Life Strategies staff is wonderful! It wasn’t awkward to start counseling with a new counselor, I trust her, and I’ve never seen anyone without a smile!

My visits to Life Strategies, with Hamlet Smith, were always very helpful when I was going thru very rough times, I appreciate so much !!

Tried to make it to a counseling appointment, but they didn’t even mention their office had moved and their phone number kept going straight to voicemail. Another person showed up behind us who also wasn’t told the office moved. Really unprofessional in my opinion. Also never got a reminder phone call like they said they would.
