This is my first time writing a Google review and Dr. Harveys office deserves 5 stars. Anytime I have had contact with Dr. Gregory Harveys office, the staff is always pleasant, professional and accommodating. My dental hygienist, Amy, is a doll. She is gentle and makes my visits very relaxing. I always leave feeling as if I had just left a spa. Dr. Harvey himself is wonderful and always puts me at ease. The office is clean, attractively decorated, and has excellent background music. While in the waiting room, complimentary bottled water is available. Some time ago I was highly referred to Dr. Harvey to get a partial I purchased a flip on smile with him which I paid cash 3000.00. Beware to all it was the worst mistake him offering me this with high reviews and I felt like I should have needed a partial, but now due to his decision two months after the procedure my crowns fell out, my teeth and gums became diseased, I would call but to no avail the receptionist never would set me up a consultation. Now my only option is getting all my rotten broken off chipped adult teeth extracted. Now he will not offer any type of help to undo this horrible situation I’m in! Highly upset and hurt.
