The guys that work there are awesome, they really do their best to be helpful and fast. The wash itself, although its fun and all, doesnt do very good washing. I mean, its looks better than it did, but definitely not worth $20.

Edit: I appreciate your reply, but lets not split hairs here. I know where I was, and from there went to EXXON on the OTHER side of Wendys.I went to this car wash for the first time yesterday. The guys didnt even touch my windshield with their brushes. Paid $20, and left with a windshield still polluted with bug guts. Went to gas station next door afterwards to clean it myself. I should have waited til I got to Chas, and went to Fivestar instead.

This is by far the best car wash in the Beckley area. I have a monthly membership here and it’s 100% worth it. However, here in the last few weeks the line has been extremely slow. This causes traffic to back up all the way to the main road. I also wish it was a little bit easier to access the vacuums on the side of the building. The line is usually so long it’s impossible to get over there after your wash. If you try to use them prior to the car wash, then get back in line, it’s also a pain. Love the place, I just wish there was a better setup.

After being recommended to me through a family friend, today (March 22nd, 2021), I decided to go to Mighty Shine Express Car Wash and try them out. I paid for the $16 wash, and once I got home and out of my car, I noticed some damage. After going through the car wash, I now have a few big and smaller scratches on the hood and along the body of my car and my front license plate, along its length, is bent into a U-shape with two sharp right angles. I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed.

My first visit was good my car looked clean afterwards but it wasnt really that dirty. Very disappointed with my second visit there is streaks on my car & my car is still dirty after the car wash and they are a little pricey to still have a dirty car I may as well used the car wash down the street from me if this is how my car is going to turn out at least I can save some gas. Not happy with the results this time.

They are always professional and great people to be around. The facility is top notch and its a great environment all around

Best car wash in Beckley. If I had to complain about anything it is that there is always a line to get in. A second tunnel or a second location would be great!

Ive Used mighty shine car was a few times always has done great . However on my last visit in Early September (paid with cash) Mighty Shine car wash left my back glass severely chipped and scratched along with the clear coat on my vehicles hood and hatch .i have contacted the management and nothing can be done about my vehicle because Mighty Shine Car Wash “Can not confirm or deny the damages happened there “ . I know there is always a risk of light scratching when going thru an automatic car wash that has brushes of any kind due to debri being attached to the brushes, but this is extraordinary the damage this caused to my glass and clear coat . I have attached pictures. This was the second review I left because my first one was removed , I know that whatever was on your brushes caused this damage . I did not expect you to pay for something I can not show proof of happening at your car wash . From the condition my car was left in I could not be the only person this happened to that day. I would like the owner to see my cars damage in person if that can be arranged . It is very obvious that this damage was caused by spinning brushes that has something very abrasive stuck on to them from a previous vehicle .

Nicest carwash in Beckley. I can smell the difference between products as they change which always signals to me good quality products are being used in a non stingy amount. The free vaccum cleaner option along with the rags to dry are great too.However, I am not a fan of the halloween decor. Not at all. I didnt lessen my review because quality of the carwash, but I could certainly do without all the death decor.

Went thru this car wash somewhere between August 28th and September 7th. The brush somehow chipped my back glass terribly also chipped my new hood and my hatch paint on the hatch was already compromised so my main concern was getting my glass and new hood fixed . I stopped by to explain my situation, the staff was friendly I spoke with Kaleb the manager however he could not offer me any help because I did not have my receipt and too much time had passed for them to confirm or deny this happened there. I am very disappointed with the condition this car wash left my glass hood and paint in . I have pictures of the scratches and chips

Mighty shine gave a mighty fine car wash all the Bells and whistles the only thing I think they need to improve is the dryer when it blow dries your car it should get most of the water off other than that it was great for the price one whole month for $29.95 for basic to 39.95 for the ultimate for as many times a month you want to wash it... its worth it. Plus you get to Vacuum your car for free to..😀

Upon arrival I used the vacuums which were in great shape! I moved onto the wash when I saw the cheapest car wash was 12.00, then 16.00, then 20.00. I figured middle of the road would do since the vehicle had driver 1,200 miles with bugs and what not. After I had gone through I realized there isn’t much to the car wash. The car only gets touched once on the sides and once on the front with the bristles. Granite they’re spinning the whole time, but the car looks like it had gone in, got wet, and dried off. I expected the bugs to at least be gone on the windshield but the residue still showed. I spent about 20 minutes wiping off the bugs with the complimentary towels after the wash. If you’re looking for a car wash I do not recommend here, and if you do go look forward to washing it yourself afterwards. That’s free after you’ve paid 16$.
