vinyl banners, and even special orders with uncommon materials and sizes. Their customer service is impeccable. These guys rock!

Very good experience with the staff at this facility. I had 22 legal papers that needed my signatures notarized. Had to be in Tennessee in the morning. I showed up at UPS a little before 6 pm. Bryan helped me go over all the papers to make sure all signatures were notarized by him. Im not sure if all UPS stores have a notary, but this one did and saved my axx.
